In my area, atleast i know of 4 people that died last year of kidney failure due to HP and overthinking caused by there wives.

I have siblings who are well successful in every area of their life, both home and outside, I just keep praying for them, they render help or not I just keep praying for them,

while for friends, in other to avoid this covetousness, the numbers of friends u keep matters a lot, and more importantly the type of discussion that takes place when u are together, ,for me I can count d numbers of friends I have on my finger tips,

them for social media, this is what makes people to poison their friends because of new achievement, this is what makes ladies go after people's husband, this is what makes boys steal or defraud people becus u want to be like emeka who just bought a camery,
best solution is to reduce the amount of time u spend on social media, it helps a lot,
