Politics › Re: Lauretta Onochie Declared Membership Of APC In 2016 Not 2021 by lozanni(m): 5:46pm On Jul 12, 2021
She should not have been nominated for an INEC commissioner position in the first place in order to remove cries of partiality from other political parties.
Though she may claim that she has resigned officially from the APC, but it seems she still has informal and social ties with her former APC members as can be seen from her Twitter post of June 2020; her informal ties to APC might have also aided her in getting the INEC nomination for the post in question.
It's highly likely that she will definitely be partial if appointed a commissioner; let the government appoint an apolitical person instead.

Am very sure what they are telling us is not how it really happened, MKN looked tranquilized as a report suggest, probably a kidnap
Let say they don't want to tell us the truth so that investigation don't get truncated.
Well, Buhari's administration can be smart only if you step on their toes
You might be correct about the tranquilized aspect because they did not announce his arrest on Monday ( after arresting him on the purported Sunday) as they were waiting for the effect of the drugs to wear out first
Politics › Re: Ogoni Leaders Cry For Help As Armed-bearing Fulani Herdsmen Occupy Farms by lozanni(m): 11:08am On Jun 29, 2021
Juliusmalema:
They should accommodate the gun wielding Herdsmen instead of crying for help.

Ogoni leaders should discuss within themselves and give them lands to settle...

And I am fully sure Wike will approve of it...

Just give them large expanse of land for settlement and all these crying will stop.
cheesy I guess you are just being sarcastic

Waste of time, money and resources. She won't even be smart enough to be attending to patients.

It would have been far more better of her begging on the street than this.
huh

Are you writing a satire or really mean what you just wrote?
Patients could just consult her, as a General practitioner, and with the rise in the use of ICT tools and other technologies, she could even do online consultation with clients
Celebrities › Re: Harrysong: I Have Been Sending Money To A Man Posing As A Single Mother by lozanni(m):
This kind of thing dey pain!
I remember a certain guy who got scammed by a supposedly very beautiful lady he met online, fell in love with her and was sending money to her as she claimed to be a student of a certain university in Benin Republic.
The guy's eyes were eventually opened when the 'student' asked him to come to Seme border to meet her after he had consistently pestered her that he wanted to see her. The mugu went to Seme border on the appointed day and was there from 9am until 6pm without the fake student showing up.
When he called her number at about 6pm (it had been switched off all day long), a hard male voice picked the call and the poor guy told the guy on the line that he had been waiting to see the student at Seme border all day long.
The scammer, the guy who picked the call, then proceeded to abuse the guy at Seme border that he was an idiot and a mugu if he was still at Seme border by 6pm as he ought to know that he had been scammed, with that he switched off the phone.
The poor scammed guy was shocked and almost broke down in tears according to his own narration.

It's a pity he lost his car, but a car tracker might have helped.
Also, if the jobs he was working on with his laptop could have been stored in a cloud setting, he could easily have downloaded them, finished them and get some more money to buy a new laptop.

Women should not get carried away easily with promises of marriage, especially middle aged women with access to some form of wealth. Gold diggers, too often, target these women with the intention of killing them and taking over their wealth or money.

Hmmm...

I still don't understand this race thing with the so called white people.. They are not white in anyway so where did they get the White People toga?

In fact, I think they are better called colored people... Becos you see them in different shades. Light yellow with blue eyes, yellowish white with green eyes, etc.

They turn blue when you hit them, green when they are envious, red when they are angry, etc...

So they are the COLORED PEOPLE!
grin grin grin Multi-colored indeed.

Pastor T.B Joshua's death is indeed unexpected and shocking.

May the SCOAN family be comforted.

I hope they have a succession plan by the way.
I hope they do have a succession plan because too often when a charismatic leader dies, there is bound to be infighting if there is no plan in place.
However, I pray there is a peaceful change of leadership for the church because of its existing members worldwide.

Its most likely to be PTSD.
Its a fallout of long exposure to the violence of war; I guess soldiers coming from the war zones need to be properly psychologically evaluated to avoid stories that touch the heart.

E don set be dat.

Ipob pigs, ESN and UGM will soon understand that their madness was able to flourish for the simple reason that Buhari had not approved any specific measure. All along, security agencies were just acting based on discretion.

Now that a position has been taken, we will soon start seeing letters copying FIFA, UN HIV ATHIFKU PUTIN etc.

I tell you. The suspects are mainly cannabis dealers and this fact should be considered in their sentencing.
Many countries in the world have made legal the cultivation and sells of Cannabis for medicinal purposes, I support this step if it can lead to regulation of its consumption as well provide income for those involved in it.

Business › Re: Emefiele: Oba Otudeko Rebuffed My Pleas On First Bank Crisis by lozanni(m): 4:33pm On Apr 30, 2021
festacman:
As an entrepreneur, Oba Otudeko is a go-getter. As a boardroom politician, he is bullish, very bullish. As a money-chaser, he is a hard-nosed capitalist. He has the tendency to browbeat regulatory authorities both in money market and capital market. There is no doubt that Oba Otudeko is a principality in the mammonic kingdom.

However, every empire has its rise and its fall. One hopes this corporate governance misadventure will not lead to the fall of Oba Otudeko empire.
Time and time again the non -compliance to corporate governance ethics by bank shareholders has resulted in many banks going under or being taken over by the Amcon.
I think the CBN ought to be very strict on the issue of borrowings by board members of banks through placing a total ban on such insider borrowings as this introduces a lot of manipulation and default on loan repayments by such shareholders which, ultimately, will result in a situation that is to the overall detriment of the bank and its depositors.

Nigerians are not intelligent. They're vile and wicked. Are you telling me a group of idiots can be rented to support what is evil against the massacre of their own people in the name of God?

Believe me, God hates Black People.
God does not hate black people, it's just that we work against ourselves.
The hunger in the land is so oppressive that some people can sell out their conscience for a bowl of meal ! The politicians know this and, sadly, they are manipulating the masses using this 'hunger' tool.
