Just take your passport to vfs with the passport request letter that was sent to you.

one thing am not so sure of is how long it takes to return the passport back once cic is done with issuing the visa. maybe those with experience here can tell us. I did paper application for mine and it took about a month for me to get it

You really need to understand the principles of these instruments to know which one works for you, also all other considering factors.

It all depends on what you are looking at.

If you are looking at long time financial security, them TBills it is, but when looking at a short time investment returns I will advise you scout for the best FD rate you can get in the market and go for it.

Also, i observed that amongst all Naija in Diaspora the larger percent of people who fit into the item you have described above(have both worlds as you stated) are those in Germany. Yes, Business wise in Naija alot of people in Germany have done well for themselves in this aspect.. (The smart ones though)
Try to network with people around(from other countries too), make new friends, learn new things and exploit other fields.

Bros i totally agree with you jare, but the aspect were i totally disagree is the Country. You can be in any country in diaspora dey hustle and still fit into the above. I have wise ones in USA, UK, Turkey, Canada, dubai even some african countries etc who no go re kpe te for there all in the sake of say nija don spoil, notin is working in nija etc becos they failed to listen to the voice of sharpness or rather they are more of not a risk taker.

Nigeria value system is so wrong, people throw figures around carelessly even when the product doesn't worth it.

One profitable one i can advise you as a worker in a financial institute here in Nigeria, since its investment by proxy is to find a good bank that gives good interest on fixed deposit and you invest in FDs. Place your funds in the ones that are not tax deductible and all you need to do is to go and sleep while your capital grow on a rollover basis.

One of my brothers practically lives on FD. I manage his account, he started with certain amount few years ago but as at now his investment is closed to N100m all this he generated on interest at rollover. What i did was constant monitoring of his FD, as soon as I noticed that interest for certain amount for a particular tenor has been increased, sharply i made him do a termination request and add some money to the existing one then rebook at the new interest rate. Today he gets close to N2m as interest alone monthly from his FD. His money is working for him without any stress or running after debtor or clients/customers no dey or no gree pay, govt policies, or dollar don high/don drop etc. The only risk is if the bank is on the run but off course that cannot happen again for nig as CBN has put a strong regulatory buffer for that aspect.

FD is sweet when the capital is huge. If you are interested, you can place your funds in FD with my bank, we give the best rate in the market, ours is the most competitive currently on the banking sector.

please one of my kid was turn back(TB) because the barcode on the Ds 160 confirmation is different from the barcode on the appointment. i booked a joint appointment for the two. one of them got interviewed and was given(barcode was ok). but i want to reschedule appointment for the second on. please how can i go about it and to make sure the barcode are the same using the same payment receipt.

Contact support on your profile, they will put the profile on default so you can update the barcode accordingly and reschedule the interview

Hi everyone, pls I need a lil help. My sister applied for a us visa with her 5years old daughter, but the agent who help them to fill the form told them that they don't need to fill in the child details, that it will be done at the embassy. So when they got to the interview she leaned that even a day old must have their own appointment letter. Anyways, they wrote tb on her document (daughter's own), my sister went in and got her own visa. Now they have reapplied for the child, without having to pay another fees, same fees was stil valid. But the thing is, i dnt understand what that tb means, plus, Will they let her accompany her baby in for the interview?

Of course she has to accompany the child in. It means the child has to complete a DS160 form and book appointment.

it is a 2013 car with 65000mileage. it means i can still drive it for 2 years up to 150,000miles (at 45000-50,000 miles per year) at it will still be worth around 6000-8000USD. Yes, there are cheaper cars. But you need to consider mileage on a car and also the year.

Lady K think it is a waste of time buying a 2013 car. She feels i should go to the dealership and pick up a 2017 car (she drives a 2015 Chevrolet SUV). But, me, i no wan dey pay car payment every month even if it is cheap. i'll sleep better knowing i own my car out right

I agree with Lady K jare, you can still get a newer model of car with low mileage that is not that expensive or at about the same amount yet not on dealership, bros try make your research well.
