Christianity Etc › Re: Christians Why Do Muslims ‘expect No Criticism’ And Why Do You Aid And Abet Them by lagerwhenindoubt(m): 8:08pm On Aug 22, 2011
The Threat of Violence due to actual or perceived insults on one's "Revered Religion of Peace" is actually a masochistic malaise plaguing much of the Muslim tribes way before the Prophet Mohammed PBUH even hazarded the thought of Religion. It is basically an Arab Culture that is so-ingrained into their DNA and spread aggressively through every nook and cranny a Muslim zealot finds himself. It is a behavior of weak men who are tormented by a complex that their subdued and silently persecuted women have far more value than they impose on them presently (thanks to Islam) . It is evidenced in every geographical location you find a weak Muslim. He will abuse, antagonize, wail and whine about his oppression by the surrounding accommodating infidels he is privileged to live with and attempt to immediately execute the vengeance of Allah by instituting Sharia or plain threatening death or destruction as a means of remaining relevant f'course ensuring their lovely women remain castrated and subdued while they are allowed the whims and vices of an un-castrated gonads - Phew!!

Christianity Etc › Re: Question For Atheists And Religious People by lagerwhenindoubt(m): 7:57pm On Aug 22, 2011
LOGIC is a very powerful tool (God endorses it wholly), it is what has toppled dictatorships across political and religious themes, when people actually start thinking for themselves and form reason that is not based on blind faith and religious doctrines, they (religionists) become quite uppity and (Thank GOD) they no longer persecute thinkers in this day and age, save for the annoying mega-phones by my fence 4:30 AM everyday but sunday.

The weird thing is. It is all in the Bible a lot of christians claim to understand deeply
Prov 24:3-4 By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.
Let us break it down
What is Knowledge : It is about Facts, Gathering Information and Learning from it.
What is Understanding: It is finding Meaning to knowledge and understanding its Principles thus defining a Reason for it
What is Wisdom:  Experience/Discernment gained through building on knowledge and gaining understanding and having the good judgement to apply it in good quality (without bias or sentiments)

There were times the Church using the same unchanged Bible of today will condemn men to death for harboring the thought that the Earth was not FLAT and it was not the center of the Universe.

Until Scientist/Science proves to me beyond reasonable doubts that there's no God, then will i change my belief
Science does not dispute the existence of "GOD" it only seeks (still seeking) answers as to his whereabouts - Atheists dispute the existence of God(s)

Just like Christians do not dispute Science (How could anyone dispute science grin) it just becomes a tad untidy when they try to make God a Scientist using just the scripture alone.

1. Here is an example, Japan and Nigeria. Japan is one of the richest and developed country in the world, they are mostly atheist. Nigeria on the other hand is one of the poorest, undeveloped and very religious. Many Nigerians pray to god everyday, yet Nigeria is still very undeveloped. If god truly exist, why haven't he answer the Nigerians praying to him ?

2. When live is found on another planet, most religious people thinks that we are alone in the universe, and also when we find or create something out of nothing.

3. If god truly do exist, it wont be just one god, but many. God is probably an intelligent race like the human being
Tell them oooh, God alone is not the only one creating universes all over the place - there is a purpose for creating a life-form and it is not the Eternal Worship lie they tell you or the Golden Mansions and Diamond gardens that we are told to avoid while on earth. The Gods created Life-forms for just one reason - FOOD  grin  tongue

How has he displayed his inability to think?. . . . .
You forget much of Christianity is founded on FAITH, without it the cookie crumbles. It is not about his ability to think or reason, but his ability to believe without reason. An interesting concept definitely in the realm of the gods not man, sadly the "Christians" find themselves answering the awkward question of why Evil reigns - claiming that in due course God will rise and smite Evil forever, in the mean time Murders will kill new borns, hell will visit innocents whether they like it or not and Evil men will cause despair to the Good. but God is non-interventionists only hard, sweaty prayers can move his heart and hands to intervene, ordinarily he is just cool with watching the world go to shiit!

At the height of the violence, 40 percent of Nigeria's oil production was closed down, illegal bunkering was at a peak.
at this point i feel it is needless to continue because we know of OBJ's 3rd term plan and how Okonjo was scuttled out of office and the billions in USD spent to try tp make that dream a reality.

