Christianity Etc › Re: Daddy Freeze Replies Pastor Adeboye’s Response To His Teachings On Tithing by Konquest: 11:55pm On Nov 08, 2017
HeWrites:
Controversial OAP, Daddy Freeze has replied the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s response to his teachings on tithing.

According to pastor Adeboye, ‘Pay your tithes to avoid divine curses’.

Read Freeze’ response below…
“Dear Pastor Adeboye,
If you permit me, I will like to humbly seize this opportunity to raise some questions I consider valid.
–
Why did you say in a viral video, that even a mad person knows that you don’t drink alcohol in a church?
–
Although from a sentimental point of view, your premise might seem right, but is it really what the Bible teaches us? The book of Deuteronomy 14:22-26, when speaking about paying tithes, instructs us to take our tithe to the place the LORD has chosen, and if the place is too far, we are instructed to sell the portion of our tithe and use it to buy anything our heart desires, listing alcohol as one of the items that could be bought with our tithe. The King James Version says ‘strong drink’, the Holmans Bible says ‘beer’ while the new international version specifies ‘fermented drink’. All the above are forms of alcohol.
–
So if you say even a mad person knows that you don’t drink alcohol in church, are you suggesting that the modern day church is not the ‘place the LORD has chosen for tithe to be paid and for his name to be worshiped’ as described in the book of Deuteronomy, or are you implying that the Bible was written by lunatics, or are you perhaps doubting God’s sanity?
–
Another issue I’ll be grateful if you can throw some light upon, is where our first pastors and Daddy GOs, the 12 disciples, collected tithes, or where they instructed the believers who took over the headship of the church from them, to collect tithe.
–
I humbly suggest, that you kindly address the above questions with biblical evidence, as against whipping up sentiment, or employing what many preachers use, and in my opinion, I consider; ’emotional tactics’.
–
As the Berean Christian that I am, before accepting any doctrine, I research the scriptures to see if it aligns accordingly, with the word of God.
–
Thank you sir, I hereby extend my highest considerations and best regards. ~FRZ

This is what happens when light
first hits the eyes of those in institutionalized
religion... they like to DEFLECT attention. It happened 500 years ago with
Martin Luther's bold step to question the
indulgence or paying for prayers being practiced in the church

Galileo Galilei also challenged the Catholic
Church teaching that the earth is FLAT when
in fact it is spheroidal like Copernicus and
Galileo had accurately stated.

Romance › Re: DEAR BROKE GUYS! by Konquest: 10:03pm On Nov 08, 2017
Amarabae:
A LETTER TO THE BROKE GUYS.
.
-
Greetings all!
I will like to briefly to thank all who wished me a Happy Birthday yesterday.
Thank you my Darlings. *kisses*
-
Back to my main subject, THE BROKE GUYS.
I have noticed that one of the most frustrating moments in a man's life is when he is broke!
This era of financial scarcity always leave many men with feeling of emptiness,
No wonder the sighting of that word "BROKE" always touches the nerve in many guys, no wonder the insults, bullying and aggressiveness they exhibit as a response to any thread that is dedicated to such a dreaded word.
-
NOW Broke Guys listen, let me give you a bit of advice..
-
Every woman dream of a comfortable future, a future where even if she is not been treated like a queen, atleast she will not be a slave.
Most ladies grew up and saw the financial difficuly and suffering their mothers went through in the name of marriage and thereby took a resolution not to be part of that fate.
So before you blame them for rejecting you as a broke guy, remember this.
1. Being broken is NOT a permanent situation, work hard to change the status.
2. Even if you are an unemployed graduate, you can raise a capital and move into business.
-
FINANCIAL STABILITY AND SECURITY is an Important Requirement many women look at including me.
How can you expect a girl to reject a rich guy for you that live in a public yard and earn below #30,000 monthly?
The girl may really love you but she need a partner who is Financially stable,
Many ladies are not looking for a Dangote kind of guy but a Hardworking Financially Stable Guy.
and I see nothing wrong in that.
He may not have his own house, atleast let him afford a 1 or 2-bedroom flat.
He may not have a murano or quest, atleast let him afford a mercedes even if it is old model.
Women just want to be comfortable.
So Mr Broke guy,
Why not focus on improving your financial status instead?
From #30,000, aim to be getting atleast up to #70,000 and above, monthly.
From Public yard, aim at living in a comfortable apartment.
-
No woman want to suffer, YES the woman may have a good job or business, but she need an equal or higher earner than her as a partner.
You get the drift?.
ALSO.
Some Broke Guys are LAZY in nature!
Women do appreciate hardworking guys, we do.
But the lazy type! Hush.
There are many unemployed graduate who love staying indoors, sleeping and always online looking for a girl to bully.
Why are such guys suprised at being broke?
They are proud and lazy to humble themselves and learn an income earning skill.
Tomorrow, these are guys who will be calling girls "GOLD DIGGERS" for rejecting their lazy azz.
-
Dear broke guy, Wake up,
Work hard to improve your financial status,
Go and learn an income earning Skill, they are many out there to learn from.
My Final point is that a guy should be financial stable first before thinking of a serious relationship or marriage.
OK. Broke is not permanent to a hard working guy.
LOVE YOU ALL.
Thank you.

