You've heard the saying: there's nothing more powerful than an idea that has come at the right time. That is true and the best time to act on any idea is when it is steaming hot and when you have the right amount of motivation. The only issue here is that a good number of us are always seeking validation and approval. We feel powerless, we ask tens of people their opinions about the ideas they did not receive and they dampen your spirit and motivation. By all means, consult with people before making critical decisions but be guided. Make sure you are speaking with those that check the boxes: not those that will project their insecurities and failure onto you. Never check in with someone out of fear of being blamed if something goes wrong. Those who must be praised should also be ready to be blamed. I hope you take action today and I hope you lose that fear. Ps: Information regarding our mentoring events and free resources will be shared in our private and listed group - The Mentee's Hub. See link in the first post: Please make sure you join the group to enjoy the maximum mentoring experience. |

Always eager to prove to the politicians that they lack self worth. Reminds me of how Sanwolu, on official outing, passed and threw some cash to some youths at a section where the road was an eye sore. Same youths could have used the opportunity to display placards to send him a message on the urgent need to fix the road but they missed it for peanuts that wont make any difference in their lives. While some are ready for the change we crave, many still lag far behind. |

This is what the previous regime wanted to do-remove the corrupt subsidy so that marketers will determine the price, but these hypocrites sabotage all the efforts with the Ojota Carnivals, Occupy/Save Nigeria protest. Today they're implementing the same policy. NNPC have not produce any petroleum product for long while out refineries have been comatose with heavy Turn around maintenance(TAM), staff salaries & other over head costs being paid. All in a brazen act of corruption. Why is the APC this wicked? 9jahotblog:760 NNPC |
