henrychubayo: Seems like the Enugu-Addis Ababa Route is growing and progressing everyday. Am just very pleased our people have not disappointed us at all. lets keep the Airport alive thru our on-going patronage. Another flight is enroute today and tomorrow, we will have yet another flight. Kudos to all of you. What does that route mean sef? That the journey ends in Addis ababa |
Lol @ the thread abnoying me. I don't care whether ur GDP( generated by non Yoruba) is bigger than Enugu. The only thing I know is that Enugu citizens are more affluent, Enugu looks expensive, more presentable than any Yoruba state and even the kyn borno. What else do u want me to ask for? @ django, I have finished with u . There is no justification for laziness and poverty. U guys have a generational curse. |
Tuntheycr7: HymmmmU are right. I live close to that place. They usually pray against Sullivan chime. |
[quote author=Chino_anyi]D only ting I hate about dangote is his Monopolistic way of doin busines dat s realy afectin all of us in dis country in1 way or d order, cement price shud ve been 600 Naira naw but can't cuse he hz kiled dat sector. Apart 4rm dat I love his busines skils n person[/quote U even possess a good heart by loving his business skills and person cos me no even like any of these qualities in him. I mean where is the business skill of a human if he can't compete? Who needed monopolization from biz partners in power esp IBB? His person? Na that one worse pass. Sb that growled and growled when Ibeto and others were allowed to go back to their cement biz. During the monopoly, he raised the price of cement to God knows what and refused to bring it down. In fact, I don't even want to go into dangote now. One thing I pray for is that God should never for one day relinquish some power to mankind, else air will be for sale. |
Boll2010: Show me a strong igbo would show u a dead ojuwkwu......see my frnds 4get all ds tribal talks......every region has a strong defence whc may not be shown bt I tel ya the yorubas got brain.......winning a battle not by scrap metals alones but ur tactics...... So pls n pls forget dis tribal stuff we as gud as being one southerner!Which brain wet yorubas get? Hope u do not base your fallacies on,the civil war? Can they fight the world powers for 3 years? Brains my foot, yet u guys are the laziest and the least innovative in nig |
django1: Shut up ignoramus. The roofs over Venice aged same way the one in Ibadan too aged. They built their houses in Venice with stones and we built ours with mud. They had stones in excess and we had mud plentifully. While you were living in huts we were living in story buildings. That's y I said u guys are on a generational curse. Being stuck at 1950 s stage due to poverty is ur heritage, I knew that long ago. How many of ur politicians live in those heritage houses of urs? Am sure if ur status improve as a person, u will want better. Go joor, poverty has no excuse. The wealth distribution among yorubas is just similar to d hausas. Leeches |
Kairoseki77: There are people who can't afford beans everywhere. And by the way, the title of this thread is "Enugu is one of the Poorest States in NIGERIA."U are running away from the question. In terms of what? Foreign controlled investments where ur peeps work as security and cleaners? U ppl are not ashamed that igbos own the tnz in SE and still has more tnz in Lagos than u. Poor ppl |
django1: Even some cities in Europe have brown roofs. Example is VeniceKeep deceiving yourself.brown colored roofs are diff from rusty roofs The vast majority of u are poor, its not just abt the roofs, ur houses look poverty stricken What was I thinking? No be pesn wey fit buy beans go fit build better house. |
Kairoseki77: Don't lie to yourself. With what.? U all roam abt Lagos, leaving ur crappy towns; doing almajirism and toutmanship are not signs of excellence. Tell me any where in sw that is better dan SE. Town for town, village for village. Educational status. Innovations Human capital devt socioeconomic status |
Shout out to all the ngbatis wishing they were deltans on this thread. Even the one with multiple username. U are all doing well hitting ur lazy, non innovative brains on the wall |
