Please who has flown Royal Air Maroc to London? Have been reading so many negative review about them but they seem reasonably priced for my planned dates.

NB: I've only flown KLM and Air France to London

Please which one is better between KLM and Air France ?

Flown RAM to Morocco. They just OK as the aircraft from Lagos to Morocco was oldie.

Best advice don't let any agent package rubbish for you. They will spoil your image and immigration history. They are after money alone... If you can't be truthful please don't apply oh... else OYO is your case. There are good and reputable travel companies that can help tho if you can't read on here and do it yourself. Be Truthful to help yourself oh... The world is changing so fast. My 1Kobo... Everything you say will be used against you if false.

Chai.. the agent packaged me as married in 2012 and included marriage certificate and daughters certificate oh.. all of the certificates re gone, Destroyed. That's the only problem. What do I do guys? Now I want to submit my application as a single man that I have always been oh.

This is a really tough one here I must say because I don't know how you want to wash it off. Best advice come out clean and pray you don't get banned. If you never submitted documents to the aforementioned marriage then it would be better for you but rn think outside the box.

Brother I get your drift oh. I will claim I didnt fill the first application. Back it up with a cover letter claiming he fiĺled it and asked me to submit without showing me content

Brother with my little exp... I will advise you to be truthful at every application you make with the embassies now because it might come back to haunt you. You can't tell them you don't know about it... Goan read the rules and regulation... If you claim you don't know... I laugh oh... You might be banned for 10years but if you come out real... they may over turn it. Just select you're single and give a little explanation about the change... Don't give out too much info... But don't forget to stay truthful.

Hi @Justwise & co. I have found myself in an anxious situation & will be pleased with a kind clarification on this issue. Thank you.

The situation is, while on a tier 4 student visa to the UK; I travelled to Italy on a Schengen visa. Unfortunately for me, I got fined by bus inspectors (they are not police officers) for an honest error of not correctly validating my bus ticket in the bus. I later found out this is rampant amongst tourists in Italy due to lack of information/ignorance. Anyways, I paid my fine a day after at the bank. The inspector did record my name, Uk address, and some other relevant details from my BRP on the fine printout. I left the UK immediately after the completion of my programme.

Now I intend to apply for another student visa to further my study, will this affect my UK visa application (apart from this single & minor incident, I have very clean immigration records & excellent academic performances in my earlier programmes) & do I have to mention it in the application (meaning is this a “criminal offence” or just a civil affair?). This is bothering me as I abhor with all my heart bypassing any rules. It was an ignorant & honest mistake I made.

Thank you very much.

From my point of view, this is not a criminal act. You didn’t know and you have paid the fine. I was in Dubai last year and I tapped my card as I enter the bus. When the bus broke down I forgot tap out my card and all my credit zoomed to 0 while I was in another bus.. when I dropped off I then realized that and nothing happened.

You’re good to go. You’re not perfect. We tend to make mistakes and you have corrected yourself.

Enjoy

[The budget was for 12 days which is approximately 2 weeks and not 1 week. The documents i submitted supported my source of income and the ECO did not raise any concerns about that. The ECO refused on the ground of spending approximately 3 times my disposable income on vacation. I had a balance of 1.9m as at the time of application and spending 500k of my hard earned money on vacation is not too much. I think the ECO refused my application on a subjective decision.

Reapply immediately and explain to the Eco that spending that amount of money has no significant adverse on you as you have worked for your money and you want to enjoy yourself too.

500K is not bad tho but work out your finances well. Don’t leave any loopholes

Good luck.

Writing a letter isn’t a problem but what you wanna tell ECO about your 15months stay its what is important, people only give legal advice here. You just have to be smart for yourself.

Well you didn’t breach the immigration law so you should be alright.

TBH I don’t think they do ask how long you stayed in previous travel, think the form only asks you how long you wanna stay for the proposed travel. What matters is you are back and you didn’t overstayed.

Not your first time application, you should know the docs you need to submit. Good luck

The new form is going to ask you how long you stayed. You will be asked date of arrival and date of departure for all your previous visits.

The truth is immigration rules are security is changing so fast. Your 15months is much oh. From my angle, how old are you and what you do for a living with determine.

All the best.

Hi justwise and everyone. My visa got approved 3 weeks after my intended travel date on my visa application. I said I was going to spend 10 days when I applied but can I spend up to 14 days now since the visa came out after my intended travel date?

Will appreciate your response.
Thanks All

You can spend more than the 10days tho... You will be asked at the POE but make sure you don't make yourself warrant of questions staying too long because they have believed you have more important things to do in your home country... From my view.. You might stay for your 14 days. My last visit was 12 days. My 1 penny

Hello house, howdy ? I just filled my form online and I was asked if I have been denied a visa before.

On this note, Yes but I reapplied immediately and I got my 6months. That was last year... so now I'm applying for 2years and when I asked about previous denial I answered yes...

Am I on the right track ?

Is it possible I pick a normal submission and I pay for only scanning at TLS ?

I am thinking of reducing the duration on my new booking since there's a probability i might be charged.

Thinking of booking 4 days for the new hotel instead of 7 days (stated this in my visa application).

What do you think?

Please have a valid hotel bookings oh else you will be on the next flight to Nigeria. This happened to me last year October. I was at the port of entry. I booked 2days and on my landing card I wrote I'm staying for 10days. It was an issue to me but because I was a frequent traveler, I scaled through. I was put under investigation for booking 2nights and my return ticket was 10days. If you're a frequent traveler, you can do that at your own risk. Book the number of days on your return ticket and when you enter you can cancel it. The hotel might charge you before you enter sef because you duration days has started. I had to let 20K naira go to the hotel to enter but I enjoyed it sha. 20K naira or deported, which one will you choose ?

Hello house. I need comments on these issues please. My sister in-law was assiting her younger brother to re-apply for UK visa and just yesterday a friend of my husband came to our house and from one talk to the other, we started talking of UK visa, so I mentioned about my sister in-law, how she was trying to reapply a visa for younger brother, the man started gisting me how he got his visa in 2012. He said that someone assisted him, he just went to Abuja with his documents and passport and was interviewed, in few weeks he got his passport with visa. I was very surprised, do tourist visa applicant go for interview ? He even said that most documents were fake but ended up getting it. He just said the man that helped him knows pple at the Embassy, I was so confused about his talk. Please are they some people that go through interview for tourist visa here in Nigeria? Is it in Nigeria that they put the visa sticker? He even gave me the connection of the guy for my sister in-law to use him, i called my sister in-law and linked her with the guy and he said he will assist but we are scared and beside I av not heard about Interview for tourist visa. So sorry for the long write up.

Best advise... don't try that story he cooked up for you... you want to put your brother on a long 10years ban... Please don't come back and lament oh. Do it yourself. Read through this forum and you will learn it. You could also look for reputable travel companies but on here they would advice you to read through and do it yourself.

Fekeri... best advice. Rewrite your cover letter and attach documents to show that you run a company. Make sure your cover letter explains it all.

I once applied and was rejected. I reapplied after one week when I got my passport back then I explained more better with supporting documents. I got my visa.

Mine was visiting tho. And yours is business. I have a job and side business too.

There is nothing like that, visa application does not work that way. How much do you earn and how much are you planning to spend is the issue here.

I earn 400K monthly... I plan to spend 550K on my trip. I stayed 10days during my last visit. I have about 1.3m bal in savings.

From experience... single female applicants have high chances of getting a visa than single male applicants.
