I am in a dilemma worsened by this covid19.

I am a graduate male of 29 residing in the East. I still squat with a friend, not because I don't have money for house rent. But principally because I have been unable to figure out what I want to do with my life, hence renting a house feels like a commitment that might get me stuck.

I always feel I might move anytime soon-- to either another state or abroad for masters or just practice of my profession. Note that I didn't study a STEM course.

All these while squatting, I have been saving via my proceeds from hustles.

In the wake of this COVID19, I checked all my banks and found out that money I have in my account has lost so much value given the dollar rate.

I have 11.4 million, inclusive of my working capital, plus a rickety car valued at 350k. Each time, I need just 3-5m as working capital.

It seems that trying to save more is false economy and might be counter productive.

NOW, I AM CONSIDERING buying a plot of land and erecting a small house even if it's 3 rooms. This, I think will serve as investment that will keep appreciating and also serve as residence.

Or just open a domiciliary account to hedge against naira fall and continue saving.
What do you think please?

At least, six months. So that the vaginal walls that expanded during delivery can can contract back to normal. My mum taught me this and during their time, it was 1 year before they resume. There is this lady I like so much, even my friends know that I like her so much and will love to spend the rest of my life with her.

I swear.. Same thing. I have a year old Rottweiler too and he's super trained. I got to know he was super obedient when the vet came for the first time four days to inject and drip him cos he had parvo virus..... Even when my dog got stronger.... Hmm! Worse interview experience? It was with one of the popular new generation banks. I had previously done the test for the bank and passed and scaled through 3 interviews, the third being with the banks top shots on the Island. I went all in and was speaking English like I was a cousin to the Queen of England. One of the interviewers actually called his colleague that he should come and see this "walking dictionary". Subsequently, I was not called. And of course no reason was given. Fast forward to six months later, the same bank was recruiting and I once again did their test which was quite different and passed. Then the interviews began. Scaled through the first interview. At the second interview, one of the interviewer told me that my face looked familiar. I could not recall his face so I told him I did not think we have met. After a while, he asked again if I had come for an interview with their bank before. I had no choice but to say the truth. That was where the interview ended. They asked why I was there if I had been rejected before. It was a devastating blow to me because I had such high expectations. I was not myself for days until God gave me hope again. Of course that bank was not God's plan for me.

Next time tell them u always come around here to make withdrawal and u have been a lover of the bank since ur secondary school days ,topic closed ..just create a short story for them

But.... If you live in Nigeria, just visit their website to get a first hand information.
Just two semesters. For the grading system. ( No grades!! Just pass or Fail. But for you to get a pass in each of the courses, you must have 50% score in the subject.
49.99% is fail. There are carry-overs for this program, that's why I emphasized on reading and studying.

I really don't know the prices here,but I will check ,I understand my 9ja system better ,I just want to prepare ahead ,

If yes, you can easily get a PGD in Education with NTI ( National Teachers Institute ). They have their study centres in all the states including FCT. ( It's a one year program with only Saturday lectures) But be ready to read o!! The sizes of the handouts is out of this world.

I went for an interview as a tecaher in a very big school in Gwarinpa, Abuja. (Expensive)
I live in kuje, on the day of the interview I left my house by 6am in the morning and got to the school at about 7.30am. The interview was for 8 a.m. Na so the proprietress come tell me to write application letter, write another letter about how I encountered Jesus, write a lesson note on Computer softwares ( System and application softwares) , then do teaching practice. After that na so the madam come interview me. I was there till 5pm.
I passed the exams, did well with the lesson notes, and also the oral interview.
Time to tell me my salary, the madam said that she would pay me 40k. My ears went deaf for about 2 minutes, I kept saying sorry... Sorry... Sorry... As if I didn't understand what she said.
I told her thank you and left.
When I got home I said to myself, f*ck it.
40k? Most Private school owners are wicked, they collect millions as school fees and pay their staff peanuts. I have a Bsc degree.
I also have a PGD in Education and a TRCN certificate and I also have a passion to teach.
I called my mum and told her I wanted to start my own school in kuje, my mum surprised me and sent me a huge sum of money to start my school. It was like film trick.
Today to the glory of God I have my own school. I bless God I didn't accept that offer.
Sometimes you just have to push yourself to achieve your dream.
I treat my staff well too.
