Ozchidiebere:Barbing in the UK is possible, it’s reasonable and it can be lucrative. Just like any other trade or business, it can also depend on the area that you want to operate from. It can be expensive to rent a place, furnish it and then build and develop your customer base. I have a friend who was a barber in Enugu. He has been cutting hairs in the Uk since he entered the country and he is very successful. As a start, the area matters…places like London, Birmingham, Reading, Manchester, Brighton etc are multicultural with many blacks people…you’ll need your black customers to signal your arrival…having experience with Caucasian hairs is advisable. Cutting Emeka or Tunde’s hair is different from cutting a Singh or Atif’s hair, Atif’s hair is also different from a Lee Smith’s hair. You’ll need to achieve competency in various hair textures and styles to be successful. You might need to get attached to an already established hair dressing/barbershop, internship will help you. Apart from barbing, there are lots of jobs that will put food on your table. You can also learn driving…and I mean vehicles like buses, lorries and trucks….Those will distract you from barbing as you wouldn’t have time to focus on your no 1 dream job but you can spread words around via social media….people can contact you and you wouldn’t need a shop for that, they can come to you if you are not in a multi tenancy accommodation or you’ll take your tools and go to them…you’ll cut hairs, make money, safely dispose hairs and no suspicious neighbour will call the landlord. Best of luck. |
sarrki:This is very childish. Some of you are more sensitive than the LGBTQ. What’s this display supposed to prove? That Tinubu could travel to the US. Same was said about Atiku and Onyeama the Peace airline boss. Why would Tinubu allow his passport/visa page to be released? Alright…Mr sarrki, kindly dig up and post Bola Tinubu’s primary school report card and secondary school as well. Some of the players in Nigeria politics need to be wiped off. Imagine Orji Uzo Kalu coming out to release a statement about Tinubu’s visa application! Same man crocodile teary eyed anuofia who said he postponed his travel when Davido’s child passed. What a bunch of funny people. What’s worse or funnier than these politicians are the confused minions defending them. |
SIMONEKPA7:Reset whose brain? This drama will make this boy a celebrity up north. His tweet on Deborah’s murder will feed him for a long time, This boy is probably wearing the trouser size some wore when they were between 11-12 years…and why would the police beat him? The joke is on them and Aisha for trying to practice karate on him. Beating him is child abuse. He might be in his 20s but he is still a boy. |
ednut1:It’s not sapa, it’s genetic. You’d be surprise how much food this boy consumes but never put on weight. Is he more vocal and insulting than El Rufai’s sons? And El Rufai’s sons are tiny and skinny like him but with evil hearts. They are normally mute with their tails under their legs when they are outside but wait till they get behind that keyboards in their rooms. |
It’s tiny people like this that make the most noise online. Very focal like in his tweet about Aisha getting fat on poor people’s resources. Highly offensive like in his tweet about dealing with people wearing Deborah’s vest in Bauchi. There are many like him making threats every sec online. |
DSTheGreat:Consensus on Deborah’s murder. You can’t let a potential muhajedeen rot away in prison simply because he called Aisha fat glutton. |
Zonefree:…but this is not Solomon Dalung’s business. Why is he concerned about the size of Aisha Buhari’s clothes? If Aisha has ballooned to the body of three people, would Dalung expect her to wear the clothe size meant for one person. If Aisha is three in one, she should wear three in one piece of Jirabiya. Except Dalung is trying to say that Aisha is now eating food meant for three people.. That in my opinion constitutes insult and bullying on the First Lady. He is not trying to join the boy who criticised Aisha….which in that case might warrant the IGP and his boys arresting Dalung and giving him some beat down meant for a man his size. Dalung should be careful. |
omonnakoda:The above response is Beautiful.. RESPECT. |
This is fraud. Spain want to avoid Croatia. This is not right. |
In about 2 years from now, one of my blodas will open a thread that “A SOUTHWEST insane woman wanted to open Sosoliso plane door. In fact, the title will be an Ogun or Oyo state woman wanted to open the emergency door of Ibom airways plane. We no dey take eye see south west.