Romance › Re: Ladies: 2 Simple Ways To Know If He Is A Broke Guy. by Konquest: 9:52pm On Nov 08, 2017
optional1:
The rate of broke guys in the market nowadays is so alarming, is just too much somebody can't even know the rich guys any more..

So here are just two simple tips to know if the guy who is disturbing you is broke or not...

1. Going on a date with him..

If you going on a date with him next time, go with 3 or 4 of your friends. I didn't say 1 or 2 friends oh, i said 3 or 4 friend..

But ladies make sure you are with enough money that can pay your bills in case the guy is really broke and can't pay the bills..

Demand for expensive food and drink, make sure you ask for take away package... If at the end of the date he pays for everything.. Then he is not broke but don't conclude yet oh.
Wait for no2 before you conclude.

2. Demand for money.

That same day of the date, after you have reach home, wait for 1hour then flash him, i mean flash not call. If after flashing he calls back, ask if he got home safe.
Then ask for money using your sweet voice..

*Like hey boo i wanted asking you for something but i don't want my friends to know about it* boo i need just 100k to change my wardrobe* i know you won't disappoint me*...

Before you finish talking he might have hang off but if he wait for you to finish talking, you will hear him say
*okay, just 100k right??*
you say *yes*...

I bet you give him 1 week he won't call you again, why because he is damn broke.. If you call him 1week time, hear what he will say

* hello, who is this??* after you introduce yourself, he will than say *oh bae am sorry my phone was stolen 6days ago.. I just bought another just yesterday* eyes roll my dear sister run he is broke....

You know where you can find me if you want to beat me.
Come to sambisa forest i am there..

An ex-convict recently released from Enugu prisons, Monday Okoro who claimed he hailed from Obinkita Arochukwu Abia state and his gang member identified as Chidiebere Oke who also claimed he hailed from Onueke Village of Ebonyi state, have been apprehended by the Enugu state police command for their allegedly swindling their female victim of some amount of money and also gang raping her and later placed her on the verge of making payment to them anytime they call her.

Their victim who happened to be a lady narrates her ordeal as follows: On that fateful day being 26/10/17 I came out from our street to Emeka Abalu in Phase Six Trans Ekulu Enugu to board a tricycle going to Enugu Town and unfortunately ran into this keke Napep with some boys and unknown to me that they are fraudsters and hoodlums operating as tricyclist and from there they started telling me that they are foreigners seeking for a certain address before I knew what was happening, I lost my consciousness and was taken to where I was gang Raped by three of them after collecting all the money in my possession.

The Victim added that they later left her at that place and left but continued calling her the following day with a threat that if the remaining balance of the money is not paid that the man that owns the chemical for the production of the currency will add another money and that will be too bad for them and that she should remember the oath taking of not revealing the transaction to any body to avoid sudden death.

It was further gathered that following the incident was promptly reported to Trans Ekulu Division of the Nigeria Police Force Enugu state command as officers swung into action.

While operatives were looking for them with their Keke, information got to them that same men have been caught by some angry mob around Park Avenue axis of the state who descended heavily on them. The operatives got to the scene and discovered that they are the same people being looked.....

