@Century106, congratulation. My advice to you from experience project 10- 15 or even 20% above your budget, to put you in better position on the safe side. My brother things happen along the line, from workers issues to material ETC.

Pls next time you visit Nigerian try other part of the country like Abuja, Abia, Kaduna, Kano, Uyo, Ondo, Enugu, Porthacourt, Calabar, Ilorin even, Gombe and Oshogbo, to see for your self. Make sure you spend more then a week, to tell us your story.

It sound like many, with my bad experience I'm afraid. I have 2 and 3 bedrooms under renovation in Aboru Ipaja. I saw hell before kicking them out, the so call pastor and one Igbo guy that live there for almost 1/12 years rent free after there move in payment. Thanks to Fashola court that finally kick them out.

I do understand any time one buy one type of particular tiles, after buying total amount needed for the job. The tillers advice to buy extral in case they break when be used, or for future damage. To be the same type. What is going to be your next action if they don't have

@hajji the cost deferent is enormous between precast hanging and on building cast parapet. My is running me close to 1m.

@Dominionny, this globa class wey you come no bi joke like your oh. This is serious business, may of us has jobs for P.o.P or approaching that stage. we are asking you questions but you choice to talk to people in private that okay, but mind you this globa market is very competitive this days . In my opinion is better to give people idea, to better prepare when they get to those stage.

Hajji I believe cooperative Villa Estate is locatede in badore just by Ajah, by making left
Around Ajah bus stop going by Lekki Epe express, down to inside badore. I may be wrong oh, I believe I went there couple of years ago.
