I agree the president needs to get whom he is comfortable with but that can be done discreetly without necessarily throwing up a direct fight against the new government......this to me is a booby trap and if it isn't it wasn't well thought out by the political advisers of the new president.

1. If u smoke whichever type of smoke is irrelevant to dem. The belif is u can be imagined as a wild animal on bed.

2. If u drink u're equally nice a guy to them as similar shit applies.

3. Guys who don't smoke or drink have a lot of problems to deal with. The general believe is, they're too nagging and are too serious in fact too detail about everything.

So they naturally feels u won't be cool to hang around with and that u will be a womanizer cos they believe the third social vice will be ur take which most ladies dislike lately.

It's not a presidential appointment. The endorsement of the would be president is great mileage for any contender......the whole country are so upbeat and hopeful of a renewed Nigeria though we know it can't be Eldorado in 8 yrs but the true foundation to propel the country will be engendered.

Tinubu is a hands on administrator and a natural leader that can optimally harness our human and material potentials.....he is different from Buhari and can synchronise politics and governance to optimum efficiency......of course only a particular region sees doom but we all see hope renewed!!

I beg to differ,the aggressor in all ramifications is Russia because they have failed to realise that time as have changed and Ukraine is an independent nation free to align with whomever they please......Russia had tried to influence Ukranian politics by influencing leaders also Russia as had military operations in Georgia,Crimea and the Donbass totally taking over those territories.

Whatever ideological war Russia is facing against the west,the way Russia as gone about it depicts Russia as the war monger and the aggressor who is ready to kill anyone just to boost their ego of being a world power.

Amaechi only made tinubu's decision to work with wike easier with his attitude towards the campaigns since he lost the primaries,he also made the option for wike to align with tinubu also very easy for him because wike was already an orphan and was out in the rain all along and was ready to clutch at anything tinubu threw at him........tinubu also already knew amaechi wasn't reliable and ge went with someone with a bigger stake to offer.....what was it amaechi stood to offer,he allowed himself to be used by the cabal and they left him high and dry forgetting there are no quick fixes to becoming Nigerian president anymore, you have to work really hard for it.

He is now crying that he is being dumped into political oblivion......good riddance!!

I do not agree wyclef is a bigger artist than ed considering their times are different.....same with your juxtaposition with Quincy Jones,their eras were different...... artist seem to have a timeless era during their time because of the more relaxed and confined spaces they operated,a song in Joneses time could have staying power of even upto 10 years due majorly to restricted distribution channels and low penetration......a song could take several years to go round the world unlike this days where it goes round in a day and everyone listens to it the same time...... modern artist have far higher workrate and more intense delivery to stay competitive.

Same would happen if such ones build factory. Most Nigerians are knowledge deficient, we don't know how to manage and generate honest wealth! We want independent quick rich schemes hence no patient to learn and study market dynamics even harder technical manufacturing dynamics so we choose the easy way out, hotels and hostels.

As manifest in every facet of our lives.....the money used to build that hotel will build a very good shoe or garment factory in ABA or a standard food company in PH......it's really so annoying as the new fad is building hotels as a form of status symbol or competition.....it's more about showing off than business..

Exactly what I keep telling people who complain about lack of jobs......hotels are being built everyday while factories are dieing or totally non existent.....there are now hotels on virtually every street with almost all totally unviable.

People will just have money and waste it all in the ne of building hotels.....there are so many lying fallow or very poorly managed and the owners money gone down the drain because nobody is even willing to buy and if there is,it's for a poor value.

This ventures adds next to nothing to our nation's economic growth compared to building factories or putting your monies in investment funds.....it's really sad
