I need someone to put me through on appeal / judicial review . This is my second refusal and reapplying will make me look desperate but this is so unfair !
I Submitted
CAC document
Business account
Personal account
Landed document
Car receipt
World traveller insurance
Cover letter
Sponsor documents :uncle : British passport , pay slip s three month , P60 and invitation later
Travel history: Dubai (work and visits )
Georgia (Europe)
Seychelles
Kenya
Ghana
Republic of Benin
And while the application was going on with keep my passport option ( went to Rwanda)

My Question is :
Can’t my economic circumstances improve ? In 6 months a lot has happened - Inflation , dollar increase . My business is general trading , logistics . I can’t evaluate how much I will make in a year in its appropriate figures but the facts are presented in the account statement that is why it is requested
Of course it could, but like was pointed you did not offer adequate explanation as to your positive economic change.
You have no right to appeal, or judicial review.
Better option would be to put an application at a later time when you are able to explain things clearer.

Hi everyone, please advise if ok not to include introduction letter from employer in a UK renewal, though payslips, all promotion letters, approved leave mail from boss would be all added. This will be the 3rd renewal.

My issue with you this poster, you claim to have knowledge in traveling as old as the waters on surface earth.
You are quick to bleep and throw jabs at another user once your op is questioned, i.e even when you make an unforgivable error in your op.
Now you have turned Cover letter editor abi?

Good day all. Which flight is the best and affordable with not more than 2 stopovers from Lagos to Glasgow Scotland aside European airlines and BA
Most deals you would get now would seem expensive as its peak of travel(summer and schools are on breaks). But you have the low cost airlines, however, these airline are tight on luggage allowance, and most would have a transit in an European state where you would need a transit visa if you are holder of only a Nigerian passport.

So i applied to a care home in the UK a few days ago and a friend advised that i send them a follow-up message on Saturday last week.

Toady, i got a response from them.

Thing is, i don't exactly know what to respond. i feel like there's something they want to know by asking this question and i don't quite know it.

Please, I've attached a screenshot of their message. Someone please tell me why they're asking this question.

PS: I'm ready to relocate to the UK like right now, even yesterday.
Reply you are available to relocate once you have completed the process of relocation(which should include being offered the job and you securing your work visa).

I have a duration of one year and two months on my International Passport and I want to apply for a two years tourist visa.

Does the duration of my International passport affect the UK tourist visa issuing?
No it doesn't.

About Turkey e-Visa Application Form

A valid residence permit/visa from Schengen country, Ireland, the USA, or the UK.
A payment card, either credit or debit card, to pay the visa processing fee.
A valid and active email ID.

Now na read things abi? Abeg post anywhere from Turkish website where you got your info from.. if you want to learn about Turkish E visa go an read it up or call the embassy, don't be a lazy traveller. Where I have been or not does not make wrong right or right wrong mate...

You don't require transit visa for Turkish Air and I said "just to spite them" normally with an e visa u could enter Turkey once u had a valid Uk, shenghen or US visa but now its just straight airport .... so many people transited via Turkish cus of cheaper travel and ability to enter with an E visa.

And you are still wrong about visitor visa NOT requiring a return ticket even SA will request talkless of UK even wen they have over gisted at border control they still say "can I see your return tickets?

You have to be very lucky to be skipped that question
And for the records as of today 27.07.22 Nigerian passport holders with a valid, Ireland, the schengen UK, USA, the eu members states, visa or residence permit are eligible for a Turkish E-visa, so don't know where you got your info from. Valid Canadian visa/residency was previously accepted.
You don't even understand or know what you are talking about. I think you are just one of this them say fellows?

I didn't skip the question, as questions are never wrong, but an answer could be wrong, and your answer was wrong mate. E visa or not, Nigerian passport holders don't need a Turkiye transit visa

I think once is the other Heathrow Airport not the BA one the Officer didn't request for my return ticket.... but its one of the requirements for visitors

The last time I travelled just after the Covid lock down was eased with their plenty protocols the lady had talked plenty talk and just asked for my return ticket she didn't even look thru it cus I showed her from my fone ..she just glanced... but its always better to be safe than sorry

Ignorance is not acceptable
You are bringing a topic that you have not shown me were on Gov.uk it is a legal requirement and yet claim I'm wrong or ignorant?
Yet you have wrongful implied that because a diplomatic post has changed its form of visa application/or acess to Nigerian passport holders, a traveler should not have them as an option?
What is it that is not safe, WHAT? What is it that the traveler would be sorry for? why always put panic or fear to someone with your "wealth" of travel and knowledge mate...like why?

Better remove Turkish they have cancelled the E visa (just to spite them) use Qatar, Emirates KLM France and Lufthansa all require transit visa.... its best you just apply for a visa than wastebasket money on transit only transit does not require account statements
You dont need a transit visa travelling through Turkiye so that should remain as an option to the traveler. That has nothing to do with E visa cancelled. Even when it was available Nigeria passport holders did not need one to transit through Turkiye

Stop confusing yourself and then throwing insults at people. Everyone can see what you are doing.
That i added to a post that to get a PTA one must have a return ticket was confusing? Or a simple question of source the home office states you must have a return ticket to visit the UK? All I asked direct me to source of info. I don't get you all....
There are countries that have that crystal clear to travel on a tourist or visitor's visa to have such, but has UK home office that?, then kindly pls refer me to the link.