|
ba7man:You are normally smarter and more mature than the above comment. Comment like yours would make people question your age and your IQ What has this thread got to do with haters and Tinubu? Why not give credit to the governor? |
A young man from Ondo State has spoken out about why he drained his bank account to support Tinubu and Shettima's campaign. Arowolo Amisu Tosin of Ondo state showed a screenshot of his widow's mite gift, saying, "I have #2700 in my account and I donate #2000 to support Asiwaju/Shettima 2023." His next action would be to go online telling people that he hasn’t eaten since seven days...then he would drop his bank account for help. |
Goldmynemaniac:Becareful, Tetracycline will sue you. Btw, that design look like coffin on wheels. Keke should not be redesigned…that horror should be banned, all vehicle recycled. |
iSense247:You support what he has done? I can see you have nearly 170 people liking your comment. I’m an Obi supporter but if I was IGP or Buhari, this man is finished. He is a police man and people like him should be neutral. Imagine a policeman or military man saying the same about Atiku or Tinubu. That policeman in my opinion is very stupid and unprofessional. |
sukkot:What fluke? Fluke that Super eagles beat Bulgarian team comprising Stoichov, Kostadinov and Balakov 3-0 in US and again 1-0 in France. When you have intelligent players like JJ who has the skills and the heart to mess up opponents supported with no nonsense and disrespectful midfielder like Oliseh, Finidi, Oliha and strong and confident defenders like Okechukwu…that was no fluke mister. They had the talent and were keen to show it. Maybe tactics and a bit of over exuberance were the reason they underachieved |
I hope they sustain this tempo and not concede anymore. Pierre Kunde should be the most awkward footballer I’ve ever seen. He shouldn’t be a footballer. |
Brilliant goal by Abobarkar but the Cameroon team is annoying. How can they have Chuppo Moting and Toko Ekambi and still be playing nonsense. 3-3 |
sukkot:I disagree: Go and watch Nigeria super eagles at US94 Watch super eagles batter the current Spanish coach luis Enrique and Man City coach Pep Guardiola and their mates at France 98. Watch Ghana as 2010 South Africa World Cup, watch Senegal at 2002. |
It’s hard to watch Cameroun. They are so awkward. They struggle with their passes, man/spacemarking. They lack creativity. Most of them look like truck pushers but they hardly utilise their physical attributes. |
Nairaland777:How did you spend 10 years in medical school yet you haven’t scaled through pharm and pathology? Don’t be offended…you sounded like some character in papa benji that tells lots of strange and incoherent tales….and also you sounded like some dude in the sports thread that refers to himself as nerdy and the best thing since freshly made agege bread. You need to strike all the chips off your shoulders first then you need to focus and really decide what you want. You are not focused…am I right or wrong. No doubt you’ve got potentials.,,your background reveals that, smashing As in further maths and physics no bi beans. Maybe you would’ve benefited from some guidance from a good counsellor. You seem like someone who would keep to himself, some kind of social misfit and a proud one…if that’s you, it’ll be hard to advice you and it’ll be hard for you to get help. Don’t spend time reading irrelevant stuffs that only distract and derail your progress. I have a friend who just like you scored well in further maths, physics etc. He is a doctor today and I think he is one of the best radiologists I’ve met. A rolling stone gathers no moss. Sometimes you need resilience and focus to overcome. |
profndu:Those people are not Christians. They do not represent or speak the minds of christians. Those bunch are religious bigots and fanatics. |
Blessedmercy8:You are the cave man here, brainwashed, confused and unreasonable. What’s the origin of your missionary style? Would you expect a 150kg man and and 50 kg petite woman to indulge in missionary style? Who and what even gave you the right and authority to question the sexual habits of married Christian couples or consenting adults? |
2-0 |
BloomingDale:You omitted something up there….pls correct yourself….Yoru.. |
olisaEze: ![]() I’m going to share this. |
Where’s the cake? |
Moh247:You that’s not the proper attire for the Igbos? Isiagu in danshiki !!! You all know why he requested for his isiagu in babanriga !!!! Don’t you? You can hide somethings sometimes but one day, your secret will leak and it will ooze so bad even your aides will pinch their noses in disgust. |
Canada has a young and a very determined team. They are full of zest, I feel bad for Davies and his penalty miss but I’m impressed with the way he and his mates have played so far. Davies is a baller. |
Arrewa:You are so paranoid and sick. A lot of people would be happy about the news. People around me are celebrating the news. What makes you think that people hate people from the north? Are you normal at all? Check your threads…you are the one who post hateful posts about Igbos and south east and for an update on oil discovery in the northern part of Nigeria, you assume that the news would be received with negative reactions. What kind of human are you? |
Racoon:Correct your Igbo mister... Zaputa....sweep off Zoputa....save Umunneya....siblings Umu nke ya/umuya...His children. |
Ikemba007:She told Obi that the questions she was asking were exactly what people have been saying about him(Obi), what people have been tweeting and saying online….let’s hope she wouldn’t be partisan when she interviews Atiku and Tinubu. I hope she confronts Tinubu to provide answers to all the controversies surrounding him…but then we all know that Tinubu would not honour the invitation. |
