If there's ever a need for a backup plan in a relationship then know that you're in the wrong relationship. End the relationship and follow your so-called backup plan to avoid sharing diseases or giving one man's child to another man to train.
A man can afford to have backup plans cos he is traditionally saddled with the responsibility of taking care of the so-called backup plans but you see women? Don't ever think of backup plan. Just quit and move on. And stop being greedy and trying to throw yourself at a guy who only loves your body and isn't ready to wife you |

Opanka44: I swear she's not a good person just like you rightly said. You can't claim to love someone yet, can't make him feel good in bed. I do whatever she asks me to do in bed yet she can't do same for me. That's self-centeredness. She doesn't care about my feelings. Minus the sex part, why can't she introduce me to anyone? Why? Sorry bro... You've been a very stupid simp for a long time in that relationship. I'll only advise you to gradually ghost her. No more calls, texts or visit... Go for a walk if you must so she doesn't meet you at home. Delete every memory of her from your life, pictures, chats, text, call log, contact... Cry and cry in your closet if the pain of moving on causes you heart ache, but move on with your life... After one to two months go out and make new friends... Find a girl who can work with you to japa and focus your energy on traveling out so that you can put as much distance between you and your past, and also make good money so that you won't regret leaving your past relationship. I appreciate your true words.
I know all of these things that's why one thing that gives me joy is that my brother's handwork is deliverable remotely and I on the other hand have learnt the fundamentals of copywriting and marketing. We just need fund and consistency.
With these skills we can work remotely and earn good money, but we need to get some footings and funds to establish our personal brand in branding and marketing. Hence why I'm making all these plea seeking for advice and job opportunities from well meaning people.
How I wish we could even find someone that can help us with non-interest loan like 1.5m payable with in a year to Kickstart our brand. With the loan we would buy laptops, Di printers, flex machine printer, reliable power source like solar, and of course low priced office.
We would be delivering our services both online globally and physically. We have all the knowledge and technical know-how to pull this off, but like I said we're handicapped by lack of financial aid and support. It's well sha.
Anyway I appreciate your input LandMann.
Best wishes ❤. It's like you live in a fantasy land. Someone should give you 1.5 million without interest in this Nigerian economy where inflation is over the roof? It'll be difficult to get anyone here to help you with shelter or job cos Nigeria is now deeply divided along religious and ethnic lines and most southerners now hate northerners because of the problems and sufferings a Northern president Buhari put southern Nigerians into. Plus northern youths are now generally perceived as dangerous killers who'll not think twice to kill any southerner to disposes them of their possession. |

Wait till his second term, when he's no longer seeking re-election. That is when you know if he'll truly work.
Most governors from the south are very useless, and their worst side is shown during second term. See the likes of Okowa of Delta, with all the huge allocations, the roads in Delta are in taters, no electricity, no public water, no great public schools and no good healthcare facility in the state (if there is, politicians won't be running to India, France and UK for any little health issue).
Look at Obaseki of Edo state. He's the very worst of them all. And the electorates who voted him are dumb as fúck. Now, erosion is causing havoc around the state capital, no electricity, no roads, no hospitals (he demolished central hospital... only specialist hospital built by Oshiomole but criticized by Obaseki is still standing), public schools are dead, the list goes on...
Look at Bayelsa, one of the states that collects huge allocation because of oil in the state... Yet Bayelsa is the poverty capital of Nigeria.... No meaningful infrastructure in the state and no serious productivity or industries in the state.
Nigerian state governors are just so dumb that they can't develop their states and make it attractive for investment... They keep mismanaging and looting public funds just so they can be worshipped by the foolish people who respect people with ill gotten wealth more than the God they claim to serve every Sunday. Yet, these crooked governors travel to other western countries and see how things are properly organised.

Any body that treats their child like that deserve to be ghosted.
It could be that she saw you as very stubborn when you were young, hence the constant beatings. But as a parent, she ought to know that beatings do not work all the time. Your dad would have mended your ways if you were going astray, but he was no more, and the only way she knew was to beat the devil out of you.
Well you just have to move on to better things now, and make sure you don't make same mistake with your children and also teach your wife how to train the kids so that she don't end up traumatising them if you're gone suddenly.
As for your mum, let her be. She's not changed and she'll never change. If she calls you, fine. Be polite. But don't go licking her ass like some fool or trying to force yourself to forgive her or her to forgive you and forget the past which is impossible.
Just be polite to her if your paths cross in future. Take what happened to you as a lesson on how to be a better father and how to raise your own family. That is why you must do everything to secure your children's future.