According to police report, the suspects are helping the police operatives in their investigations in relation to their alleged fraudulent activities and Rape.

They revealed that they usually hire Keke Napep and pretend as if they are Keke Napep operators within Sani Abacha Trans Ekulu and Phase six axis to enable them get their victims. Manhunt have been intensified against the fleeing Keke Napep driver.

Business › Re: How To Open A Business Name In CAC With N12,000 In Just 2 Weeks Without A Lawyer by Konquest: 5:32am On Nov 05, 2017
Jaay1:
So you want to open a business and you know nothing of how to get started, well NO WORRIES.
You do not need to find a lawyer, a chartered Accountant or an agent. All you need is an ATM Master Card and an internet connection. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) now has an on line portal that makes life easy for all potential entrepreneurs and Businessmen in Nigeria.

To register A company the first step is to

STEP 1: Search for availability of Name - Visit http://services.cac.gov.ng/ sign up as a new customer and provide all necessary details accurately. Once you are properly signed in click on 'Name availability Search' type in two names that are creative and uncommon as your proposed business name and try to avoid cliché names. Fill the form with your best Email address and Phone number and submit the form when done. The submission of the form would costs N500 and can be paid using you master card, visa card, verve card, on line banking etc.
The name search would take one to two working days to be approved or disapproved. If disapproved try again With a different and more unique name.

STEP 2: Register the Business name - Once your name has been approved the next step is to register the business name. Log in to your account with CAC and once logged in click on 'action' and download the the letter of approval from the CAC portal, open it and take note of the approval number.
Go back to the website, Click on 'Registration' on the top left of the webpage select business name and paste the number from the approval document on the space provided click on enter. Ensure you know the nature of the business, proprietors of the business and all other relevant information accurately. NOTE: You can 'save and exit' the form at any point where you have difficulties.

* When it comes to nature of the business ensure that you type in three (3) nature of business and it is always a good idea to add General contracts so you do not need to get another business name in the future as, General contracts encompasses everything. (I made the mistake of not adding General contracts and I had to apply with an additional cost of N6000 to get it changed and it was a stressful process)

Fill the form Accurately avoid Mistakes as a Correction would cost you more money and waste your Time.
Now one important thing is When asked if you need additional copies of Certified true copy and documents, select Zero as this is applicable to only those who are registering a limited liability company.

Submit the form and Pay N10,000 for the business name using you ATM card. You would be given a form to submit to the CAC office in your selection.

STEP 3: Physical Submission - Download and print and make two photocopies of
- All receipt of payment from Remitta and CAC,
- The approval of business name document
- The form you received upon payment for business name
Take these documents with two passport Photographs, N250 stamp duty fee - to be paid into CAC Skye Bank Account (you can do this before going to the office the bank has the account number) and submit for filing with the corporate Affairs commission.

I hope this information was helpful to you. Leave a comment and tell me how it goes for you.

It has been revealed that popular ponzi scheme MMM has officially announced a “RESTART” of the system, leaving many Nigerian particiP@nts wailing with thousands and millions on Naira trapped in the scheme.

In a message posted on the home page of particiP@nts Saturday morning, the scheme said that it had struggled to stay afloat after going on a break in Dec. 2016 but had been forced to do a system restart.

Many of the particiP@nts who commented in various MMM Whatsapp groups recounted sadly how they and family members had lost millions to the scheme.

MMM is a ponzi scheme which gained popularity in Nigeria in 2016. It promised to pay particiP@nts 30 per cent return on investment every 30 days.

Despite various warnings by the Federal Government and its financial regulators, many Nigerians adamantly went on to participate in MMM.

Recall that in 2016, the Federal Government, through the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) warned Nigerians against putting their money in the scheme.

In December 2016, the scheme went on “Pause Mode”, freezing the funds of particiP@nts and allegedly bolted with N18 billion but promised to resume payments by January 2017.

MMM kept its promise by resuming in January but it had new rules: 2016 money was to be paid back in percentages of new money “invested”.

This also did not stand the test of time and by July 2017, the scheme went on a semi pause mode when it could not pay withdrawal requests.

