Did you get a legal representation during your trial or was represented by a public defender.
Also, you should be able to present all the facts and evidence you have in court during the trial.
Don't bother... The premise of this narrative is faulty as inmates in US correctional facilities though are allowed to use tablets, HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET LET ALONE SOCIAL MEDIA, UNLESS, OF COURSE THE DEVICE IS ILLEGALLY SMUGGLED.
Dear Lord,
Your son feel weary and worn.
He has clung desperately to hope and still feel hopeless.
Please strengthen his heart today, renew Your vision for his life and the joy of your salvation.
He fixes his eyes on You and look to You alone for help, hope, strength and his deliverance from prison.
Do help him Lord.

Heavenly Father,
He may not see a way out for now, but he know You will make a way.
Things may look dark and bleak now for him, but we have faith that his dawn is coming.

Dear Lord, let the truth come out and let Your will be done.
FROM All of us @ , Prayers going up.
We will keep in touch.

It will end in praise for you in Jesus name, and thus will surely be a testimony at the end of it all.

AMEN.
What makes you think op is telling the truth?

Don't bother... The classification itself and its methodology are outdated and obsolete.

Who noticed the price tag on the crate of egg. 15 eggs for 2 pounds? Damn expensive.
have you considered the minimum wage? Even low wage workers at amazon stores make around £13 per hour, ×10 and they make £130 a day - that would get you 65 carton of eggs. By the way, egg In Nigeria same goes for 900 Naira -×65 is what people earn averagely in a month. Do the maths. Just to inform, food in most western countries is the least of your worries.

I hate it when Nigerians praise governors (or politicians) when they do what they were elected to do. Is working on roads not part of tbe governor's job?

Oh! I remember, even in government offices, you "grease" civil servants hands to carry out the duties they were basically employed to do.

This is why we are where we are!
The most annoying part is people in Nigeria see mediocrity as the norm. Just some ordinary project and the hype and praise would be as if it's some remarkable world class engineering marvel. My Naija people don too suffer.

The Royal family consume their meals from items grown in their garden. It stands to reason to assume that that practice contributes partly, if not entirely, to their impressive health aOne of the mandates they were given is to patronise local farmers for produce that can be sourced locally, poultry included
This is partly false if not utterly incorrect. There is no definitive evidence to support such claims. Just because you think it to be true dosen't mean it is true. However, according to what multitudes of studies shows, the longevity of the royal family is largely attributable to the excellent healthcare services available to them, genetics also plays role, as well as good nutrition, regular excercise and other healthy Lifestyle choices they practise. Morever, not all frozen food is unhealthy, the ones with no added chemicals are as healthy as fresh ones, not to talk of the fact they last longer and convenient to use.

I've already switched to frozen local bred chicken since a long time ago.

It seems you don't know the danger inherent in consumption of formalin. It is a verified carcinogen.

Ever wondered why the Queen of England and a few of the Royal family seem to live so long? The mornach has a royal garden where fresh edibles and vegetables (without the use of fertilisers or GM foods) are cultivated and it is policy to make sure the queen consumes her foods from these freshly cultivated items.

Switch to locally bred chicken that are either fresh or frozen. There are suppliers around.
Any reference(s) to support your claims?

Strawberries grow very well in the plateau and some few parts of kaduna... It's easier to grow strawberries now in commercial farming unlike it's apple counterpart. Apple farming is very complicated, one wrong move and you loose the seeds...
They both (strawberries and apple) will thrive on temperate regions like Plateau and Mambilla,.. but who will have the patience to grow apple that might not yield well?
I reckon with goverment aid in the form of subsidies and grants and loans, Plateau state and Benue have the potential to feed the whole country - almost everything grows there from potato, yam, whole grains, different fruits and veggies. What do you think.

Apple grows in Jos. Very sweet red Apple. Though I have not seen the green one. The climate of Jos favours it's growth cos it's a high plateau climate. Outside Apple, Jos climate also favours the growth of other exotic crops like strawberry, Purple garden egg, Red Potatoes, lentils, and lots more...
You mean strawberries grows in Jos? Kai! I swear if this is true that place is blessed.
