I doubt if you will be contacted to provide additional documents. However, you can scan the documents via email with a covering note. Try check this thread or the Canada study thread for their email addresses.

You just have to state it there as they already have your brothers records linked to you. Just be sincere, application are treated based on circumstances, your circumstances over the years have changed so it's up to you to defend yourself and convince them that you are a geniune applicant.

I have a US valid visa that expires in June 8, 2018,im planning to travel in April for 2 weeks but I have a 2month old Daughter that I'm taking with me who does not have a visa which I'm planning to apply for her.Now,my question is that my visa validity might reduce to 2 month after taking her for an interview.Should I renew my visa also?would I be allow to enter with just 2month valid visa?

It doesn't matter you don't need to renew before you apply for her, you still have time. You can go ahead to apply for her.

Thanks all after reading all pages here I went for my interview yestaday but the white lady at cubicle 3 after enjoying all my scripts she decided to refuse me because I couldn't present my old passport to my own believe ooo. Well I think others too can learn from my transcript too which I have decided to make detailed here

Maybe if you run us through you previous refusals transcript, we could get a clue as to why this refusal.
My opinion, the absence of your old passport may not necessarily be the reason.

If you feel its because you failed to present your old passport that affected your visa, then look for it and reapply. Even at that, look inward into your past application.

If you fail to disclose your USA refusal on your Canada application, forget Canada because they will not only refuse you visa, they will ban you from coming to Canada. They already have you USA refusal details, they just want to test your sincerely

Mind you, USA refusal may necessary not affect you obtaining Canada visa as long as you proof that you are qualify to get the visa. Therefore the onus lies on you to proof that you qualify to obtain the visa

Thanks Seyewest! I have two older kids in Uni outside Abuja I asked them to scan their passport pictures to me. Then I can upload. And you say it’s same passport I need to submit, they will need to send me the hard copies.

They don't need to scan their pport pic to you just tell them to go to any photo studio to snap pport pic in USA visa application specification and ask the photographer to send them the soft to their phone via email, watsapp or Bluetooth; which they in turn will send to you via email or watsapp.

You will use the soft copies send to you to upload their photo accordingly on their respective apps.

You can then go to any photo studio close to you to print the pport in hard copies if the need be.

He should fill another ds160 form and update the reference number with his interview scheduled. Form he had better fill it now otherwise, he is delibrately calling a ban upon himself. He might only be hearing America but he no go ever smell there with what he has filled so far.

My Dad finally agreed we go on a vacation, he is a pharmacist, he works with the state government , been the head of his department, he hardly have time...Each time is on his leave, he will be called to resume back...It was so bad that when he wanted to travel to UK...he was granted the VISA but the work didn't allow him.

We are 4...I mean the children (I am 24..I am in 400L studying 5 years course, my sister is in 300L...she is 22 years...my brother just gained admission...he is 20 years and the last born (SS3) she is 16,...

My Mom is a fashion designer,....My dad want us to travel to the USA this year for vacation, he planned to stand on his ground that is going on vacation with his family as we have never had one before.

We all don't have travel history...please what is our chances of getting a visa approved....I don't know his salary but I know we are comfortable enough.

Your chance depends on how you all perform during the interview vis a vis what you fill on your ds160 forms. Just say it as it is.

Well its better off for our applications to be processed in Nigeria or another West African country as they understand our way of life and situations in the country. For the UK processors, its going to be tough because most of the time they will not understand the state of affairs and hence most often than not be biased.

Oh nice. I was once refused France schengel visa too for not being sure I will leave the member states or isomething like that but when I reapplied I was granted say 9 days visa. I went spent only 3 days and back becos my job doesn't permit me then and I was also writing my MBA exams at that time.Afterwards I've been granted severally schengel visa especially through France and Germany.

Then there was a time in between I applied with my siblings for France and we were all refused for flimsy reasons, I was mad (my madness no reach anywhere o na just within me ) so I wrote the commission, after few days I got a call form the commission requesting for our passports and our visas were issued.

Am in Toronto and it's nice here , though I be going back to USA in few days before my final return
