ISpiksDaTroof:Dont blame the good people of Ekiti, not to even mention Nigerians in general! The blame lies with GEJ, PDP Senator Obanikoro and the Nigerian military under GEJ, that were used as a "political tool" to rig that "Street Urchin" into Power in Ekiti State. (#EkitiGate) Even ignorant and blind people would dare not cast a single vote for the likes of Fayose, in a free and fair election. He will soon be booted out a second time...as it was under OBJ.......... No wonder he is forming "prayer warrior"! yeye dey smell Lastpage! |
OrangeDream:Yea! how old are you sef? Fayose gave you a LAPTOP............. and you lost your mind? Obviously, 1.) You are "under-age" or just a useless "YOUTH" who has never done anything good in his life 2.) Your Poverty-level (and most likely that of your parents!), means you cant afford to buy a New Laptop, from your own pocket, hence why such donation is making you ecstatic. 3.) I am sure it is the same Laptop that you are using for this "SaTANoid" job you are doing online on Nairaland. So, Fayose gave you a job..... and Laptop to do it. So, l nor blame you at all............. Na POVERTY MENTALITY. Your mates are already Business Owners and doing well in life, you are here defending perfidy and ignorance, juts because of ONE LAPTOP! Those who said "Poverty is the greatest Disease", aren't lying! YOU are a prime example. I really feel sorry for your future... Kontinue you hear,...Otimkpu! Lastpage! |
jstriker442:Improved infrastructure, improved Power, improved education, improved health services will cumulatively increase our productivity which in turn, would improve Govt revenues through Tax (income, Corporate, VAT, e.t.c), through enhanced manufacturing capability and eventually this will trickle to export. Except you are telling me that if l borrow you #50Million Naira today, you will still be a poor man in three years time nd be unable to repya me back? Are you that kind of person? .... just so we know, Aliko Dangotte borrowed his "First CAPITAL", from his Grand father! Today, he has repaid what he borrowed and is Africa's richest man. Lastpage! |
stonemasonn:Dont mind all these "jaundiced" saTANoids! They like to play 'dumb' despite the fact that common-sense is the most freely distributed item amongst humans yet as greedy as they are, that is one thing they seem never to request more of! Lastpage! |
In order to fund part of the budget the government intends to borrow money and this will throw our country into even greater debt. What a tragedy this is given the fact that in 2007 Nigeria was debt-free. The Buhari administration is spending money like a drunken sailor and they are borrowing as if there is no tomorrow, mortgaging the future of our nation and our children.
First, can someone tell this "diarrhoea-mouth" called FFK that Crude oil, which is the main source of revenue for the Government, was not an abysmal $36 per Barrel, in 2007! Infact, it was hovering at $130 per barrel. Thus comparing 2007 to 2016 shows that as usual, FFK is high on some very cheap "Ajegunle weed". Again, let me enlighten our people that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH BORROWING..... AS LONG AS YOU DONT USE THE BORROWED MONEY TO DO OWAMBE PARTY.... OR LOOT AND SHARE IT LIKE PDP/DASUKI/DOKPESI/BAFARAWA/IKEJI/GEJ/THISDAY NEWSPAPERS, ETC HAVE DONE. Successful people like Dangotte, Otedola, had borrowed money at various times, to finance and advance their business. There is a reason banks charge you interest on "borrowed money" because the understand that when properly utilised, you are bound to make even more money from it, after repaying the capital and interest. So, if Nigeria borrows money to say for example, improve Power Supply, the implications are as below: 1.) Less people will spend their income on buying Generators => More money in their pocket to do other things 2.) Less people will depend on, or buy Fuel for Generators => More money for other things 3.) less queue at petrol stations => less man-hours are wasted on fuel queues, less people are exposed to hazard of fire at such stations 4.) People can buy food stuffs in bulk, cook in bulk and store in their freezer => The savings pass across to Household income/savings 5.) Less Generators imply less dangerous carcinogenic fumes into the atmosphere => Less people get sick, less of our disposable income is spent on combating illness 6.) Since less people will buy Generators, it implies less people would store Generator fuel at home => reduces risk of fires and burns to house owners 7.) Owners of cottages business will spend less on running their business as they can save on fuel price => tendency to expand their business 8.) Street Lights will work => neighbourhoods get properly lit at Night => Risk of armed robbery is reduced and people can actually have a better quality of life. 9.) reduced Risk of security above means the Police can divert their resources to more challenging issues 10.) Finally, all the savings above means each household has more disposable income to buy other