Clearly a case of Misinformation here - you have to go to Church or be into Politics to learn how Misinformation works. it is not about how Truthfully you ask a question but how Twisted'ly. To state clearly ill-formed assumptions as a matter of fact and beat it into the ear-drums of the listener till he capitulates into believing it. simply brutish ![]() |
I do believe in Heaven & Hell.. Both are here on earth.. I saw a man old enough to be my dad, kneel down on the floor to thank me for paying him 400 Naira more than the price of his commodity.. Thats hell.. I have seen people living in extreme and abject poverty, thats hell.. I saw a friend run his Camry into a barrier and laughed it away.. Got a new car in 2 weeks.. Thats heaven.. When I die, I'm dead.. No heaven, no hell.. Just game over..
Too bad for you.. I have collected enough EXTRA-Lives and POWER-UPs on so many Levels. Heaven is childs-play.. Ngodigha1: Dude you are not Igbo and this sort of discussion is not meant for your likes. He is Nigerian and how many igbos truly understand the Spirit of "Biafran" Nationhood.. after the Civil War and following 5 decades of being part of Nigeria reaping the benefits and losses thereof. Nationhood and Cessation is not something you carry in your chest like a badge of youthful exuberance like most Nigerians on the cause of BIAFRA. you (igbos and non-igbos) need to weigh the FACTS outside sentimental zeal. consider the Economic and Political impact and most importantly the tendency for ISOLATION (on all critical levels needed for Nation-building). MASSOB, BIAFRA, NDIGBO are all symptoms of a deeper problem. it is not a MOVEMENT.. it lacks the SPIRIT, FIGHT and IDEALS necessary to bring about a truly Sociopolitical change for the IGBOS |
chosen04: its amazing how everybody is now becoming an expert in BIAFRA AFFAIR . . . . . .You do not have to be an expert to read the hearts and mind of the common man. We can discuss the issues intellectually, politically, tribally and otherwise. it does not take from the FACT that there are segments of this nation who have a deep sense of disillusionment, betrayal and economic disfranchisement. simply put, they believe that Nigeria no longer belongs to them therefore they no longer belong to Nigeria. it gets worse as we pursue this unhealthy course of ethic-bigotry and hatred within our common borders and expect outsiders to give us a positive outlook |
Egbon Raufoo's wife cannot try this Anti-Sharia display of affection, she will surely receive 2 dirty agbero slaps starting horizontally and ending vertically ![]() |
Billyonaire: GEJ remains the only via option for now and Yes, he is capable of leading Nigeria now. Fashola will have my vote after 2019. He actually should be the one to take over from GEJ.Dear Honest Nigerian Citizen & Patriot (correct me if I am wrong) Leadership is lost to Politicians (GEJ is a poor Politician) in Nigeria. if you honestly believe that Goodluck Jonathan is a Leader (in any true sense of the word) with the qualities to LEAD Nigeria out of her present predicament, then you are either blissfully ignorant of the situation (I doubt you are) or you are deliberately sacrificing your conscience and reasoning for some benefit (to the dire detriment of millions of Nigerians who truly need a TRUE Leader.) if the latter, then it is indeed a sad position you have chosen to make your stand. (as with a lot of other seemingly intelligent Nairalanders) Unfortunately, given the present political circumstances (dearth True Political Leaders) GEJ is the only option. If only we all got our act together If you can spare some time to bring this rare knowledge that majority of Nigerians are unaware of, please oblige me - Score GEJ (0-10) in the following areas that may determine what good Leadership is 1: OBJECTIVITY - Fairness in judgment-calls or decision-based solutions based on carefully VERIFIED FACTS (without bias) 2: INTEGRITY - Moral Character and Honestly to make state the TRUTH and make realistic (not idealistic) promises for the common good rather than "Political CABALS" 3: GOAL-DRIVEN - Engages specific, reasonable and achievable milestones with long-term (sustainable) results not quick-fixes 4: ACCOUNTABILITY - Is accountable for his actions (or in-actions) and encourages rank-file to be accountable for their actions and does not compromise or diverge from decisions of constituted institutions on delivering JUSTICE as and when called for. 5: RESPONSIBILITY - Possess an internal locus of control and understands the effects of his actions on internal and external stakeholders. Takes blame where due and collaborates and mediates rather than create conflict, tension, and separation. |
A Nairaland droid or iOS app would certainly grab a huge following imagine not having to be at your computer to make your opinions known on Nairaland. rather than a mobi site it will be a true app optimized for handhelds and tablets. the occasional ad popping up every 20 minutes (you pay to get them off).. unless @SEUN is sleeping on his success; this is a SURE-BANKER |
^^^lo and behold, a mad alien on the loose! Someone tie that luuuunatic up before he blows up our lovely planet!
GOD destroyed your lovely planet because he came to the inevitable conclusion that those he calls his children are not fit to be retro-fitted with a thinking mind. sadly he has chosen to wait an infinity for what he terms the end of the world, to destroy the world all-over again, cept he somehow chooses to make the same mistake all over again .. seems pretty looney to me |
Dear GOD, i know you have zero interest on this back-water planet you unceremoniously shyted/flushed down the toilet. I need you to do us one big favor. End it please, I cannot stand the buffoonery the likes of your children any more, I know you know what I mean how ever did you manage such cataclysmic buffoonery all these centuries ![]() |