The truth hurts. Open your brain for learning The problem with most of you is that you can't think deep. That is why most of you end up electing useless leaders and then complain of bad leadership but still end up electing useless leaders again every election circle. Open your brain and think. My first post was removed after I modified to provide more clarity. In the first post I mentioned that Nigeria is a useless country if all it can do in 2023 is provide 2-3 million meters for over 200 million population. The above comment is what you and others have been masturbating on because you all lack the capacity to reason. Canada is a country of 38 million people and 12 million households. Yet, Canada has reached 6 million meters for their 12 million households. USA has over 183 million meters for a population of over 300 million. Nigeria with a population of over 200 million has over 43 million households. Yet, only 2-3 million meters will be available for Nigerians, representing coverage of less than 1 percent. Ask yourself, how will the meters go round? Ask yourself, why won't the meters be hoarded and sold at exorbitant prices by corrupt officials? Ask yourself, why should multiple households be forced to use one meter and then each person most times is forced to contribute same amount to purchase credit for the meter meanwhile then those all consume same amount of electricity? Ask yourself some salient questions before you quote me to respond with whatever dumb nonsense is in your brain. Nigeria is a useless country filled with useless people like you who can't think but are quick to comment to appeal to the same set of dumb people who can't think

Opanka44: Pleasant Greetings to all Nairalanders,
Earlier today, I made a post wherein I complained about my Employer's incessant, unsolicited and unwarranted calls particularly at odd Hours. I also laid some other complaints. However, I noticed a few commenters didn't get the exact point I was driving at. I'm by God's grace, a rational & objective kind of person. I'm an embodiment of factualism, I'm an empiricist. For clarity sakes, here are some of the many Shortcomings of my Employer: ✓ First, He violates my right of Privacy by calling me almost all the time & at odd Hours like 11pm and 5am only for inconsequential reasons. ✓ Secondly, He takes sides with Parents and learners in conflictual situations, at the detriment of his staff even when there are glaring evidences that the teacher is actually right. And as result of this, parents & learners have become emboldened to do even worse. Teachers get abused and insulted by parents & nothing is done by the management. A JSS2 student had the guts to tell me that I was so broke & couldn't buy an Android phone, reason I'm using a torchlight phone. I eventually bought a brand new Android phone, & same student told me that the phone was a second-hand phone. I didn't flog the student & I never reported the matter to the sch mgt. I only advised the student stop such. I was surprised when my Employers heard about it but never called the learner to order or even apologized to me. In fact, they stylishly took side with the learner & were defending the student. The saddest part is, if it were me who told a student that they are Broke, the parents of the learner would have fought me the next day and my employers would have lambasted me so badly. Another Student once told a teacher that he wore an Okrika shirt. He wore a fake shirt. You can imagine such audacity. ✓ Thirdly, He indulges me in administrative tasks even when I'm not a management staff. I consider it unprofessional. On any Saturday, he would call me to join other two management staff to interview Job seekers. He sends me to represent the school at Official functions. ✓ As a teacher, you're not at liberty to scold your students, else it could be misconstrued to hating on the Child. If a student is caught cheating in exams/test, you can not discipline or deduct or cancel it. You can only verbally warn the child. ✓ If any parent says he wants a female/male teacher to be the class teacher of a certain class, the sch obeys instantly. ✓ A learner who is meant to repeat a class isn't repeated by the sch. And as they progress from the one class to a higher class and learning becomes tougher, they begin to fail and when they fail and a teacher complains, they put the whole blame on the teacher, labelling the teacher a Failure for allowing his learners to fail. ✓ They have continued to admit dullards into classes they shouldn't admit them into and it's all posing a serious challenge to us. ✓ I teach mathematics for four classes. In each of this classes, we have almost 20 students and I am meant to teach, give class work, home work and Mark their notes everyday when I am always having 7 consecutive periods each working day. I must not fail to mark their notes. How can I do this when there's no space for me to mark on the timetable? 7 Periods in a row.... Also, I have the highest workload in the entire sch. I have 28 teaching periods in a week.
I'm tired Nairalanders. Help me out.
Dear Moderators, pls help me link up the first Post with this one and move it to the front Page pls. I'm sorry for Posting it here. I feel it would get your attention quicker here. Thanks and God bless These are all lessons to build you for future endeavours. If you are fortuned to own a school in future, don't repeat all these lapses. Also, try and learn German and apply for vocational training in Germany so you can leave the teaching job for them. Or try and apply for teaching jobs in Vietnam, do an online TEFL course for free, authenticate your school qualification if you have a bsc or bed and start applying so you can leave Nigeria for the greedy senseless capitalists who don't know how to treat workers right |

