If there's any potential conspiracy in this issue, it is the possibility that the world would deliberately allow Ghaddafi to crush the rebels to let the status quo continue and keep the oil out of the hands of potential Al qaeda sponsors. I wont be suprised if the US deliberately allow Ghaddafi win without enforcing a no-fly zone. Its definitely more advantageous to the US, Italy (biggest libyan trading partner) and other mediterranean nations to have him there rather than a populist government that might be less favourable to israel or the US. Port Harcourt is a nice city if you are interested in petroleum industry. Traffic is definitely not as bad as Lagos. And I feel crime is also an issue in Lagos compared to Port Harcourt.

Please dont bamboozle the poor woman. anyone who has been stuck on the lone route into woji or had to drive 5 mins just to make a left turn will tell you PH is real irritating. Of course its much smaller than Lagos and life may seem to have a slower pace but there's a larger population in Lagos.

however, if you possess the right connections/network PH might just be the place. Lots of oil companies around and lots of associated companies around. flights to all major cities. nearby port with lesser backload compared to lagos.

JAMB motors along nicely on the back of so many web admins. So many companies in nigeria including our banks run on IT and our lives nowadays depend more on IT than we think. There are those in IT who create new things and there are those who keep the new/old stuff running. Its the same as in medicine. there are researchers and there are surgeons/practitioners.

It depends on the point of view.


however,there's a scary question for myself and other IT people. If WW III happened and all the electricity vanished, how will we survive? doctors can just team up with their pharmacist friends and get right to it but we would be out of a job!!! scary.
