farolee: ASSEMBLING PLANT IS DEFERENT FROM MANUFACTURING PLANT.WE NEED TO MANUFACTURE AUTOMOBILE NOT JUST ASSEMBLING THEM.YOU CAN NOT MANUFACTURE AUTOMOBILE WITHOUT DEVELOPING YOUR STEEL/METAL INDUSTRTY AND THAT TAKE US BACK TO OUR AJAOKUTA.ASK TATA OF INDIA HOW THEY DO IT.
most plants overseas don't produce all their parts.
nnewi is coming up to that challenge by setting up car parts industries.
The same way nnewi made cables are the best around, better than the foreign made cables, so will the automobile parts be like.

PoliticsRe: 2014 Budget: South West Neglects In The Allocation Of The Projects by ketoprofen(m): 11:12am On Dec 31, 2013
apoti: Very good. It gives us a chance to appreciate the works of our Governors. Despite the neglect from FG, SW states are still far better than others
which states are SW better than aside Lagos.
Lagos on its own. has been better than every other state since it was ceded by the British in 1861.
If one is to mention places in Nigeria where u go to have a feel of city life and luxury, who will ever recommend any Yoruba state?

sandijey: Its really bad! U need to followndigbo page on fb. The way they insult people from ebonyi. I think theycall them wawa people! Don't no what tha mmeans. It was there I read that some of them still eat human beings. I doubt it though. The only person trying to put ebonyi in the limelight is that afikpo chic. I really don't understand d discrimination against ebonyi.
wawa in Enugu state means no.
MBA is the central Igbo version, so wawa ppl are called that because they refer to the word no as wawa. simple.
Stop saying what u don't know.

Orlando Owoh: Ebonyi State indigenes constitute the highest number of migrant farmers and otapiapia sellers in Osun State.
And u think ekiti, osun and Oyo peeps are not regarded as primitive in southern Nigeria?
.
@OP, if u think ebonyi state is going to join the list of states whose governors advertise their plans on the media, then u are on a long thing.
Even Enugu is not like that, in fact, only rochas in SE does that .
Don't u watch documentaries of improvements on rice production in ebonyi, on dstv?
Is it not better than coming to announce the plans of building a world class cancer center and so on?
U ppl shd go and sit down for once, I don't hear abt cross river after duke, kebbi, taraba ( not suntai), Kogi, Benue( not suswam ), Niger ( not aliyu ), kwara, yobe, borno and Adamawa( not boko haram),sokoto, gombe, ekiti .

PoliticsRe: Obasanjo's Letter Is An Attempt To Instigate A Coup - Afenifere by ketoprofen(m): 9:30am On Dec 31, 2013
I beg to disagree with you on this one. So long as Nigerians are hungry, coup will always succeed in Nigeria. Though I for one do not subscribe to it, however, the manner in which the current president has handled the affairs of the nation has no doubt sent the right signals to the exotic coup plotters to start thinking what next!

Nigerians love life too much so any bullet, followed by Ghana must go will silent their mouth forever cool.

I have said it here repeatedly, if GEJ continues with His die hard posture come Q1 2014, by Q2 2014, GEJ will be history as far as Aso rock is concerned and average Nigerians will not pity Him.

His greatest undoing was to polarize Nigeria along ethnic and religious line. Never has Nigeria been this polarized and I pray never again will it be.
how did gej polarise Nigeria exactly
*Anyone that claims that mud houses are non-existent in igboland is a LIAR.
*In comparison to other parts of the country, igboland has the least number of mud houses.
*Areas of igboland where mud houses are likely to be found are: the very rural communities of nsukka, ebonyi, riverine areas of anambra & imo and so on.
.
We should learn to avoid telling lies over stuff we are not sure of. We should'nt paint a false image of igboland simply because we want to get cheap e-glory.
That you've not seen a mud house in your village( the one you visit only during christmas), does not mean it does'nt exist in other areas of igboland.
Most igbo villages are filled with good looking modern houses no doubt. Infact, some of those houses are far more beautiful than those in the cities and every now and then, more beautiful designs are being built.
.
So, in summary, igboland has got the most beautiful villages in nigeria. But to say ALL these villages are without mud houses in them is a WHITE LIE.
Where did u read that igbos don't have any mud house in their villages?
Has anybody said so here?
No.
So who is lying to who?

All these cowards with weak spirits are definitely not going to make naija better.
Its not as if u are innoson or dangote, y are u crying more than the bereaved?
Power supply has improved now than it was over years, and we are still counting.
it will only get better.
I don't understand where some ppls pessimism is coming from,
The same grp of ppl shouting no electricity can still not produce even a pin when given electricity 247.
Car TalkRe: First Potential Look At The N1.2million Nigerian Made Cars - Pics by ketoprofen(m): 8:28am On Dec 31, 2013
adconline: Cos u are an ignoramus who does not know what it takes to build cars. I have been to Innoson factories and know a couple of his vendors. His Enugu plant alone has about 15 pcs of damaged 100-1500KVA gen sets. 45k litre tankers deliver diesel everyday to this factory. Dangote had to spend $million to build power plants for Obajana Cement plant. Folks like u who have not risked 50k in any investment love political statements like this. " knowledge is not enough , we must apply; willing is not enough, we must do"
so what are u blabbing?
that the guy was wrong?
Yorubas should learn to be more productive than thinking of what govt will do for them.
No advanced nation is based on expecting even air from the govt.

revolt: there's this part of Nigeria that can't survive without quota system and dread competition.
not just one tribe, they are two.
Hausa and Yoruba.
one claims to be more lettered than the other but they all end depending on the same tnz for survival: oil, govt assistance, fed xter, quota.
The last two even help them to enrolled in schools, otherwise the grps with higher cut off marks will drive them off schools.
There is no diff btw the needs if these two tribes.
