Population Density ( east). 563.52 pers/sq km!

2. Average female and male age of marriage are much lower the north and highest in the south East.( Pop council said by age 18 , 73% of all girls in the north are married.)

biafranqueen: True Federalism is the only way right now. We should focus on building up our individual areas. At this point my people are not sure if they want a President or to separate entirely. So the best and quickest option is to create a fiscal federalism as you pointed out.
