YES she can enter and exist as long the visa is valid.
Few questions maybe asked, but won't be anything personal or having to do with age.

Any delay in cos issuance is most likely from the employer(incomplete docs or whatever delays). COS usually should be ready within 24hrs after an employer had made an application.

Wait for your passport, you may have been issued 10years or less(5/2yrs or 6months) and may have been refused... In rare cases are 3month visas issued for standard visitor visas.

I would commend Giselle and co, you guys are doing well. I would also agree with the guy who said that if you get one message from TLS after biometrics and Two Messages from UKVI, that it means your application would be approved, because I remember when I applied for UK visa in 2016, when I went for pickup, a lady there was saying that if you have a reference tag attached to your envelope, it means your application was approved, but if you don’t , then the reverse is the case. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the reference stuff on my envelope and when I opened it, I saw a refusal note. So the guy might be right. Now for my goofing, I didn’t know flight tickets are not compulsory, but I already booked Virgin Atlantic return tickets for 21st October. Now I just cancelled it. I think that has already affected the application. Now I put in property docs, bank statements (both dom and naira), sponsorship details (as my friend from America is meeting me up in the us and is covering all cost), utility bills, refusal note, cover letter, hotel reservation, flight tickets. Didn’t include my son’s birth certificate. I know I screwed it up, but I only found this page after I have done my bio. Quite sad.. I didn’t receive the two messages from UKVI, only one. So I just know I have goofed again

Whilst it is not compulsory to book or buy a ticket, doing so would not cause you a refusal.
Your personal circumstances may have done so though. Especially as you note that a friend in the US was sponsoring the trip.

Your child(minor) is dependent on you. Hence all financial aspect of the child is on you.

1. Zero
2. Quote amt you as parent intend to spend on his/her behalf for the trip.
3. Zero(note, if the child gets Monthly upkeep from you, maybe worth stating that as Monthly funds spent by your child)

The father should write a letter and state why he can't join in the relocation at this time, similarly he should state his consent that he is aware of you travelling with the kids. That should solve 1&3.(attached with the letter should be any form of his ID int'l pp or National ID and signed)

2. If indeed your employer indicated to cover childcare as you've said, they should provide a support letter, reassuring so and indicating how.