While those who lost their money in June/July continued to wait and lament, the ponzi scheme, in a frantic effort to stay afloat, commenced payment of those who “invested” their money in August, promising to backdate the payment to cover those whose money were still pending from June and July.

It even introduced 100 per cent return on investment to encourage more Nigerians to participate in August.

Apparently unable to meet its promises to pay back June/July pledges and faced with more challenges, the ponzi scheme on Saturday announced that it was going on restart, blaming the Nigerian government and the media for its woes which started in 2016.

RESTART

Unfortunately, we were unable to overcome the consequences of the crisis triggered by the authorities and mass media incautious actions at the beginning of this year. Despite all our efforts. The problems have been accumulating and, as a result, we have to announce a restart.

So, there is a restart:

All old Mavros (acquired before this announcement is posted) are frozen. We will gradually buy them back as the System develops.

All transactions with new Mavros (acquired after this announcement is posted) will be carried out on the usual terms with no restrictions.

Some amendments have been made to the rules:

Mavros will now start growing at the moment the request is confirmed (not at the moment it is created, as it was previously).

Consequently, bonuses will start growing at the moment when the main contribution is confirmed (upon which bonuses have been rewarded on).

Mavro-50% for the first contribution will not be available.

We launch three-month contributions of two types: 40% and 50% (see more details in WHAT IS MMM).

We’re confident that this measure (especially paragraphs 1 and 2) will significantly reduce the load on the System while also significantly improving its stability.

As a matter of fact, a restart is not the end of the world, it’s just a restart of the System and nothing more. Continue to provide help and you’ll get it all back (even if you’ve lost something now). It all starts from the beginning. It’s the most opportune time for participating.

We would also like to remind you (just for form’s sake) that everyone had been fully aware of all the risks and had read the WARNING which they had also confirmed by checking the relevant box in the process of registration.

Hoping for your understanding,

MMM Administration

Some of the particiP@nts of the scheme expressed regrets for ever joining MMM.

One of the particiP@nts (names with held) said that if he had known he would have used his money fro something better rather than investing on the scheme.

“This MMM people are very useless, they just came to dupe us,” he said.

On the promise by the scheme to buy back the debts it owed Nigerians when it restarts, he said: “Restart? who are they restarting with? Nobody will join MMM in Nigeria again”.

“MMM is gone and gone for good,” he said

grin ...People like to give things the
benefit-of-the-doubt in Nigeria till they
get burned out like cigarettes.

There is another one that I heard of for the
first time on Monday, last week called
Questra. Nigerians should carry out due
diligence on that before investing. Out of
curiosity, I have read
some negative reviews about that program.

Be careful with these ponzi schemes so
YOU don't lose your SHIRT!

Thanks for pointing out the fact that Prince
Kayode Tejuoso of the Abeokuta Royal

I used to think by some kind of weird default
that Sen. Lanre Tejuoso is her husband
without crosschecking - maybe because
both of them are in the limelight as State
and Federal lawmakers.

Thanks again.

Eziokwu1:
I can't help but notice the Yoruba domination of Nigeria's growing IT sector. For those who don't know, It meant Information Technology.
More than 80% of the country's new start up programmes, media houses, Websites, Newest innovations in ICT, E-commerce (Jumia, Deal Dey, Jobberman, Konga and the rest Etc)and especially the computer based Information technology sector have some form of Yoruba presence.

I am not cooking this up, I am talking from real experience here as I work in this sector, most of my good friends and co-workers are Yoruba, same goes for most other tech companies and startups, including those getting massive endorsements and money from abroad. While I don't think this is a bad thing I am just interested in knowing why and/or how come?
^^^^^^^^^^^
Interesting... Yoruba and Nigerians
in general are brilliant people - with the
exception of those irredeemable ones.

Nice post. grin

SouthEastFacts:
I guess you don't know Onitsha main market controls Nigerian importation network infrastructure, while SW only the sea port. As long as that infrastructure is firmly in their hands, they will always control trade.

SE strength is not just in trading, we are manufacturers. Time will come when you will abandon your cars for Innonson, the most versatile automobile company in Africa. Google this up please.

Nigeria Army used to import their kits, but presently Aba manufactures them and the Army has not lost confidence in them.