Danielben27: Good morning and happy new month I want to narrate the problem I am facing presently to you guys. I believe I will be able to get good response here. I am 28years old. I finished school year. And from then till now I am not working not that I don't want to work o or work isn't coming but I have problem passing the interviews. I am so shy and timid that I won't be able to answer questions. The last interview in abuja, a job that could pay me up to 150k I messed it up. They asked me questions that I knew the answers to but I was so afraid to speak. I couldn't even look the man and two women in their face. I just sat there mopping at the ground, sweating uncontrollably. My hearts pounding. They were even encouraging me to speak up, they gave me time to talk but I said nothing. Even when I tried to speak my voice was just shaking. I could have easily gotten the job but that one went Last month,I went for an interview. Job of 75k. I messed it up. The man even told me to come the next day for the job that he understands my fear but I didn't go because I felt I won't be able to attend to customers well. My social life is zero, I have no friends, I have nobody I can relate with. Like this I have been managing the little money I have and what is left is 15k. If this money finishes without me getting a job I am doomed bcus nobody to call. Why I am bringing this here is so that someone can help me out. I saw a doctor and he said it is anxiety disorder. He gave me drugs I took around march but nothing worked. I was just spending unnecessary, when he even prescribed another drug that one just made me hungry every time. Back then in school I heard people use weed to be more social but never tried it. I thought it was bad and not good for the health. But now I can do anything to come out of this. The only situation better than this my situation now is death. Please I need advise on how I can get weed, dosage. Is there any other way to use apart from smoking. Where can I get quality weed. Like how much will I spend on it in a month( I am short on money now ). I have an interview on Wednesday so I will appreciate if more people drop their advice. God bless you. Poverty and hunger has a way of resetting people's brain and attitude towards others. Wait till the 15k finish. Nobody will tell you what to say or preach to you why you need to leave your timidity in your village and face life. The fact that you can tell that you have such a problem is testament to another fact that you're just waiting for the right kick on the ass to run away from your problem. Just wait until the 15k is exhausted. |

Back then in school, from 200 level, once your first year CGPA is out, you can start applying for scholarships, especially if you're from oil producing community or state e.g DESOPADEC.... Also, some oil companies give scholarship too like TOTAL EF, AGIP... the most important thing, try and get a very good result in your first year by giving 100% attention to your studies...
If you want to give yourself the greatest chance of excelling, start learning German as a hobby and give it serious attention alongside your studies.
Partake in few sport activities to keep fit or just exercise by going for early morning jogs some days of the week...
Leave parties and church fellowships alone o...
In one year time you'll have at least a second class upper of 4. and above CGPA, or a first class if you're truly determined to escape entrenched poverty and unemployment in Nigeria... You'll be at at least A2 level in German language...
With above results, you'll get opportunity to apply for scholarships and win the scholarship if you so like Nigeria and want to stay in Nigeria to continue studying and you'll also get the opportunity to apply for and win scholarship to go study in Germany, which will throw a million open doors for you and your future generations... |

Believe me you won't perceive the odour. This is a very stupid assertion. Not all vagina people have that bad smell that is off-putting. Just as not all people who have mouth also have mouth odour. It all boils down to how the person with the vagina is taking care of it. A lot of females don't know basic hygiene, and they fúck around too much and contact STDs without knowing that then cause that place to smell bad. Just as bad breath is difficult to cure but curable, so also is vaginal smell difficult to cure but curable. The issue is worsened by the fact that people don't talk about it much due to cultural or religious reasons... Hence the sufferers prefer to keep quiet and carry their smelling mouth or vagina around. |

Look, the disadvantage of what Paul Kagame is doing is that for several years, everything will be about him and revolve around him so much that there is not any solid succession plan in place and the political class and the citizens have poor democracy learning curves. Yes, there are physical developments but developmental mentality will be missing among the civil servants and citizens.
A dangerous lacuna is created and if Paul Kagame dropped dead today, everything he builds crumbles from infighting for power. It happened with Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Ivory Coast. It happened with Mohamed Siad Barre in Somalia. And if he succeeds in installing his son, the damage goes on and day of reckoning is merely postponed. Stop blabbing as if democracy is the best thing after sliced bread. Gaddafi presided over Libya as a sole ruler and brought prosperity and development to his country till the Europeans killed him out of fear that he'll liberate African from neocolonialism and the chains of mental enslavement around the necks of Africans like you who have been so brainwashed to hate themselves and worship their slavemasters. Your opinion stinks.