things they need => improved business atmosphere which result sin increased taxes to Govt coffers Now, imagine *if such borrowings also went into education => Standards of our schools will improve and all those money wasted to study abroad (even in lowly places like Ghana!) will be spent in Nigeria and fuel our own economy! *If spent on health => less Nigerians will die prematurely and less Nigerians will waste forex in travelling abroad for medical treatment *If spent on Road infrastructure => Goods and Services get to reach their areas of need/sale easier and faster => Goods are services become cheaper for everyone. From the look of things, l dont see this Govt of PMB embezzling or encouraging embezzlement, as done by the last administration of GEJ so, borrowing to jump-start the economy might not be a bad idea. My point is: Borrowing is NOT ALWAYS A BAD THING. It is what you do with the borrowed funds that count.... so FFK should shut-da-phuck-Up and stop smoking expired weed! ![]() Lastpage! |

In Ekiti State Nigeria, The Governor of the State , Mr. Ayodele Fayose in a special meeting at the government house premises with men of God from across Ekiti State. In attendance were the deputy governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Kolapo Olusola, the first lady, Mrs. Feyisetan Fayose, wife of the deputy governor Mrs. Janet Olusola, Secretary to the State Government, Dr.(Mrs) Modupe Alade, Chief of Staff to the governor, Barrister Dipo Anisulowo and Special Adviser to the governor on Political Matters, Alhaji Ademola Bello, It was an avenue to thank God as well as offer prayers unto God for individuals, the church, government of Ekiti and Nigeria in general, amazing an great see photos from the scene below. While removing the fixed charge is a good thing (Its always government officials colluding with operators to defraud Nigerians!), increasing the Electricity tariff of Nigerians by a whopping 65% and above in one go, is wicked and evil. Every time, every successive Govt wants to defraud Nigerians, we are told that the only solution to "improved services and bring-in INVESTORS" (Regular Power Supply, Regular fuel supply, Good roads (Toll), e.t.c), is by INCREASING PRICE! But me and you know that price has always been increased since the day of Adam (take fuel for example, which OBJ increased six times in his eight years of Govt!) ..... and "Services" have never got better nor did we see their so-called INVESTORS.... what we see are their "Nigerian scammers"! So, its all a SCAM! Why not improve the "service" first....... and then ask the people to pay "commensurate price", afterwards? Fashola is a Tyrant! End of story. And incase you are in doubt, l am a Buahri/APC supporter..... it makes no difference. Truth must be said. Lastpage! |

asEdeyHOT:Good! Just mere "Buhari's Body Language" is making everybody behave properly now! So, under Jonathan, they siezed something (Newspaper) ..... and then decide to use our collective patrimony to "pay for it" again? coolitempa: "The Wheels of Justice, grinds SLOWLY but SURELY" Since we are in a democratic dispensation, coupled with the rot in our Judiciary (over time especially under Jonathan and his AGF, Adokie), eventually, nemesis will catch up with all the thieves that ruined this country and ruin it for our innocent children. Despite his wastage of our resources (instead of wise and credible investments) whenCrude oil was at $120 as against $36 today? Or is he not the same President who superintended over the "Grand Theft Nigeria" programme? He had SIX YEARS and the Goodwill of Nigerians, to make an impact, yet the "shoeless one" squandered everything on ignorant, "America will know Vs. Yam and Goat theories"! ![]() Maybe the same Nigerians that Prof. Wole Soyinka was referring to! Or Should l go and ask Rev. Fr. Keneking: A lot of people are not asking the right QUESTION concerning this so-called subsidy! The "easy part" is to have a "HONEST and INDEPENDENT" person or body (with requisite knowledge) to VERIFY for NIGERIANS, what exactly is the various costs associated with PMS, from the COST of Crude that is used, to the cost of REFINEMENT, to cost of TRANSPORTATION wherever it is refined, to "acceptable margins" of Marketers ....till its gets to the Pump. Believe me, it will surprise a lot of Nigerians to when they realize that at #87/Litre, Nigerians are paying above the "landing cost" per liter, for the fuel already so the issue of "subsidy" does not even arise but we are being scammed by these Marketers. .....and it seems Buhari is also falling for it because The Nigerian Govt lacks the capacity to transport and deliver the PMS to retail outlets in quantities that Nigerians need! Its called BLACKMAIL!! Until Govt invests in its own infrastructure (Refinery, Bulk Transport and Distribution outlets) such that it can call the bluff of the Marketers, they will continue to hold the country hostage and coin it as "subsidy". If it were to be a military Govt, we will simply round them up and shoot them (or put them in detention for 279 years! ) while seizing their company for the benefit of the masses. But either way it goes, Nigerians are going to be inflicted with more hardship..... undeserved hardship. Pa Buhari, this is NOT our agreement with you, hope you remember? 2019 is not far if you dont act boldly in our favor. Lastpage! |

