Chikeorji, from your use of English language, your mother is probably right!

PoliticsRe: Bill On Death Penalty For Corruption AT ALL LEVEL by kunyeo(m): 1:51pm On Feb 06, 2012
Dont turn this forum to a comedy arena. You know this cant never happen in Nigeria. It is like signing your death warrant.
Christianity EtcRe: Valentine Celebration Is Forbidden In Christianity by kunyeo(m): 7:05pm On Feb 05, 2012
One of the signs of the end time.Instead of the church setting the pace,we are the ones copying the world. What is the motive behind Valentine? Celebration of lust and promotion of mercantile. You dont need to be a prophet to perceive thick stench of sex and unbriddled passsion in the air. Just step out into fast food places on this day and you will be confronted by tennage boys and girls in pairs. What do you call this? On this day,Satan unleashes his arsenal on the whole earth. Many would lose their virginity on this day; many would contract HIV : many would be raped too.
HealthRe: How Long Can You Go Without Food (practical Experience) by kunyeo(m): 6:18pm On Feb 01, 2012
Food is one of the cravings of the flesh apart from sex.Once you conquer it ,you conquer all things. Trace all your desires, aspirations and ambitions, they are all indirectly linked to food.
PoliticsRe: IBB I Would Put On My Uniform If This Country Heads Towards Disintegration? by kunyeo(m): 2:21pm On Jan 29, 2012
I am 42years old and I can say I have some experience under my belt. Every Nigerian is selfish. When the system favours you,you want to shed your blood for its unity, but when it doesnt you call for its dissolution.Nigeria will only break up when majority of Nigerians are at the highest level of desperation caused by lack and want.
HealthRe: What's The Best Insecticide For Lagosian Mosquitoes? by kunyeo(m): 5:27pm On Jan 25, 2012
Why wasting your effort, money on insecticides? Simply get a mosquito treated net and your problem is solved. That is what I use.
PoliticsRe: Who Is Your Best Nigeria President Ever? by kunyeo(m): 11:15pm On Jan 23, 2012
OBJ is the best. Our grouse with him is that ,he is one person in the entire country who has the singular opportunity of turning the country around by virtue of his experience, age, sagacity, military orientation and intelligence, but he performed below expectation. For him to be the best among the list of mediocres speaks a lot about the dearth of good leaders in Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Customs Exposes Subsidy Fraud!!! by kunyeo(m): 5:46pm On Jan 18, 2012
NOW I KNOW WHY SOME CLAMOUR FOR A REVOLUTION.
PoliticsRe: What Are The Lessons Learnt/benefits Earned From The Suspended Nationwide Strike/protests? by kunyeo(m): 7:01am On Jan 18, 2012
I now know why it would take nothing but divine intervention for an easterner to become Nigerian president. 1. They dont seem to have a leader to galvanize them to fight their rights (if fuel subsidy does not affect them, what about the pogrom of Boko-Haram?) 2. They are cut away from the mainsream of Nigerian polity discourse. 3.They are still cowed by the memories of the civil war.(All it takes to subdue them not fight the subsidy are the threats of their governors.) 4. They appear not to be really in sync with any region in Nigeria (except probably SS) Very sad!
PoliticsRe: What Are The Lessons Learnt/benefits Earned From The Suspended Nationwide Strike/protests? by kunyeo(m): 6:17am On Jan 18, 2012
That SW remains the conscience of the nation.
PoliticsRe: Protesters Defy Soilders At Ojota Picture Inside by kunyeo(m): 12:10pm On Jan 16, 2012
Pls what do you make of me? Sitting in the comfort of my home monitoring news and cannot be there on the street defying the army as these patriots are doing ? My wife has kept me under strict surveillance in case I step out.Too sad.
PoliticsRe: NLC/TUC & FG Fail To Reach Compromise: Strike Continues by kunyeo(m): 5:49am On Jan 15, 2012
Styke,You are right, history has shown that with good leadership, followership will follow the righteous path.Nobody was born righteous.Ghana experienced the same thing. Were around during Buhari/Idiagbon regime? Then you would have known that Nigerians want to do the right thing if only the leaders would be exemplary.
PoliticsRe: P/harcourt Refineries To Work At Full Capacity By November – Nnpc by kunyeo(m): 6:38pm On Jan 13, 2012
I wonder why all these panic responses are coming out now.25 % Cut of basic salary of govt officials,1,600 buses for the entire country etc. This shows that violence is the only language understood by the govt.
