Moreover, that Yoruba I jaw citizen sjd come and defend the I jaws. |
Desola: what I said about that tribe is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. And I hope u wont be angry if we start talking abt Yoruba corruption, crimes, laziness, dirtiness and fetish activities. Or u think those ones are not truths? |
bestviewer: It is on record that what Obi achieved cannot be achieved by okorosha even if you give him 30years to rule imo state. Abagworo back off and go back to the mess okorosha is doing in imo state. All the roads he started has since been abandoned for the past two years. He has borrowed over 200 billion with nothing on the ground to show for it. The last we checked there is no single Anambra living in Imo state, wheras 1/3rd of imo population has invaded Onitsha and Nnewi for their economic survival and greener pasture.Don't be this harsh nah. U want to sow discord btw the two states? There is no problem if u dislike Rocha's moves, I do too; but then I wouldn't go abt insulting IMO ppl like that. Please, let's just sheath our swords in certain areas... |
Would it be better if he took the money and ran or invested it into Anambra infrastructure. May i remind you again that Obi has done so many roads that it would be a ridiculous waste of time to begin itemizing them, especially for someone so rabidly anti-obi. Anyhow, you are still my beloved brother even if our opinions differ completely on the person of Gov. Obi. We agree on Stella and the need to put oily people's hypocrisy where it belongs- pit toilet. Personally, i am glad he isn't leaving uncompleted projects for his successor. Let him complete those Hotels, the Onitsha Mall and other pet projects of his. If he ever leaves any, it shall remain like that forever. Look at all Chimaroke's abandoned projects an edifices in Enugu. They aren't Chime's priority as Chime has his own pet projects to pursue. So all those Chimaroke's edifices have become a shameful waste of the people's money in projects that have become abandoned after he left Govt. House. I expect Gov. Peter Obi to continue his final push to actualize all his projects until the eve of May 29th,2014.
Don't worry. I wl finish those Chimaroke's noble projects. They must never be wastes.... |
Is it that you people lack basic education or you are just being tribalistic ? Now tell me mo'R'on who in the ministry NCAA sought authorization from if not the fat bytch sitting at the helm of the ministry squandering the nation's wealth.
No, its from Patricia Etteh |
ezeagu: I don't know why everything in Nigeria has to be green and white, up to the curb stones on the pavements. Can you imagine if the white house was red and blue or the entire Capitol was covered in red and blue tiles. cjrane: Please they shouldn't use that green tile anywhere on the outside of the building. The green tile is for toilets! CFCfan: Horrible choice of colours!! What's wrong with grey cladding? cjrane: Please they shouldn't use that green tile anywhere on the outside of the building. The green tile is for toilets! Its called PINGING |
Northern Nigeria Statistics will always frustrate the general stats. Upon all the yrs their ppl spent in power, they cannot even achieve for their ppl, the human and socioeconomic development required to improve on these stats. That Nigeria is one of the four countries worldwide that is yet to eradicate polio, is due to this north. As if that's not enough, they killed the 3 Korean Doctors sent to help them out by the UN out of terrorism. O nweghi ihe mmadu agaghi afufo. |
urchman101: You didn't came to school yesterdaydis is ur worst? U are very lucky |
If u go to Independence Layout, Enugu, u see a lot of those houses- magnificent ones at that. Yet, nobody has opened the gate to such houses in the past 15 yrs and u can bet nobody will do so in the next 15 yrs. |
berem: It is a very shameful thing for Anambra or any Igbo state to own 40 percent of prime properties in Lagos. I can bet with my life that half of the percentage do no even have their properties or even personal houses located in their home state. This isn't something to be proud of.What's this one saying? U don't know Anambra ppl at apl |

Radoillo: Standard Igbo (in my opinion) lacks a certain musicality, a certain poetic quality that I find in the dialects of the backwoods. We'll be losing something rich if the dialects diappeared. Watching an Igbo newcaster deliver the news in the stiff Igbo Izugbe is certainly far less enjoyable than listening to my grandma hold a conversation with her peers in her native Awka tongue.Fact. Central Igbo is so dry and as u said, non musical. I originally taught Igbo izugbe was what we speak in the cities but no, its the Igbo they teach in sch and that which they write in books. A choro m ( i dont want) sounds better than a choghi m. When we were in sec sch, we used to crack jokes or make jests of ppl in Igbo izugbe just for emphasis; but we resort to 'central Enugu Dialect' in normal conversations. |
Life Specialist Hospital, Nnewi |
Its already obvious Igbo has different origins. I don't see the point of all the arguments, even at the sec sch level, we were made to know of at least 3 theories. Hence, To each man his own |
Abagworo: Everything you listed up there does not exist in majority of todays Igboland. It is only the 4 market days which exists everywhere else including Igala and Bini that you can find in most Igboland. Nze n'ozo is confided to a small area unless in cases they were recently borrowed.Am sure Of ala still exists |
Abbey2sam: Ibos would never seize to amaze me,Which part of yorubaland is better than igboland? simple question, yet its difficult for ur pipz. |