Some People's "sons" and "daughters" were slaughtered by Boko Haram....... because Raymond Dokpesi needed slush funds to use in flexing, on a day like this. francizy:Trust me, you wont even know! before you take her abroad, if you ask her to lick your slippers, she would do it without a complain! ![]() Until she land abroad, achieve what she wants, then she would show you her real color. I have seen too many examples in my life time. Women and men are different mentally and emotionally: Men are brash, get angry and are physical (like to fight! Women are cunning, calculating and focused (when it comes to doing good or evil)... and are very vengeful! Just know, when you bring a wife abroad, that you are "half-way down" to your grave, only God can redeem you, if HE wishes. A Good wife, is the best gift a man can have..... A wicked wife, is worse than living with SATAN him/herself, under the same roof! ![]() Lastpage! |
cold:Look, l can bet my life that this man is INNOCENT! The wife had everything "well-planed-out" on how to deal with her estranged husband...and she wont be the first woman to do that. Men just need to be very careful when they start having problems with their wife. better you just "run-away" before she roped you in. Just reading this narration, l have seen a lot of instances pointing to the fact that his wife brainwashed his daughter, to say these bad things about her father... but the God of Heaven who knows the heart of men, will punish this woman beyond measure, for destroying an innocent man's life..... the same man who laboured to bring you abraoad, to improve your living standard For example: Part of the family version said that during one of Ngene’s lunch visits home to check on the children, he allegedly found his then young daughter in an explicit compromising position with a neighborhood boy, in the family’s living room!. He became agitated, asked the boy to leave immediately. Soon after the boy left, he grabbed his daughter and spanked her intensely. Mother allegedly walked in as dad was spanking their daughter. She jumped on him and began to scratch and scream. Their daughter, disengaged from the whip, cried profusely from the burns of the belt whipping. She had lacerations on her butt. Their mother, while restraining Emmanuel, instructed their daughter to dial 911. Few minutes later, police came to their door, handcuffed Emmanuel and took him down town. The police officer, noticing the lacerations on the girl’s body, requested for the ambulance to take the young girl and her mother to hospital for medical observations and interrogation. Emmanuel was hauled to jail! Dr. Johnson took a basic history and examined Cindy to determine if she needed immediate treatment. Cindy told him that defendant had been having vaginal and anal intercourse with her over the past year. Because she had not been assaulted within the past 72 hours, Dr. Johnson did not perform a rape kit. Dr. Johnson’s examination of Cindy was limited to her external Instruments and looking for signs of trauma, of which he saw none. He diagnosed Cindy with alleged sexual abuse.*Did you notice that this allegation also came up when they started having issues between themselves (which l believe led to the breakdown of the marriage beyond repair? *Did you notice that no "internal examination" which could have revealed whether the fathers DNA was inside his daughters private part, was done? did you notice that she was reluctant to implicate her father? *Did you notice that she only did so, at the insistence of the Mother? *Did you notice that "she looked down" when she implicated her father ... an obvious give-away when a lie is being told! At the hospital, the doctors during examination found that she had been penetrated. The police officer asked her who may have penetrated her; she looked at her mother, seeking protection. Her mother instructed her to answer that it was her father! She reluctantly told the officer that her father had penetrated her! The officer asked if she was sure, she bowed and fearfully said yes sir!”I have witnessed a situation in a UK court when the white Judge, during a divorce proceedings, told a Nigerian woman and l quote: " Mrs X, please dont go there, this court has heard so many cases of alleged rape by Nigerian fathers, which turn out just to be lies from their estranged wife"; infact, l have come to understand that Nigerian men in general, dont practice such behaviour. If you insist on raising that allegation, l will ensure that it is properly investigated and if found to be a lie, l will see to it that you get the same punishment, the person you are accusing falsely would have got, if found guilty. Do you wish to proceed with this line of statement"? The Court fell into dead silence and her Lawyer seized the opportunity to tell the Judge they wish not to pursue that line but will like to restrict the matter to the divorce proceedings. *I also recall a story of a girl who explained, years later, how her Mother instructed her to lie that her father raped her...and he was JAILED. The lady now grown-up, is seeking the court to overturn his conviction, after spending so many years in jail, for an offence trumped-up by his estranged wife. Read it here:I urge everyone to read this heart-wrenching story. