The peoples Governor, ride on.
The Action Governor, we support you.
You have set the pace for the others to follow if they wish.
Your work in Lagos State will never be forgotten.
Brigadier General Baba Marwa and Alhaji Lateef Jakande are dearly remembered today for the gigantic roles they played in their time as Governor of Lagos.
Yet, you have surpassed them in many spheres.
We can see the massive transformation going on in every sector in Lagos from roads to drainage to schools to markets to hospitals to courthouses etc.
God bless you,the peoples Governor.
CelebritiesRe: Last Photo Of Bisi Komolafe In Hospital Before Her Death by knowledge4(m): 2:49pm On Jan 03, 2013
if she had to die, nothing can prevent it?
the doctors did their best but they are not God.
we will all go someday.
what is more important is our readiness for eternity.

why blame the hospital?
there are different caliber of hospitals in Nigeria.
maybe the one she died in is the type she can afford.

prepare for your own eternity before it is too late!
(Hebrews 9:27)(2 Corinthians 5:10)(2 Corinthians 6:2)

Bisi Komolafe, rest in peace.
TravelRe: ABC Transport - Passengers Beware! by knowledge4(m): 3:44pm On Dec 29, 2012
If the story is true, why have the poster and other victims not reported to the police?
The story must be fake.
ABC remains the best transport company in Nigeria.
Road robberies also affect other transport companies, so that is not strange if an ABC bus falls victim.Even that is very rare with ABC. My over 100 trips via ABC on the Lagos -Owerri route were night journeys and the buses were never stopped by robbers on the notorious route especially the Ore-Onitsha portion.
TravelRe: ABC Transport - Passengers Beware! by knowledge4(m): 1:59pm On Dec 29, 2012
If this story is true, i am shocked that ABC has descended to this level.
I do not believe it. It can not be true.
ABC is a respected transport company and one of the best in Nigeria in terms of courtesy to clients, passenger comfort,accident-free trips and other indices. While working at Owerri, it was my favorite and the only one i traveled in to and fro Lagos fortnightly for 4 years. I made over a hundred trips via ABC and I was never disappointed, not even for once.
However, the last time i traveled via ABC was September 2008 as i have relocated to Lagos.
Why was the robbery not reported to the police by the driver/passengers immediately after the incident?
ABC Management,please investigate this complaint.
BusinessRe: Businesses That Will Give You A Meaningful Income Flow Continually by knowledge4(m): 5:48pm On Dec 12, 2012
excelsiorfarm,
You are real good. am interested in repackaging beans and dried pepper.
Do you know of a faster way to remove the dirt from the beans?
Will heat not affect the dried pepper when packaged?
You & Edogho seem to be offended by ayodele's comment.
Don't you want people to express their opinions to your post?
Or you want everyone to accept what you say like that?
He must have a reason for his opinion, maybe he has been in the business before.
After all he supported the piggery business opinion.
We should learn to accommodate others opinions on a forum
BusinessRe: How To Generate Viable Money Making Ideas That Work by knowledge4(op): 12:05pm On Dec 12, 2012
I disagree with Creative Ideas that one can learn a skill and not know how to convert it to money.
I learned proofreading and editing via online and offline resources in 2012.I did not know how to get a deal from any author after the training.
One day, as i was strolling, i came across a group of salesmen promoting their product on the street and they gave me a handbill. The handbill was badly written in horrible English. You know what i did? I reconstructed the grammar and sent it to the company via their email address on the handbill.
Few weeks after i got a call from the company chairman, a multi-millionaire and a respected Nigerian and that was the beginning of the business relationship that fetched me tons of proofreading and editing jobs that paid well.
Foreign AffairsRe: Haiti Joins African Union by knowledge4(m): 11:49am On Dec 12, 2012
I agree with Idi Amin (above) that Haiti has nothing to benefit from the African Union. The African Union is a stooge and a beggar before the same Western powers that raped and abandoned the Haitians. What were the African Union leaders doing when the Western powers invaded Libya and toppled the government of a fellow African leader whose economy ranks among the best on the continent? Because Ghaddafi did not allow transition from monarchy to democracy? In which of the African nations is democracy working? Haiti has come because it has no choice. Now that it has come, we wait to see what the AU will do to give them the support they need.
BusinessRe: What Business Can I Start With N150K? by knowledge4(m): 11:27am On Dec 12, 2012
Before you do network marketing business known as MLM, you should know the following about the company:
1) The facts about the company history and management
2) The Product details and benefits
3) The Compensation plan and how it works

If the company is focused on the recruitment of persons and pays for recruitment or promotes people for recruiting others into the network, please avoid such a MLM company. it is not a legitimate MLM business to work with. If the company's product has no need in the Nigerian market and does not solve a problem for Nigerians, or the company does not have a product, please avoid such a company. 3rdly,if the MLM company operates a forced matrix or binary pyramid scheme, please avoid them as you will end up frustrated and lose your money, energy and efforts. The first step to achieving success in MLM is to identify the RIGHT COMPANY to work with. The second step is to build a solid base of effective sales persons (down lines). You may visit fakemlmbiz. for further details

MLM or network marketing has tremendous benefits as a business model but there are many scams and few genuine ones in the market. Before you stake your money, even one cent, identify the genuine worth while one to join.

