I have a girl friend that have been thinking will be my wife, i notice some changes in her character like some months now, but natural she's this nagging type and she's stubborn and blunt too, which i am okay with the behaviour because i dont think there is any perfect person on earth, she's in school while am in lagos, i do send upkeep to her every week and pay her school fees, so i am doing the best i can to make her leave fine in school, now recently she used to talk to me anyhow and also accuse me of so many thing, which i never did, but i use to keep calm since i know she's not around me so all those thing will be kind of normal to me, but i have never cheated on her, so when she come to pay me a visit, due to her recent behaviour i want to be sure if anything is going wrong so i decided to check her phone, luckily for me she did not put security on her phone so i see a guy she's chatting with, one is clearly a friend but they used to joke with the word love, shebi you say you love me kind of thing, but the other one, i have attach the whatsapp chat between those two, so i scan her whatsapp with my pc, i was thinking of facing her or to be patience till i see that she go to his house truly, i hate not been loyal, i am loyal to her all my life and she cannot be doing this to me....it making me go crazy, please Nairalander help me on what to do

I always respond to my fiancée financial demands even when most of them seems like extortion. She prefer I pay her bills both rent and utility though I try to wriggle my self out in rare occasions.

Condition of marriage: No sex before marriage, I abide completely because I want her. She attends her friends weekend activity than finding time for us to stay close even when she constantly reports about how her female friends accuse her of lesbianism but I pray she’s not.

In music, style is very important because an artiste must be unique with his sound or else he won't last long on the charts.

Imagine Davido mimicking Ed Sheeran's sound. I can bet my ass that you will be the first among those that will call him a faker and copycat.... Also he would be nowhere near what he's achieved today......

There are so many alternatives artistes in this naija that can give Khalid and Dua lipa a run for their money but most can't get a big break because the likes of Davido, Wizkid already occupy the space.
The funny truth is that outside Africa, Davido and Wizkid will always pull more weight than this alternative artistes because they come to the table with a different and unique sound while the alternative artiste will be trying to break into a super saturated market trying to sound like an English man or woman.

Davido's son of mercy EP in 2016 was a big flop because Sony was trying to make him sound like an americanah. He had to run back to naija the following year to reinvent himself by jumping on Tekno's vibe with IF. Not only that, He featured young thug and ear drummers on Pere but I doubt it got anywhere near If, fall or FIA.

Wizkid sounds from the other side didn't make a big difference despite featuring some established acts such as Breezy and Treysongz.

He had to team up with mut4y and killertunes to get back on track with Manya....

Music is not all about making sense in English language alone, it's all about being unique with your sound and entertaining people with this sound.

I resigned from my place of work after being owned several salaries and some maltreatments on staff. Few days after, I received a call from them asking why I left and was told to come to the office the following day.

I honoured their invitation and when I got there, nothing much was discussed except that they asked why I left them and then promised to increase salary, there was no opportunity for me to tell them what I wanted as per the reappointment, something happened and we had to conclude the discussion. They said "go back to work, your salary will be increased". Before I could leave there we all got payment alert and I noticed 16% deduction on my salary likewise some other staff.

May I ask Nairalanders if its not necessary they give me a reappointment letter stating conditions of service and the salary to be paid?

Wouldn't I need to also ask them why my salary was deducted?
