Tenderlaw is 100% correct however this does not mean you are wrong. There are instances when directives are given by new IGPs concerning promotion and welfare issues and your friend happened to be lucky to benefit from it.Sometimes, a directive could be promotion for certain officers who enlisted from certain year should go for promotion training, it doesn't matter if the person was recently promoted he/she luckily get's another chance again. These are not always by the book rules though but common sense ideas by IGPs to reduce backlogs or stuffs like that and regularise cadres.

This is one of those rare cases where the integrity clause is kicked out of the door. Go for the f*cking aptitude test/interview man. You might just get the job!

Plunging into marriage without testing the waters is like taking a 50-50 risk, at times 70-30 in the case of infertility. There's no laid down rule as whatever step you take could result into success or total failure irrespective of your religious beliefs.

If you must practice premarital sex and you confirm that all is well, then be moderate about the whole sex thing. For crying out loud, you will be spending the next 45 to 60 years with this person, you don't want to kill the whole excitement before the marriage kicks off.

The Vatican may have received money from time to time. Do I have proof? No Was it for charitable purposes? Maybe. In my experience with the Catholic church before we parted ways, all offerings made were mostly for certain charitable goals, church building projects, sponsoring of a Seminarian e.t.c which are always announced/known.

In natural disaster cases, like the Haiti earthquake,the Vatican could decide that all offerings made on a particular Sunday globally be diverted to support victims.

A simple google search with your smartphone would have saved both parties the energy from arguing and shouting.

You need a government approved ID for things like this. Apparently, you have none but I believe the voter's card can still work.
