The reason for the refusal is clearly stated. If you can fix the uncertainties in the letter, there is likelihood that will get the visa.
Also, if you'd like to apply for a student visa, this refusal would not affect anything so far your new application atleast 6 months away the refusal date[b][/b] bear in mind also that you will need the whole UK visa processing to be completed before the resumption of the academic session at the school you intend to attend.

I said they can only confirm the authenticity of the statement of account from your bank meaning the bank will confirm if the statement is coming from them or not, bank will not disclose the available balance in your account at the time of confirmation. But have you by any chance read or seen a refusal where an eco states.....checks with your financial institution shows that you do not have have sufficient funds for your trip...... and this is supposedly a statement that held sufficient money at the time of printing the bank statement but maybe later the person had taken some or all of the funds out before a decision was made.... and that being a legit statement from the bank. So beyond confirming the authenticity, inflows and outflows, they could and if they want confirm other info that the bank provides and one that doesn't compromise your funds...

No embassy have access to applicant bank account they can only confirm the authenticity of the statement of account you provided from the bank and work with the inflows shown on the statement. Is against bank rule to disclose transactions or give third party access to their customers bank account. Is only EFCC with government authority can have access to request bank statement from bank for investigation and must bring Authorized letter from government.

But it also the bank rule to honor your request, especially if done with a legal signatory, one you signed whilst openingthe account. When submitting the UKVI application forms, read carefully, you would see that by signing they have the rights to verify all documents presented(financial documents inclusive), as such they may request from your bank info beyond inflows and outflows they deem necessary for processing of your application( this does not include pins or OTP/card details). Is like you sign a withdrawal cheque to a friend and you expect your bank to decline it??
So just put forth a clean financial documents.

Then you may not necessarily need your personal bank statement as your work place is sponsoring the trip. Your work place should provide financial documents to show they are capable of footing the bills and included in any letter you would be issued that they are sponsoring the trip.

121 pages are you ceo of all POS businesses in naija? Either ways even, if that was the case you will have to do a print out of all pages and visit tls center with the.
Subsequently you can ask for a less timeframe to have less the amt if pgs you have quoted.
Keeping or not providing some pgs may attract a ban as that would mean you withholding info knowingly or unknowingly for the purposes of obtaining a visa.

State in your application you have no fixed amt you spend monthly, but and however, add up total amount spent for few months and divide by the number of months to get an average of you presumed monthly spendings. E.g if you would be presenting bank statements for 3months. Total funds spent for 3months/3.

If you doing self-service, you can easily resize and upload the docs yourself on the TLS app.
If assisted service, you would have to print them on A4 and visit the TLS center with them to be uploaded for you.

And like suggested, you would have to call which airline you would like to use, to know what are their terms and conditions for such services.. Don't need your gmc number ain't of interest to me, but I want you to add another license for knowing all about the exams, my question now is what document should the op submit? Being proud is a sickness. You know about the exams than GMC and that's from what you have read off Naseer's blog or whatever you mentioned. I am assuming you have never taken any plab exams or have a reason to do so and pardon me I may be wrong on this, but I doubt it. I have done plab 1 and 2 exams but never gonna claim here or anywhere to know of the exams more than you or anyone else as it adds no penny or prestige to my account or CV. Now, considering your knowledge of the exams, giselle237 apply to the GMC for a license.

I was also receiving a further monthly allowance of NGN 33,000 amounting to a total of NGN396,000 a year from the Federal Government of Nigeria for my participation in the compulsory National Youth Service Corps Scheme (NYSC) from March 2021 to February 2022. I currently spend between NGN 33,000 to NGN 36,000 out of this in catering to my monthly personal needs. Undertaking this trip will not pose a financial burden for me.

I have a total of NGN1,100,000 (£ 2,033) saved in my salary account at Zenith Bank, Nigeria with complete access to this money and have attached the necessary documentary evidence of this in the form of my bank statement.
Furthermore, I am still expecting salaries for the months of April, May and June before my trip. I strongly believe that having adequate funds in my personal account will not be an issue for me.
a. OPENING BALANCE
The opening balance in my account on 2nd November, 2021 is NGN 191,304.25 (£ 347). This low amount is because I had recently made payment for my PLAB 2 booking.

b. EXPLANATION OF EVERY TRANSACTION GREATER THAN NGN 10,000 BESIDES MY REGULAR INCOME

NGN 20,000 paid to —------------- on 22/22/2021 was a loan to a friend.
NGN 20,000 credit from —----------- on 24/22/2021 was repayment of the money loaned to him two days earlier.
NGN 81,600 credit from —--------------. on 31/12/2021 was a bonus payment of 50% salary paid to all staff of the organisation at the end of the year.
NGN 66,000 credit from FGNFEDERALGOVERNMENTOFNIG on 07/02/2022 was payment of my NYSC allowances for the month of May and June 2021 which had not been paid.
NGN 34,800 credit from FGNFEDERALGOVERNMENTOFNIG on 15/02/2022 was an advance payment of the February salary for the National Youth Service Scheme with an additional allowance of 1,800 NGN. On further inquiry, the Scheme pays the allowance this way, when the programme is rounding up.

SUMMARY OF MY VISA APPLICATION
As earlier stated, the intention for this visa application is to sit the PLAB 2 exam in Manchester, which I have paid for and attached necessary evidence supplied by the General Medical Council UK.
It is imperative to note that I need to return to Nigeria to continue my clinical job as it is my only income source. My lucrative career prospects as a medical doctor either in Nigeria or the UK and my status as an upstanding citizen of Nigeria with no criminal or civil offence to my name motivate me to abstain from violating any set terms of my visa.
I can cover the entire cost of my trip should, and as such, I have no intention to seek aid from the UK’s public funds.

You should be fine. BTW, when you pass your plab2 and get your gmc license apply to hospitals outside big cities. You would have less competition in such places and more exposure that would make you grounded. Once you're established, you can move to bigger cities. But you would also have to put your targeted area of specialty into consideration in so doing.. All the best colleague and enjoy your careers

No need for such proof, PLAB 2 is only taken in the UK. Manchester city to be precise. All he/she needs is to show that he/she has booked for the exams. And he/she can neither book for plab 2 without a valid and passed plab 1 results.

Just a biased and unjust reasons, and you did no wrong to re-apply if they had a reason for a valid visa and met all visa requirements for a tourist visa.

Hello Nairalanders, My mum’s visa application was just refused. She intends to visit my brother who is on a tier 4 visa with his family. He just finished from school and has his graduation coming up. I am fully sponsoring my mum for this trip and I included my bank statements, and all the details as regards sponsoring. My mum is retired and she included her bank statements and everything that shows she gets her income from family because her pension has not been paid. She also attached her retirement letter. She has also been to 2 countries as travel experience, which I sponsored. Please find attached the refusal letter and I would like to know what to do. of course, she could reapply, she wants to go visit her son and the family which is within her rights, but she must be able to convince the eco that the purpose of her visit is true. Her previous work place should provide her with a letter that explains she's not been paid her pensions for few months and maybe give reason, also narrative of her personal circumstances should be addressed better, such that it is convincing,