Entering any country's border the onus is on the visitor that he or she would leave after the visit. That being with/out a return ticket is on the visitor and other evidences he or she would be asked at point of entry. But to get PTA in Nigeria you must have a return ticket..

The destination country must be at least 5 hrs+ away by air.
Flight must be a return ticket
Where the applicant did not travel, PTA/BTA bought must be returned to the bank by the within 2 weeks of purchase
When tickets scheduled date is changed, the applicant is required to update that information with the bank as well
The flight ticket must originate from Nigeria.

The limit for PTA is $4,000 per quarter (3 months).
The limit for BTA is $5,000 per quarter (3 months).

Keep speaking to your banker, if I ask you to redirect me to your source of info you would go irritated and claim im confusing other users here....

If you need a PTA, follow instructions as on form A website and visit your bank to get one

Enjoy your trip...don't mind that garbage in-garbage out fellow..

This fellow is even more shallow.
Even making it worse by trying to change scenario that the lady has a ticket to China now. Why change the discourse of the misnomer you were actually spewing in the 1st place?
Of course that is allowed. it shows she has plans to leave and that is all the rest of the house was trying to say.
I wont even waste more time replying to such a person before he drags me down to his level. I refuse to roll in the mud.
Bye house.
"Suddenly "of course that is allowed" as if have a ticket to further a trip from the UK is a return back to place of departure, yet you don't see your shallowness?

If I changed my grounds point to me...

I repeat, With or without a return ticket you can enter the UK for visiting.....whatever evidence you come with at the border is on the visitor.

BUT to secure a PTA you must have one that indicates return to Nigeria...
Hate that or love it, it is the fact....
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by leef2022: 7:26pm On Jul 21, 2022

Very risky. The riskiest thing to attempt as a visitor or tourist as people say.
Real tourist indeed.
You have shown anywhere breeze blow na him you wan do.

And be ready for them to treat your eff up if they ask.
I don't get you all, what is eff about it, if the post intended to visit China after her visit to the husband from the UK and has ticket to further the trip, would that cause her a denial at the UK entry? No it may not, because she would have demonstrated her ability to leave the UK after her visit, but if she showed such itinerary to a bank she would not be given PTA as there is no evidence of a return back to Nigeria.

Make points you are about Asian, and other continent.
With/out a return ticket as a visitor you can successfully be admitted into the UK as well as be denied an entry. But without a return ticket you can process a PTA.
Don't be so shallow when making points.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by leef2022: 7:12pm On Jul 21, 2022
Oggg:
Yup. you can be denied entry as a visitor with one way ticket
yes because you show potentials of one who wants to abscond.
Do you not watch border force? this happens very frequently
Pls @helen dnt try and book one way ticket if going on a visit visa. .. if your tickets are checked by immigration, you will have a lot of explanation to do with risks of entry denial or doubts of genuineness. Next thing you are on a flight back.
NO it isn't must. It is at the discretion of the border officer to ask for proof of whatever and in-line with the UK home office policy and that 6 out of 10 visitors get asked that don't mean it is a must thing to travel with.

However, to process a PTA in Nigeria it is a must perquisite.
at least as of the time of this post.

Though I should state here, the onus is on the visitor to show that he/she would leave the UK and her borders, at most within 180days on a visiting visa, i.e with/out a valid return ticket just as was demonstrated in the visa application process.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by leef2022: 6:36pm On Jul 21, 2022

Read her post. Its a visit and not to stay. Sure she will have book a return ticket.
With due respect to you, I was not responding to her post, but yours and requirements to process a PTA.

You may wish to educate me pls, is there anywhere the UK home office states if you are going for a visit to the UK and its borders, that you must book a return ticket?
Whatever reason and wherever you are headed to, if you want to process the PTA in Nigeria, you need a valid return ticket.(even persons with study visa who could stay for a longer period needed a return ticket to process, so i don't get what you on about visit or stay). And I suppose even if you had a visa that permits you to stay, if you needed a PTA for your trip, you needed to provide your financial institution with a valid return ticket....

Thanks

PTA is personal travel allowance. The maximum is $4000. You will need your passport with visa stickers and flight ticket to apply at your bank. It has nothing to do with the fund your husband is sending to you.
Note pls; a round trip ticket is mandatory to secure your PTA..

There is no written condition. It is advisory. Rarely, will an embassy approved a long duration visitor visa for a first timer. Even if she is approved, they will give her 6 months regardless of applying for 2 years. She going there for visit her son, not for tourism or business.
Checks are needed otherwise, some persons would leave with wrong info...also when the term only is put in use, that goes beyond advisory and more like certainty hence I asked whereabouts i could read such..