PoliticsRe: El-rufai Live On Channels Tv by kunyeo(m): 7:17pm On Jan 12, 2012
I dont understand the mentality of most Nigerians. We embrace our enemies and hate our friends.EL Rufai is one of the most courageous Nigerians alive. Here is a man who returned from exile and despite all the mammoth enquiries inflicted on him,he has not been convicted of any misdeed. For a man with altruitic motive in all his dealings,he has refused to be cowed. He never stops talking.Ask Atiku.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan, Labour Leaders To Meet At 5pm Today by kunyeo(m): 6:54pm On Jan 12, 2012
Ozin,Have you not realized that whoever wants to achieve anything in the polity called Nigeria,he has to resort to force? That is the language those in authority seems to understand. June 12 ceded presidency to the SW.Due to militancy in Niger Delta,GEJ came in and I can bet it,in 2015 the presidency will be ceded to the North because of the Boko Haram insurgency. So no matter what anybody may say, this Occupied Nigeria has definitely achieved something.Just wait and see.I only pity the SE.Nobody gets anything through cooperation in modern Nigerian state. It is just a reflection of the level of our bestiality as a nation.
PoliticsRe: So Is The Protest A Success Or A Failure? by kunyeo(m): 12:15am On Jan 10, 2012
What a self deception? You post a topic and you generate a cohort of opinions to support your view.Dont you look at the mirror? It doesnt lie ! Frankly, for a long time,I have not witnessed a protest that cuts across every strata of social classes and professions, who were ready to stake their lives for what they believe. When i looked at the mammoth crowd in Lagos and Abuja,I am reminded of the civil right protests in the 60's.Jonathan better watch out.The next stage of the protest would be a call for his removal.
PoliticsRe: Soon, We Shall All Be Trekking- Reuben Abati by kunyeo(m): 3:20pm On Jan 05, 2012
this is how they say it. the revolutionists of yesterday have become the bourgeoisie of today
PoliticsRe: Fight Corruption And Leave Subsidy Alone! by kunyeo(m): 10:56am On Jan 04, 2012
The best analogy for the Nigerian situation is like a father with about 150 children and he has to feed all of them everyday. It got to a point where the financial burden of feeding the whole family was getting unbearable. He investigated and discovered that the senior among his children were the ones sabotaging his efforts. He identified the crooks, but he is somehow afraid of his own children.Do you know his solution ? He stopped buying food for his family: everyone to go out there and fight for survival!
PoliticsRe: I’m Slow To Avoid Mistakes - Gej by kunyeo(m): 10:46am On Jan 02, 2012
Rather sad for this confession of incompetence. There a Yoruba adage that says,' As we are learning a skill,we equally learn speed. If we have all the time in the world, there will be no need for a clock and even timing in competitions, A leader should be imbued with more speed than his followers. That is why ,he is the leader in the place.

Music/RadioRe: Skales In A Ghastly Motor Accident. by kunyeo(m): 1:20pm On Dec 28, 2011
I dont like being abusive, but when some folks behave so foolishly,it leaves one with no option. How on earth could adults (not kids or thugs) descend to such an animalistic instinct of hanging to a moving vehicle ? And no even one of them is sane enough to stop others ! It sucks.
Music/RadioRe: Songs That Cant Be Found On Your Ipod, Mp3, Phones And So On by kunyeo(m): 7:49am On Dec 26, 2011
Any song that doesn't add to me spiritually or wisdom-wise would not be found in my phone.I hate sexually profane,violence-laden lyrics.
Foreign AffairsRe: Crying Feast: Can Nigerians Mourn Their Leaders Like The Koreans? (video) by kunyeo(m): 8:12pm On Dec 20, 2011
in literature and psychology ,we call it CHEMICAL PERSUASION.It is a situation where an individual has been so subjected to extreme dehumanisation that he now sees his oppressor as his friend.
PoliticsRe: Sani Abacha was honest & one of Nigeria's best ever leaders. by kunyeo(m): 6:13am On Dec 14, 2011
Your theories are vapid.Maybe if Abacha could not be charged for financial dishonesty, but for moral dishonesty.
PoliticsRe: Yar'Adua Wilted Away In Office - Book By Olusegun Adeniyi (Fmr Spokesman) by kunyeo(m): 7:06am On Dec 12, 2011
It baffles when people talk in utter ignorance.Somebody even asked why Adeniyi didnt talk when Yardua was alive.Learn from this story- Krushev had just assumed leadership of the USSR after the death of Stalin and in one of his public meetings, he was criticizing his former boss's policies when a voice came from the crowd, 'When Stalin was commiting all these evil, why didnt you talk?' There was total silence and Krushev asked 'Who said that?' When no one showed up, he calmly reply, 'Now you know why I didnt talk back then!'
CultureRe: How Naija/americans Are Viewed Amongst Nigerians! by kunyeo(m): 6:10am On Dec 08, 2011
Nigerians, especially the Yoruba have a rather accommodating culture. However those cultural edges are being smoothened by religious convictions especially christianity. You will be surprised to see that religion is a big factor here.In addition a fair skin person (half caste) have an edge over dark skin ones (explains why many bleach their skin). However, be wary of a lot of wolves, who would do anything for money.Dont despair, there are a lot of good guys out there.
PoliticsRe: Governor Rotimi Amaechi And His Pride! by kunyeo(m): 6:24am On Nov 18, 2011
This definitely belongs to the joke section! Joke apart it takes somebody with pride to read motive into a mere action of giving your suit to your aide camp.It is not by force that you must contribute here, especially when you dont have something tangible to say.