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2397002/Daughter-sent-father-prison-40-years-lying-raped-pleads-release.html 'It's never too late to right your wrong': US daughter who sent her own father to prison for 40 years after lying that he raped her pleads for his releaseSomething similar, Daughter lying against father that he had sex with her also featured on nairaland sometime. Read it here: https://www.nairaland.com/1446684/daughters-lied-father-sex Until authorities start to 'cop-up. and serve this women back on the Evil that these women incite, in the name of vengeance, when marriage fails, only God can repay these devilish women so that they also reap what they have sown. Something tells me this man is innocent...and that woman will reap Evil, when she least expected it. keally: What is all these nonsense about GEJ.... after almost one year of his defeat and disgrace out of office by MAJORITY of Nigerians? Get over it, GEJ is good riddance to bad rubbish! He is gone and gone forever. Was it not under him that al these humongous pilferage of our resources happened? .... all in Billions of Dollars! What manner of leader perfected and patented the phrase "America will know", for every question he was asked?.... and he was supposed tp be a PhD holder! You'all can continue to deceive yourself and go on a "finger-pointing jamboree" about how GEJ was put in a hole dug by his enemies, .... l bet it is a confirmation of his cluelessness and naivety, to be so 'led by the nose'. To say "Nigerians were deceived into voting out GEJ and replacing him with Buhari" ..... is an insult to Nigerians because it erroneously assumes that Nigerians cant make a rational decision by themselves but we all know this is far from the case. The fact of the matter is that people like you are still living in the past and living in denial. Those of us that voted for Buhari, even at 73yrs, had six good years to EVALUATE Goodluck Jonathan and we were convinced beyond any shred of doubt, that GEJ IS THE WORST THING TO HAVE HAPPENED TO NIGERIA.... since independence. A "dead" Buhari will still perform better than a "living" GEJ! It is not for child's play that we say "NEVER AGAIN", when it comes to a leader like GEJ. Let us point out that the price of Crude Oil has diminished drastically this year and as such, the importers of refined Petroleum are making a lot of profit margin, at the current price and hence, there is actually no need to keep the Subsidy in place ........ that is exactly what the petroleum Minister (Kachukwu) was "stylishly" saying. Its not a question of Nigerians accepting to remove Subsidy. At current crude price of $36/Barrel, Subsidy doesnot exist and to continue to pay such to importers is to continue to blackmail and defraud Nigerians. In foreign countries, pump price of petrol changes daily, as the crude price changes. But under GEJ, price of crude was as much as $120/Barrel which contributed to the high "landing cost" of refined petrol but that would not have been an issue if the Kleptomaniac called GEJ and his gang of treasury robbers were not siphoning our money into various foreign accounts and spending our earned forex like it was their personal pocket money......all superintended over by a wimp of a "Commander-in-Chief". *Can anyone imagine Kachukwu looting NNPC vaults like Dezzianni did? *Can anyone imagine the new NSA looting money meant for procuring arms, like Dasuki, Bafarawa, Dokpesi and probably their wannabe sister Linda (alleged) were all doing? Would Dokpesi dare collect over 2Billion and call it "advert money", under a Buhari administration? *I am sure all Buhari needs to do is to give them his "standard" side-glance and they would know that "stealing is now corruption".GEJ has gone down in history book as giving a very, very bad image to the South-South because he has demonstrated that given the opportunity to govern this country, they (He, as their son), cannot do better....... and even did worse! No amount of image laundering can help GEJ. it will be a miracle and a heavy magnanimity on the part of Buhari, if Goodluck Jonathan does not end up in JAIL.... but l can assure you he will be docked, to explain the part he played in all the sleaze that went on during his government, that are being revealed on a daily basis. You can blame the devil, blame his enemies, blame America, blame Iraq, blame Boko Haram, even blame Mama Piss, the point stil remains that GEJ was a monumental failure, as a President. NEVER AGAIN!!
