I did I traveled almost a year after I was approved. So it doesn’t matter as far as you are still admitted for the session you coming in. Don’t stress it.

Please my friend needs advise. He got his visa in January for Spring 2022 but wasn't able to resume cos his school refused to grant him an extension so he deferred to Fall 2022. He is now worried that he might have issues at the POE about why his visa issue date is January and he is just resuming in August. Has anyone experienced this and hope there wasn't much issues.

Try out mainly HBCU there's funding
Look for schools between $20000-30000 at least even given partial scholarship you can stand well, without breaking down to fees. Those schools as well has good acceptance rate.

Yeah don't you know you can book for another connecting flight e.g american airlines. Just arrive at a main airport near your state like jfk, ewr, boston, texas(iah), washington (iad), e.t.c. Booking those flights to those destinations are very cheap, then book another connecting flight or book a train via amtrak, or take a bus via greyhound, mega bus, Peter pan e.t.c to your final destination.

This just like a travel hack to save money. For those that have enough can book their flight straight to their destination.
