I have been to virtually all states in five regions of Nigeria apart from few in the north west (sokoto etal) and I can tell you that there is no single city in Nigeria without brown roof houses.! I schooled in Ibadan, served in Yola, have investment in Ilorin, Worked in Lagos before and currently works in Portharcourt. I have been to all capital cities in the SS,SE and SW. The slums in the core delta cities of Yenago, Port Harcourt, and Warri is so bad that most Ibadan indigenes would not even fathom it. It is Makoko all round. In Ibadan it is dirt on solid ground not moist dirt.

As per for Ogunpa, you must have only read or hear about it in the 80's after the ogunpa flood disaster. That mean you are so outdated! And even then, all city have its slum like the old Ajegunle and old Maroko in Lagos! And there is Makoko in Lagos.

Yet Lagos is far more beautiful than all the other cities.

When it comes to Beauty, Ibadan can only sensibly be behind the two federal cities of Lagos and Abuja!

Ibadan shouldn't have been included in the list of 10 most beautiful cities in Nigeria because the city is an ancient one with so many houses having rusted roof and many narrow roads without much green area in the city. If you graduated from First Grade University (U.I etal) with a first class, you may actually secure admission for PHD directly in UK and canada and some other countries as well.

Hence a Fulani Herdsman is a fulani that works as a herdsman. If there is no herds of cow or sheep, there is no herdsman.

It is not all Fulani's that are herdsmen and it is not all herdsmen that are fulanis.

In the case of several attacks in Nigeria, associated to herdsmen, I only believe it is done by herdsmen (who may be Fulani or not) when I see the cattles or at least the case must be related to rearing of cattle. Either poisoning of cattle, killing of goats etc

Hence, this Enugu killers are not herdsmen unless the victims or the police or anybody can bring evidence of how this crises relates to the cattle and their herdsmen.

But if supposed group of alleged Fulani men attacks your Village, they can not be called herdsmen even if proven that they are Fulanis, except you have evidence that these people actually rears cows. They could as well be mercenaries from another village or a gang of other criminals. Which is very common in that area.

It is a case of two thieves and the security guards.

One thief (Tinubu) was caught on monday morning having broke into the house and was already outside the gate when the security man caught him. He then reached a sort of agreement with the security guard who then asked him not to sin no more.!

But yet on Tuesday morning he caught a second (saraki) thief, again in front of the gate and the security man reported him to the house owner. The second thief then sighted the issue of yesterday thief on whom no judgment was passed. The second thief then blamed the first thief for being behind his travails.

Even if the first thief is behind the travails of the second thief, the fact is that, the second thief have to face his trail and in any case, he is a thief.!
