Please I need your advice!
A company based in Germany that I applied to recently approved my application for a job and they gave me an NDA document to sign before I begin. The excitement of securing my first job didn't make me read the terms well enough, so I just glanced through it a bit and signed.

When I sat down to review the documents again I felt very cold, shivery and worried about the implications of violating the terms. Because a penalty for mistaken violation could land me in a court far away and ruin my entire life and reputation with legal consequences.

I have been very skeptical about this issues, and I'm even afraid to even post anything about my skills on social media to avoid legal problems. I considered quiting the job for my mental health sake, but the legal terms I signed still binds me for about 6 years and it kind of restricts me from show casing my current skills publicly even if I choose to quit.

Please have you had any experience signing an NDA for a job as a worker, or as a freelancer?
Even if you haven't please I will like to have your advice on this.

Is it also a non-compete agreement? Some companies impose a duration of non-competing activities after disengagement as part of their job contracts, is that part of what you signed?

i have never pay tithe before in my life but i do listen to messages on how this is a way of attracting supernatural blessings from God. this year has been very hard on me and i decided to give tithing a chance which as at now i will never stop paying tithe.

i have a problem of having a track record of how much i make weekly and monthly because i am a freelancer so money can come in anytime, anyday.

tithing has helped me reaslise how much of money has been coming my way and how much i make weekly and monthly because once any money comes in now, i will have to jot down the 10% and by sunday i will transfer them to the church account.

Brothers and sisters my october tithe was 24k meaning i made 240k last month.. i am still amazed because i at the end of every month i usually dnt have any money saved in my account but now putting aside 10% of every income has opened my eyes and i just want to thank God for this great revelation.

Once social media can authenticate the identity of every user of social media, it would be hard to commit crime and get away with it. Crime on the the internet is because we can be anonymous.

Just imagine it was very difficult to create a new Facebook account without going to your local government to get approval and tax. A very verified account for regular people too, not just celebrities
