For the AFS, the headlamps have swivel functions which ‘sees round corners’ and the function has been disabled either by buying a non AFS enabled headlamp or a fault from a collision which was not properly fixed.

For park assist sensor malfunction, It was involved in a front end collision and these sensors were not replaced or reprogrammed to the car.
You need to replace these sensors with working ones.

Take out battery,remove transmission wiring socket check pins for corrosion clean with petrol and a brush, allow to dry, socket it back and install battery. Test drive car.

Honda Accord 2007 set a P0171 error code.

I have done a little research and found that:

1. MAF sensor could be faulty

2. Oxygen sensor

3. Exhaust leaks

4. Vacuum leaks

5. Fuel pump

6. Fuel filter

7. Injectors

8. Bad PCM.


I have tried to check the engine and there was no loose hose r something.

How can I narrow down the fault without throwing parts using scarce resources?

Run a live data diagnosis on the Barometer, IAT sensors, O2 sensors and AF sensors on idle. You may also run a fuel pressure test. Pls check if the air cleaner element and fuel filter are dirty or clogged.

..to your question, even though I am a Toyota and Lexus lover (I love the combination of durability with the kind of aesthetics Toyota and Lexus offers) I will advise you to forget about that brand expecially if you are a tall person. I have always felt that particular brand is overpriced and over valued. You should look for another Lexus brand if you really want a Lexus... Toyota did not bring their durability insignia into the IS 250 at all... You don't wanna be in the slightest accident with that car.

My toyota Camry year 2000 recently started doing hard starting every morning.. Once it starts it goes normal for the day till the next morning.
Pls what could be the cause and remedy..

Check your fuel pump ASSY. The fuel pressure regulator may be faulty,
Check your ECT sensor, it may be faulty and causing hard start, also check your throttle body, it may be having issue.
Lastly check your ECU.

P0057 - H02S Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0003 - Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit Low
P0190 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor A circuit

The last time I put it on it also showed me cylinder 1 and 6 misfire.


I've parked the car since as I don't like driving with Check Engine.
Previous things were easy fixes but the mechanic I used to work with hasn't been reachable for months now.

First things first, it may interest you to know I have been in this forum since 2008 first as Lomomike and was a moderator and then as kingreign. I have helped countless number of people here and on other platforms and even in real life so I am not some random online digital identity, I am very real. Ask around a lot of people know me.
Secondly, I have not had anyone called me cunning or attempt to fleece anyone and I am very comfortable with what earn, I’m not some poor random fellow, I live in my own house and I don’t pay rent in FCT, I pay my bills and I’m doing very well for my age mate. Replacing the TCM
