@All where can one buy precast facial parapet in Ilorin Kwara state. I will also appreciate the price to, or people that make them on site. |
@segcy where all the water, or may be I need my glasses. Weldone. |
@Sypder those are the end result of those type of doors, it was some fancy type of wood looking like plastic that was placed on the face. You better tell your client to stick with well build locally made ones. |
Good job man, I believe this is the Procedure the government lay down on the paper if only things work the way they should. I have no idea, cost time it's take you to get those report. One thing am sure of, if it was in Lagos or Abuja it will take time that will force one to abandon the job. I hope one I wake up to Naija that will doing things the way it should be done always. |
Can one imagine? price is crashing, land for 130m or $812,500 for land alone. Do you kwon the kind of house this amount could but you in USA with stable income rent of about at average of $5000 a month without any mortgage? I hope most of those people that keep stealing our wealth will stop one day. |
@victorv12. When 30 percent of your earnings are exhausted on shelter, your labor are no longer viewed as an opportunity for economic advancement, but rather as an act of self-preservation. In the real world that's called...slavery.? Sir, I don't know where you reside. My comment is based on the fact that is used to determine rent calculation where I reside. I believe it's a federal law that governs property owners and the renters. This law was also strictly enforced on banks as well. If you read my first post carefully, I said where incomes has good accounting practice and well documented, can easily be verified. Your comment above in my view, with Naija housing market that was run on speculations not the value of the houses themselves . I may agree with you, if at present, Nigerian 30% income may not support their rent, but I also find it difficult to understand the balance with present income, housing cost, and the programs the government has in place for the housing markets. I had read a lot about the cost associated with land etc. I can't imagine and average legitimate income of #1.6m a year that can afford an apartment of two or three bedrooms at 8-10millon on mortgage at monthly payment of #120,000 a month. Even so call bankers that believe they are making decent living with many of them@#5-8millon a year income. Mind you the entire banking sector hired only 90,000 or so workers, out of 160 million people. They are still considered poor in this part of the world, they may still need government assistant in one-way or other. I believe we have to put many things in order, like removing those crazy land fees charges to liberalize the sector. We have a long way to go as nation to make housing affordable for ordinary Nigerians in conclusion |
@hajji, front page please on pile issue, for long lawyer Mathew has used his power as moderator years back to dominate the front page. I believe the volume of traffic on topic with vast information and knowledge to learn should be consider to take the front page in my opinion. There is another topic about income and rent in Nigeria housing market that was generating serious debate. I will like to see your contribution to it. |

@Segcymoor. let get this clear, are you saying each pile cost 80k per meter depth x 7 x 49 piles? |
Sorry it going to be hard for you to determine that in Naija. If it other side or the world, where good accounting practice exits on incomes. All incomes are well documented and can be verified. Your annual rent should not be more then 30% of income. |