Innoson has started manufacturing military vehicles, with time they will start manufacturing for our military.

Don't forget Zinox is an indigenous computer manufacturer in Nigeria, owned by Anambra man.

Linda Ikeji is not a trader, she is a blogger. African most successful blogger.

Everything is all about value proposition and we understand this very much. We are very dynamic, if the landscape changes, we will change as well.

We will never be stucked. In the future we will be electing Governors, Senators. We have started with State House.

I just wish all regions will open their eyes to the opportunities that traveling has to offer.

ProForce Ltd, manufactures Armored Personel
Carriers/vehicles
for the military in Ogun State, Nigeria
and for export since 2013.

There is nothing that is being produced
in Aba or Nnewi that you will not find
a substitute being produced locally
in Lagos or other parts of SW or Nigeria as
a whole, based on
my research since the 1990s. I discovered
that savvy entrepreneurs of Edo, Yoruba, Itsekiri,
Igala, Idoma, Efik, even the North like
Sokoto, Kaduna, Kano are manufacturing
things at a standard technological level.
Recently, a man from Kano was at an
exhibition in Abuja were he displayed a
vehicle that uses only solar energy panels!

Companies located in the South West such
as Yiko Deen Footwear
and the North also manufacture military
boots and kits for the Nigerian Police/Armed
forces. The manufacturing contract was spread around
so nobody has the monopoly of technology
or Knowledge in Nigeria. Nigerians have
very brilliant people in every region.

There is even an indigenous car manufacturing
company in Ghana which is owned by a
Ghanaian citizen. grin

Last by not least, I do not trust the source
of wealth of some of young Ibos because
many of them especially of Anambra
stock have been arrested in Lagos
and Anambra by the NDLEA for operating illicit
methamphetamine laboratories.

Nnewi, Ozubulu,
Satellite Town, Iba Newsite, Ibeju Lekki
New site are some of the places being used
to operate hard drugs laboratories. A young
guy from Ozubulu of 36 by the name
Blessed of Blessed International was also
busted by NDLEA in Ajao Estate in Isolo
Lagos for production of methamphetamine
inside the so-called mansion he was
living in. The by-products of the methamphetamine cause cancer and
mental issues and these so-called
rich young, dubious SE guys have polluted
the soil with the waste from methamphetamine
production. You can crosscheck these
FACTS with NDLEA and NIA. Over 95% of drug
trafficking via MMA in Lagos[Lagos International
Airport] is done by male/female of Ibo descent.
Off course with the body scanners and
sniffer dogs, most drug traffickers get
caught. Yoruba and Edo/Delta make up
the remaining 1% to 4% involvement
in drugs trafficking based on NDLEA
and the biannual NIA reports of Nigerians
in foreign prisons.

It is really embarrassing that of the over 500
Nigerians in Chinese prisons, 99% of them
are of Ibo origin, same with Brazil, South
Africa, etc. Another guy who was
a sitting eze Ndigbo of Australia was
also arrested for dealing in drugs as a drug
barron 3 years ago! Many of them say they
are importers but they are now on death row
in Pakistan, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Myanmar,
Brazil, etc.

I only TRUST Ibo professionals and real people like Zinox, Coscharis, Slok[Orji Uzor Kalu] etc,
because I know how they started their
businesses, but not these other dubious guys who
call themselves traders, who use that to
cover up their criminal ways in the area
of kidnappings for ransom, armed robbery
across the West African borders (A criminal
gang was busted in Lagos over 2 years ago
and one of them confessed that most
of the Ibo traders in Alaba are into crime
but use trading to coverup. This guy
from Ebonyi was involved in robbing banks
and Bureau D Change in Nigeria and
Benin Republic. He had built a mansion
along Ikotun Egbe Road and living a fake
life until him and the rest of his gang
from Anambra were caught!

The stories were widely reported in papers
with their pictures and the mansions
they built in Lagos in PM News, The Sun, etc.

Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike's arrest
in 2017 for the series of kidnappings and
armed robberies/killings in
Lagos, Edo, and other parts of Nigeria
only made me to be a lot more suspicious
about the lavish lifestyle of especially young
Ibo traders who claim to be rich until proved otherwise.