2.  Allowed the private sector to grow - e.g. banned a lot of foreign importationand did little to reduce levies and duties on importation of raw materials needed for these industries to flourish nor do anything on Power which is critical to their survival, where is Dunlop now, where is Peugeot Factories do you know how many private sector businesses have folded-up or relocated during OBJ's regime, please expand your insight to include every aspect of private sector development
3. Telecommunication revolution during his time - like you mentioned DURING HIS TIME The private-sector and under-hand bribes Capitalism made this possible not OBJ. please understand the economics of telecoms development. why is NITEL still waiting for a bail-out in 2011
4. Encouraged local industries development - please mention some examples and do not be as coy as to call Ajaokuta Steel. please
5. Started 11 power projects across the country - You do not mention the $16 billion phantom power project i.e  Two Trillion, Four Hundred Billion Naira!!! do you know that this figure is more than half of 2011 Federal Budget of Nigeria!! Not one PHCN Pole was found as an asset to tie to $16 billion.
6. Cleared Nigeria's foreign debt to zero. this is like praising the king for the work of his slaves - Minister Okonjo Iweala arranged the cancellation of US$18 billion of Nigeria's debt to the Paris Club, a group of creditor nations, in 2005. The remaining $12bn. of debt was paid the following year with money saved in budget reforms she enacted. before OBJ left our debt profile had risen to $9.2 billion, DMO says it now stands at $37bn
7. Instituted the EFCC and started the anti corruption campaign - is it the same EFCC that refused to probe a single COJA contract awarded to two different companies PAID in FULL N30 billion to NTA and another vendor which was never executed. How ever did you miss this among the numerous scams OBJ perpetrated
8. Appointed some capable ministers and allowed them to work - some were very poor too -I will ignore this. i see you have run out of ideas at this point
9. Handed over to a civilian democratic government twice and ensured continuity in democracy -Valid but weak
10. Encouraged the banking industry revolution - the same industry that collapsed due to his inability to encourage the institution of global banking standards
11. Balanced the power between the North and South - Please be specific. we are not children
12. Ensured equitable distribution of government personnel across the geo political zones and addressed maginalization -yea right like NNPC (Northern Nigerian Petroleum Company)
13. Balanced the Nigerian military and for the first time since the civil war, Niger Deltans and Ibos could get to powerful positions in the military - Can you say why the Infantry is mostly dominated by the Northerners , your sharp eye no reach there abi
14. Created a situation where a minority became the president of Nigeria - please GEJ is just a puppet as we have previously known and recently realized  grin

@OP can you please summarize your curriculum for this Producer Course
N50k is criminally small for what (i think) you are proposing

FL Studio for me is entry level, you can really stretch it for sequencing/producing beats but you will need an industry beater like Pro Tools HD or Steinberg WaveLab and Cubase to get that professional touch. So it is a good way to start a course

IMHO a Music Producer is someone working within the music industry, whose job it is to oversee and manage the recording of an artist's music. A producer has many roles that may include, but are not limited to, gathering ideas for the project, selecting songs and/or musicians, coaching the artist and musicians in the studio, controlling the recording sessions, and supervising the entire process through mixing and mastering.

Do you also split your course into responsibility roles such as budgeting, performance schedules, and contract negotiations.

If your course is tight, you can easily score a N500k (in monthly installments) and get as much as 5 students

@Posters, haba, just because Mikel gets paid PHAT money does not mean he should pay up, rather than concentrate on embarrassing our impotent government to improve the state of security we are busy going to CAMP every Friday and listening to channel O every other day and reading City People.

Kidnappers have shown us that nobody Rich or Poor is safe, one day it might be your kid's turn and you may not have a dime to pay talk-less of having it in EUROS and STERLING.

We must all raise our pitiable voices to the Federal Government to improve Security and Reduce Crime. we are busy lambasting Mikel to pay up. SO what if he does, what stops the next band of Kidnappers from picking up his Father just after the ransom has been paid to also get their own share. you can have as many as 6 different kidnapping gangs going turn-by-turn to Kidnap Mikels father and the Police cannot do anything about it.