Omen100: I will do nothing Definitely but then, that map of yours must exclude Delta state & Rivers State because the Asabas & Ikwerres are not Igbo and they shouldn't be part of that Igbo map of yours,What will u do if u enter asaba and ask an indigene, ' ur tribe'? And he says Igbo. And what will u do if u ask Ngozi Iweala of her tribe bfr marriage and she says Igbo? |
Omen100: let Me even ask the Biafrans one simple question, please Biafrans, what exact geographical map are you guys going to use in establishing that Biafran republic of yours. What will u do if I tell u that biafran map is = map of Igbo land. |
kofoshi: The question begging for an answer is: will core Deltans ala Urhobo, Isoko, Ishekiri who collectively make up the bulk of Delta electorate vote for her? Her recent fraternisation with her Igbo kins across the Niger would suggest that she has her ethnic group more at heart than that of her state so other bonafide Deltans might be worried. The fear of the Igbo is d beginning of shivering. Y not go and think abt who governs ur Yoruba place and stop bothering abt drlta |
Ngwakwe: She is a minister representing Abia State and should come home to takeover from T. A. OrjiSeriously, she shd rather contest in Abia state than Delta Abia needs to see the difference BTW darkness and light. |
hercules07: Where will the facilities come from, heaven? The banks are not going to loan anybody money to buy cars, do you think they are silly? Banks are even reluctant to loan money to business people, it is is a car that does not bring in money they will now concentrate on. We needed to sanitise the spare parts market (manufacture spares under license from OEMs) and educate the mechanics who work on our cars, if we can fix that area, we keep local jobs while adding quality to the used cars imported into the country, our leaders keepWho told u they don't manufacture spare parts in Nig |
tatiana009: Lmao, Lagos is no man's land abi?Yet the only festival recognised by Lagos State is a Yoruba Festival and Yorubas will continue to rule the state. Keep deceiving yourselves.Others are not in Lagos for gubernatorial intentions |
usmolad: it means onisha, calabar, ph are no man's land till nigeria divideIts not by crying. there is nothing in Onitsha that makes it a no mans land. But Lagos, ........... |
remark D: Is that all you have to say?Let him visit the thread, enugu the pride of the East and compare with Ibadan |
usmolad: hmmn! Lagos is no man's land but think of it if nigeria divide today, would lagos becomes part of biafra? I can't stop laughing.Till then, its a no mans land. |
Ayekotoo: hardly find any yoruba company producing candle? is this a joke or what? Honeywell, Oyin holdings, Yale foods, Tuyil pharmacy, Eleganza etc are not ringing in your ears all this while?Stop mentioning marijuana outlets masquerading as companies. Check out the CEOs of these outlets and u have drug barons and oil thieves. Leeches |
agbameta: I read somewhere that business are going to leave Lagos for the SE/SS and the pipe dream aka ibaka is going to make this happen. What has this got to do with the topic? The plant was already in Lagos all these while, so is gej supposed to move it to bayelsa? What diff do u think this will make to the average Yoruba person? Abeg, I rep my indigenous car plants in d East, stay in Lagos with a project that's not urs . |
Mandarin, kano and Kaduna are ancient cities too but they don't have this Ibadan look. Lagos is ancient too. Even Enugu is ancient based on geography abi did God create d world in stages? The whole of sw aside Lagos look like the devt was halted in the 1950s, so don't use Oyo is large to cover up the poverty there. Again, u can't disprove the fact that Oyo igr is made by foreigners, this is visible from the socioeconomic status of d majority of d ppl. Taking Onitsha or nnewi for eg or the Enugu in question, u wl discover t hat the enterprises belong to the Igbo or the indigenes but its not so in Oyo. so, y will sb come and tell me Enugu is poor just from GDP whereas his own state is poorer. mtchew |
Samgreguc: And so also to Rx,Nursing and d rest if given the facilities....U think we are saying the same tnz bit I tell ya, u are not with me. See u 2moro |
Nig docs can do renal surgeries if given the facilities. Renal surgeries still go on in night depending on the type: transplant is not the only type of renal surgery |
