For this Nigeria I think only the president has the power to order the arrest of security chiefs in Nigeria, our judiciary isn't that strong yet. Just starting your career? Be honest with yourself and show vulnerability. The best way people can know to help you is if you assess yourself often and speak up about your struggles. There's no point hiding a wounded finger under a garment; it will not heal. When you are honest about your weakness, others can fall in line to assist you. Now, be reasonable, if you are lacking in some basic knowledge that an available resource can help you fill, use that resource first and if you are still struggling, then speak up. In my experience, I have noticed that when managers give you tasks to do, there is an expectation that you will need guidance and you will ask a lot of questions as such, they will expect you to ask those questions. The earlier you ask for guidance, the better your work output. However, if you decide not to ask for help and direction, you will inevitably churn out work that is below par and this can create a performance review point. Vulnerability and honesty will earn you the credibility and support you need to thrive in the workplace. |

I'd also add that cheating on one's spouse is not simply one choice. It's a series of choices. One does not just 'accidently fall into bed' with someone else. It's having a stray adult thought about someone other than your significant other. It's entertaining the idea of straying. It's having more thoughts about other people. It's entertaining more thoughts. Then, it becomes putting yourself in situations where you want to be inappropriate with someone else. Then, it's verbalizing/acting on those feelings/thoughts. It might be a lingering hug...or a touch.... It might even be adding alcohol to the mix to aid with the bad decision-making. It's becomes more physical with the other person, assuming the other is more receptive....and maybe the moment gets brushed off as accidental. Then, it stops being accidental....and now is regular. It's new. it's exciting. it's thrilling. then, it's hiding...it's worrying...it's lying....it's more trouble than originally thought....it's hurting...and soon, it's public information. Destined to get back to the person you were hiding it all from. Relationships fall apart. Families fall apart. Trust is lost. Reputations are lost. Relationships are no longer the same as they once were. Businesses and political offices can also be damaged or marred by scandal. (Not in the case of Nigeria) Not wanting to cheat means stopping at the first steps....and consistently be willing and able to see potential situations occur, and stay clear of them. I was able to piece all of this together by paying attention to other peoples' struggles with the realities of cheating. It's not pretty or glamorous. It's ugly...self-serving and ultimately destructive. You don't have to live it to know what it has to offer. I've never robbed a bank, but have a pretty clear idea of how it will turn out. I also doubt that anyone would believe that I 'accidently robbed a bank.' Again, it's likely to be a series of bad decisions that gets progressively worse. 3 Likes |

According to the bookmakers, it is very likely indeed. You can get 7:2 against Inter Milan winning the trophy. But of course such things count for little on the night. But the reason Man City are favoured is not too hard to see. In the knockout stages there were perceived to be four “power teams” who looked capable of winning it all. Man City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Napoli. Three of the four ended up in one half of the draw, and Man City prevailed. Napoli suffered by a surprising upset by Milan in the quarter finals. Inter Milan were not considered a serious threat to win it all, having finished second and their group and lost both home and away to Bayern (2–0 both times). Inter are by no means a poor side, but they finished 3rd in Serie A, which had not enjoyed much UCL success in recent years (and might not have done this year, but for all the Italian teams falling on one side of the quarterfinal draw). On the other hand, Man City won the English Premier league with four games to spare, and crushed both Bayern Munich and Real Madrid en route to the final. Anything can happen in 90 (or 120) minutes. I’ve never personally had an encounter with a crazy person. My girlfriend however, was followed by a nutcase when she was leaving work at around 10 PM. Her place of work is in a bad part of town that has some criminals and crazies. The crazy dude followed her after she left the building and kept muttering to himself “she’s a pretty devil, she probably tastes real good”. My girlfriend started running and this guy took off after her running full speed. He started gaining on her and according to her, he was basically frothing at the mouth and saying he wanted to eat her. Figuring she had no choice, she drew her weapon and told him to stop bothering her or she would shoot. He froze, stumbled over, and collapsed. She called the police and he was arrested. He was probably crazy and high on crystal meth. Unfortunately, incidents like this are becoming kind of commonplace in some cities with left wing political leadership who refuse to deal with vagrants, drug addicts, criminals, and crazies in order to seem “compassionate”.