nedu666: arrant nonsense no be only 40% na 99.7%. when will my people quit this bull shit. today it is ibos in kano are 5million, tomorrow it is ibos own 60% of lagos, next tomorrow it is ibos own 70% of Abuja. when will all these nonsense stop. imagine ibo folks here are congratulating themselves on this lie. dont u have any sense if anambra owns 40% then what does the rest of ibos own, what does yorubas home and abroad own, what does nigerdelta, notherners and foreigners own, what of coys and forign org. Damn ibos pls quit this bullshit it is laughable. el rufai claimed that ibos own majority of properties in abuja a family friend working in FCDA disputes this story anytime it comes up in an argument, till today he insist that notherners own majority of the houses not ibos.he is disputing it out of envy. El Rufai knows better than that gateman friend of yours at FCDA |
whitecat007: Is anyone paying attention to where those 9,000 people are coming from in the country? It should be based on quota system but Knowing what his kind is capable ofQuota doesn't favour some parts, so it should be based on Merit! |
And am asking u how u know the novels esp the classic ones are written independently.U too don't make assumptions on Igbo lit. Before, a book is recommended for waec for eg whether English or French, it must be well scrutinized by the relevant bodies. What makes u think they will allow substandard works for an ext exam. Those that study it in the univ and post grad, is it compiled book of folklore they read? The awards given to some of the writers, were they conferred on them by their village assemblies? If u are really interested, read the ones I suggested and tell me what u think . |
and how do u know they don't have those tnz? first, u believed they were non existent, now u imagine they don't have standardization, who said? Do u know about the Igbo literary society of Nigeria? In fact, am not even going to educate u on that too, get those books I mentioned , read the preface and what led to their newer editions and tell me what u think. stop arguing blindly. Ppl like u and ezeagu are the threats to Igbo lit, cos u will not read them and u are not even interested . Its even possible that Igbo lit is not developed, but it has long passed the stage u blindly want to place it . Till u mention sth realistic, u are talking on your own. I wish I were saying this with sb in d system. |
Not everybody with a decent education can define an atom, more so, not all of them can remember the definition. if I had asked my younger ones in sch the Igbo meaning of prose or if I had checked it up myself and pasted here, what exactly will be ur next point of argument? If I couldn't tell u d meaning, does that mean prose doesn't exist in Igbo? Drama means egwuregwu, but does telling u that confer development on Igbo literature. I expected u to read one of those novels and then criticize it here but no, u decided to keep on making blind argument and saying that Igbo Lang itself is not even well thought in schools. Dis is what I mean by lack of interest in reading Igbo works on the part of Igbo ppl. |
eggheaders: You know one thing I find so funny about peeps from the east of the niger. They let their emotions override their grey matter power. I know if the headline of the stellagate has been one abdul it ola something. Y'all android would be singing a different hymns. If the ola or Abdul built an Intl airport in alaigbo, renovated Nigerian airports nationwide, etc; we wouldn't make noise if the ola bought two cars for her safety. ridlaw: Ewu! Profer solutions rather than being tribalistic.U see y they say yorubas are not innovative? That I shd profer what able bodied, five- sense intact persons can possibly do . Lazy ppl |
ridlaw: Its sad what most nairalanders know hw to do is to blame government on every instance and never profer solution to issues. Back to the issue of agbero in lagos, do people think banning them is as easy as that? If u ban them where will they work? Remember these are people that have some sorts of criminality in them. Even the most decent society in the world has one or some gang situation they battle with each day. Its apparent various transportation policies and projects by Fashola like the light rails and expansion of BRT when completed wld definitely reduce the effect of agbero in lagos since this sector is where they lived on.....If u ban them where will they work? U actually asked this? U see y I said this is in your dna |
Eze Promoe: Is there any place called Port Harcourt in Ogbomoshowhich is what? |

Niseamaka: Stella is worth over $10 billion. She makes more money from her businesses in the oil sector than she will ever make from the aviation ministry. The vehicles was not bought by her for her personal use. It was bought by NCAA for official uses, meaning the vehicles are properties of the federal government ( aviation ministry ). The prices of the vehicles were inflated by reporters pushing a particular agenda. The real cost of those 2nd hand vehicles are not even up to a million dollars.Exactly, they are not even for her private use, the cars are official. She is gonna leave the cars when she vacates the seat |
obailala:When crashes were happening under OBJ and FFK, I hope u guys came out in your numbers to sound this emotional? |
1) I met a man that left his church to form another one . He is now d pastor of a new church. I asked him y he left his church, he told me that a vision cannot work under another vision. 2) A friend of mine told me his father and few friends left their former church to form a new one because they were being sidelined and marginalised of posts( remunerations) in their former church. Hence, they left in anger and grieviance to form another one. Imagine, a church formed based on these two principles. 3) My room mate in yr one, his father started a new church because the officials of the old church didn't promote him after so many yrs .
