That tweet makes absolute sense. Nike can sponsor the super eagles and as part of the agreement use a local company to manufacture the jerseys. I suspect some other lesser known causes though, maybe infections or hormonal issues, stuff like that. But majorly, Iodine deficiency seems to be the cause. But most people take iodized salt so who knows

If I can remember primary school classes correctly, goiter is as a result of a lack of iodine in the body, which can easily be prevented by taking refined iodized salts. That's what I can remember being taught in primary /junior school. If that's actually the case, goiter is one very simple disease to prevent though.
