I want to start by saying thank you, the reason why am asking this question is. We have seen many of these kind of restate Company that's promise heaven and earth even giving people plan payment, after registering their Company for Naira 100,000 in or two years disappear with millions of Naira people had paid to there Company
The estate became and abandoned project. I ve not seen Lagos State, or federal Government doing anything about people behind those Company's, I believed that is why people keep doing it. People are now arms with information, that is why we ask allots of questions before we fell to those kind of Companies. I hope you will understand.

Properties › Re: FOR SALE- Prime Land At Adelabu In Surulere by kopell:
@prince_onx many of these guys never work for money that's why you see many of them post those numbers, can you imagine $437,500 for land. if one has that cash at hand here in NYC it will buy you 9 3bedrooms or three family house that can be rent out for $2,200 a month for each of the 9 apartments. You do the math if I'm right that is $19,800 a month and $237,600 a year. lets assume the property tax is $37,000 a year may be little more or less depends on the location of the property, my brother you will have $200,600 a year in your bank account every year. These analysis dos not based on mortgage payment on property, this is out straight purchase on properties. With the mortgage system you will pay less by a monthly payment on the property but could end up paying more by the end of the mortgage life. With all these so call agents posting these ridiculous prices, I believe many of them are just waiting for those pen robbers that stole enough money to buy this property and get their own piece out of the stolen money. If one has an opportunity to put those kind of money into one of these choices which one would you prefer? Mind you here nobody owns you back rent like in that of our beloved country. If you do owe back rent I can bet you with quick court procedure in less than three months you will be out on the streets, that's the great part of it.

[quote author=brabus]Checkitaut,

I decided not post project cost and breakdown again cos there are few unsuspecting clients who waste their hard-earned money on hideous contractors and yet come online to argue blindly that N10m cannot finish a foundation.

You don't need to stop just because the argue online, do the argue with you. If the do, all you have to do is to proved it to them that can do better then foundation for them with budget of N10m or build house for them at that budget.

@profersor Spyder you open another can of worm, why people pretending as if the don't know that, it's a norm to most of Naija business men and women. Especially those thief's that live in Nigeria. The think by cheating you make them richer, but gist what God pass them all After cheating people God always take it away from them in the way they will never understand by burning their business down crashing their truck, or sanding death. Only God can save us from this dishonest people among us.