BusinessRe: Thanks by knowledge4(m): 12:46pm On Dec 11, 2012
You can start a neighborhood house cleaning agency with N10k
Print 200 copies biz cards for N2000.00
Go to a residential complex and introduce yourself and biz as a Professional House Cleaner and get the jobs.
Charge N3500 to N5000k monthly depending on how big the house is and the volume of the work and fix the working schedule.
The needs vary from washing and cleaning gutters, sweeping the compounds, cutting weeds and grass and the like.
Then look for jobless guys and housewives and pay them N2500 to N4000 monthly per house assigned to them. Your own margin will be at least N1000.00. If you have about 50 clients in the area, your margin comes to N50k monthly.
Your job is to look for clients, look for workers and assign them, monitor them and collect the fees.
Use the balance of N7500 capital to buy brooms, buckets, mops and the like for cleaning.
A graduate is doing this and earning over N100k monthly in margin after paying his 20 workers
BusinessRe: First Bank Is The Most Unreliable Bank In Nigeria by knowledge4(m):
I disagree.
I have current and savings accounts with First bank for 10 years.
They have good service and I have not had any cause to regret dealing with them.
If the poster has any issues, contact the bank head office with the facts rather than coming online to rubbish a bank
The bank has online and offline channels to address grievances.

Foreign AffairsRe: Haiti Joins African Union by knowledge4(m): 2:54pm On Nov 12, 2012
The AU should create an economic support fund to support Haiti.
Nigeria can even do it alone.Just recover N40 billion that was stolen by one politician and hand it over to the Haitian government. It will go a long way if they do not mismanage it.However,i do not agree that we sold the Haitians into slavery. Our ancestors did, those African chiefs who exchanged their fellow brothers for a bottle of gin or mirror sold the Haitians.

Foreign AffairsRe: Haiti Joins African Union by knowledge4(m): 2:41pm On Nov 12, 2012
Haiti is the poorest country in the world and may have joined the AU for strictly economic reasons not because of its African background. She needs economic support and has largely been abandoned by the West.Haiti has nothing to offer the AU except maybe some soldiers joining the AU Army which will be funded by others. The AU has nothing to offer Haiti because many of the AU countries are struggling economies. However,Haiti may believe that by joining the AU,she will benefit from the crumbs dropping from the tables of African countries like Nigeria,Ghana and South Africa. Afterall half bread is better than none.Soon,we will see Haitians in African cities such as Lagos looking for jobs as a benefit of joining the AU.
Haitians,welcome to Africa,your root.Home is best.
Foreign AffairsRe: Haiti Joins African Union by knowledge4(m): 2:31pm On Nov 12, 2012
Haiti must have joined the AU for reason of economic support, not because its citizens originated from Africa. Haiti is the poorest country in the world and needs massive economic support. Also,Haiti has been more or less abandoned by the West.It may believe that by joining the AU,it will benefit from the crumbs falling from the tables of African Countries like Nigeria and Ghana.Haiti has nothing to offer Nigeria and the AU has little to offer Haiti because many of the countries in Africa are struggling economies.Soon,we will see Haitians on the streets of Lagos looking for jobs as one of the benefits of joining the AU.
Haitians,we welcome you back to Africa.Home is best.

PoliticsRe: Lagos: Ripples Of Hurricane Sandy May Hit – Commissioner by knowledge4(m): 3:31pm On Oct 31, 2012
The Commissioner may be right. And i believe there is scientific precedence to justify his assertion.
The Tsunami that occurred in the Indian Ocean in December 2004 had its ripple effects affecting about 11 nations along the shoreline including Somalia or Ethiopia, thousands of miles away from Sri Lanka that bore the weight of the disaster.
The issue is this:what will the magnitude of the ripple effects be and what is being done to address it? Is it to wait for the danger to occur first, maybe sweep away some ignorant fishermen before calling the Red Cross and setting up relief camps?
PoliticsRe: Cameroon Did No Wrong Flooding Nigeria – FG Official by knowledge4(m): 3:17pm On Oct 31, 2012
I disagree. Did the Cameroonians advise the Nigerian authorities in advance to make emergency preparations?
Are there no dams in places like Europe, if i may ask?
If a dam is stressed there, do they release the water the way the Cameroonians did theirs to destroy communities in Nigeria? Now that the F.G.N. sees it as normal, who compensates the victims, how and when? The FGN or the Cameroon Government? Na WA oh for that kind defense! This Nigeria self.
Foreign AffairsRe: More Photos Of Hurricane Sandy's Devastation by knowledge4(m): 3:08pm On Oct 31, 2012
Jesus, I thank you that hurricanes do not happen in Nigeria.
However, we have our own share of disasters too - religious wars,B.H,election riots, fuel riots, border clashes, floods etc.
If 5% of the magnitude of Hurricane Sandy had occurred in any part of Nigeria, how would we have coped in a nation where it takes about 24 hours to respond to a plane crash? I hope the Nigerian government and our armchair emergency services can learn a lesson from this disaster.
Jesus, I thank you.
