Nigerian Defence Academy,formerly known as Nigerian military training college was not a university yet in 1962 when Buhari attended.
It was just a college meant to give prospective soldiers preliminary military training before they go to an actual military training school.
Buhari enrolled there(NDA) in 1962 at age 19 and was later sent to Mons Officer Cadet School,UK between 1962 and 1963.He came back and became a 2nd lieutenant in 1963 at age 20.

So,he spent less than a year at the now NDA.Therefore,he doesn't have any B.Sc.