I am a bit confused here especially the reaction of the President of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Jonathan Goodluck Ebele. He has not attempted to address the concerns presented by both Steve and Ribadu regarding the readiness of the Committee to submit an incomplete report (as stated by Steve) nor has he appreciated the opportunity Ribadu has offered him to truly show what sort of President he is. If it were OBJ he would have thoroughly lambasted Oti and Steve for deeming their input fit for consideration having not participated in critical deliberations throughout the period the report was being compiled. Omo na wa for this GEJ, is this what we will be voting for come 2015? . dear GOD send one sandy this way abeg. ![]() |
quid: Perhaps it was not politically correct for Amnesty to speak up when boko was murdering innocent people. It is such diplomatic hesitation that has cost the lives of millions of innocent, helpless african in conflict areas over the past 3 decades. The African Union also exhibits this devious poignant hesitation when human lives are involved. which is why after so many years it was not Africa that was responsible for the capture and incarceration of Africa's Warlords, it was the West when it serves their interests. AI is simply makign noise because Boko-Haram is really a small fry they can afford to flex their inactive muscles. the International Community does not give a damn about Boko-Haram or other terrorist groups in Nigeria.. which makes it the best time for the Federal Government to crush them with impunity as Bh have clearly demonstrated over the past 5 years |
I truly understand Amnesty International's concerns, but where were they when the Janjawees were murdering millions of South-Sudanese citizens, Where were they when Saddam Hussein was murdering children with mustard gas, where were they when Charles taylor men brutally ra.ped and killed women and children, where are they in Syria, where are they in Nigeria, where are they in Congo DR, where are they except when they need to remain relevant. |
guys, please be careful of a guy who uses the word: *hi* instead of *hello*. Its a man lover sign!!!
the only way you can tell is if you try to kiss him.. dude your tips are way off. or you just want to know if people can tell if you are out of the closet yet ![]() |
Saudi Arabia... that makes sense.. will Boko-Haram ride Camels all the way there or take a Flight via Lagos ![]() |
alexleo: I think we christians have more important things to discuss than this. God is the almighty creator and we dont need to argue this fact with anybody. God is too precious and too big for him to be reduced to a subject for argument. Thanks man.Agreed.. Christians should be more concerned about letting their LIGHT shine so that Men may see their GOOD WORKS and Glorify God in Heaven.. it is apparently not the case.. hence the atrocious heckle they get |
You reap what you sow.. naturally. ![]() |
The most important ones they won't pass e.g ![]() 1: No making-up in traffic (Women take note) 2: No wearing low-waist jeans with no panties or dirty panties (thongs only - women take note) 3: No hitching a ride for free from CMS to Maryland and suddenly turning on your helper claiming he did not pay for your services (women take note) 4: No ordering of expensive food items over N1,000 on the first date (women take note) 5: No asking for Blackberry Phone on the second date (women take note) 6: No asking for School fees on the third date (women take note) 7: No asking for money to open a supermarket on the fourth date (women take note) 8: No pinning of unwanted pregnancy on an innocent man (women take note) 9: No wearing of sexy wears into an office to market rubbish products (women take note) 10: No accepting to buy lunch for free for a runs babe (MEN take note) |

Someone is afraid of Jagaban, the 1-eyed Oracle of Bourdillion but seriously.. ACN may not realized it, but apathy rather than party patriotism is all that is left for them to play with.. |

frosbel: mate , no road rage here, trust me, I am relaxing in the study on a beautiful breezy and rainy dayFYI.. I was born Muslim and Praise be to Allah for a practical Muslim Father, I had a choice to convert to Christianity (Catholic at first) and became born-again in the year 1988 (Christ Church Interdenominational PH). I have been a God n' Bible-believing Christian with my fair share of prayerful fasting, night-vigils, evangelizing, faith-healing, fellowsh ![]() I am atheist not by condition (fashionable as it is) but by Reasoning from Experience. based on the following below, please explain John 7:17 If anyone chooses to do God’s will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own. What is God's Will? Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. A path of the Roman Road. if you did a lot of old-school evangelizing you would know what I mean so there you have it. I have done this with sincerity and conviction as required. so that qualifies me for Holy Spirit Baptism no?1 Corinthians 2:14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. How does one really get baptized with the Holy Spirit and Lie from the lips of the Holy Spirit - a game-changing experience for me especially with "Spirit-filled Anointed Pastors and MOG" (A personal experience I shall recount later). FYI - I have never experienced the Holy Spirit (tried as much as I could) John 14:21 Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him. Even as a practical atheist, I have never disobeyed Jesus - I know, hard to believe right. but what is there to go against, the guy was a freaking social dissident , going up against the Man and his false-hoods ( which somehow made it to modern day Christianity) seems only common-sense to be practical like he was . So in a sense he pointed the way to my new-found rebirth. |
frosbel: and yet JESUS Christ is the WAY , the TRUTH and the LIFE.haba frostbel.. e never reach like dat naow.. calm down let us continue in the pedantic discussion, we all know how it ends but is there any need to reach there in a road-rage |
truthislight: which catholics? All Christian-related Religions have deep roots in Catholicism - save for theological disagreements, they are father and son. quit trying to discount the Truth with your throw-off comments ![]() |
