Hard or illicit drugs must be involved somehow. How sad. May his Soul rest in peace. |
Queenlovely:I love your Chuzpah ! ![]() You really hit the nail on the head as what we need is an educational system that is able to identify and solve our political, economic and infrastructural deficiencies and ultimately, transform our nation to a first world nation. |
MrGoood:to Exactly the question you should ask yourself. You have discovered a money spinning business here and you want to abandon it for uncertainty. You remind me of someone who was doing business in Nigeria and was doing so well, but decided to abandon it for a venture into an overseas country. The end of the story was that he was later deported and came back to find out that the business he left behind was in complete ruins; till date he is yet to find his feet financially. This is a very true story, I just mentioned it to serve as a lesson to you. If you can save N22m per annum here, then I believe you can equally save N100M per annum too as many notable business tycoons are making such sums here in Nigeria, it will however require patience to get to that level. It also requires proper investment planning and you are good to go. Find a mentor who is already very successful in business or successful business coaches to train you more on investment planning and diversification of your business into other profitable lines of business. I also encourage you to read books of successful entreprenuers to broaden your knowledge and business sense. |
Kayberg: The person who crafted the heading of the thread really has a subtle sense of humour. |
Mescana22:They are trying desperately to distract the Army from their objective of capturing Marte and other neighborhood towns as directed by the COAS last week. |
RuudVanNisteroy:Its so sad that it is more speed, less haste approach that is usually adopted by our politicians on issues that concerns critical national infrastructure. |
This is a good effort by the FG, but comparing this with South Africa which generates 58,000 megawatts for a population of about 59million people; it can be seen that 25,000 megawatts in about six years time for a population of 200 million plus individuals is a very far cry from what Nigeria should be planning for in terms of electric power generation. The above is very poignant because the level of electricity generation, transmission and distribution is directly related to the level of economic development of a country and the financial well being of it's citizens. |
It's so sad to read about the passing of Faze's twin sister. I met him once and he turned out to be a very nice and down to earth person. May her Soul rest in peace. |
ikorodureporta:It might have been underlying health issues, just looking at his physique. If he knew that he was ill and not capable of passing through the stress of officiating at the wedding, he should have stayed back at Abuja to take care of himself and delegate the responsibility to an Associate Pastor as life has no duplicate. Rest in peace to him. |
Get your close residents Association involved. I am sure some of them are equally affected by the antics of the Yahoo boys too and will be happy to call them to order. |
What the married woman did will be unforgivable to most men. On a Valentine day, you choose to be with your bf, instead of your husband. It truly shows whom the married woman loves among the two men. |
Kwanye might have mental health issues which is causing her to stalk the Pastor and also believe there is an imaginary relationship between them, when actually such relationship does not exist. |
The boss needs psychological evaluation as no normal person will pour acid on another person and still lock him up for three months. My Igbo people should find out the temperament of any potential boss before sending their children out as apprentices to them. There was a certain bad tempered boss, formerly living in my hood, who was so harsh that on his driving into his compound many of his apprentices normally jump over his fence and take to their heels, whenever they believe he was arriving in an angry mood. |
Kriss216:Na dozen dey there ![]() |
This is an analogue mindset living in an age of digitalization. Smh The advanced world is encouraging it's people to switch from beef, partly due to its high carbon footprint, and health related issues, to other alternatives, like genetically modified mushrooms which are very healthy. If the above fad catches on in Africa, then cattle ranching will become obsolete and, ultimately, a loss spinning venture. |
Osagyefo98: I expected the commissioner and his Principal to be tongue lashed about this.NLanders no dey disappoint |
whytediamond:This is exactly the reason parents fear to send their children abroad for studies. They sometimes grow up to be dysfunctional adults |
nairavsdollars:Great Actor, who is still looking good. The first time I watched his performance in Roots where he was being flogged to renounce his name 'Kunta Kinte' and adopt his chosen English name 'Tobi' I was so filled with rage; I was looking for a white guy to vent my anger on! Burton really brought life to his portrayal of the young Kunta Kinte' in that film. |
: erico2k2: Welcome home. East or west, home is the best. |
erico2k2:It can happen with strenuous effort on the part of everyone involved. I hope you are doing fine over there, given the Covid issue with the attendant lockdown. |
West2019:For where. See his conehead, na omo yolooba |
RichDad1:You might be right. Now that the affair is out, I will advise Dangote to negotiate out of court, but the lady might not take any sum less than $2.5 to $3 million from him. |
JumpByte: When bandits kidnap him from his bed, then he will know who the true children of hate are. Misplaced priority. |
Mutemenot:So true. The eyes are the window to the Soul. Those fathomless eyes are those of a lost Soul. |
Among the stars he mentioned, I expect a strong clap back from one of them who has got no chills. I remember his online duel with a blogger once, he was truly nasty about it. Labista is actually right. |
RedPanthar:You really grew up in Aguda. Those were the days of scouting for party venues and planning on how to attend school lit with friends from the hood. Aguda and Ikate went down the hill when Maroko evictees flooded the hood and caused so much over-crowding; this led many middle class families to relocate to areas like Ogudu, Magodo, Okota and Festac Town etc |
Caleb91: I thought it was the Police kind of bullet proof that he wore not realising it's the native one.Serves the bandits right. |
That is the sad thing about gambling: it can be so addictive! Some gamblers develop an 'all knowing' mindset as they feel they can win their next bet, but end up making irrational gambling decisions that finally end in tears. It's so sad. |
Bola146:Good luck. Please avoid those middle Eastern countries; the experiences of our girls who travelled there was harrowing, in many cases. |
Nigerians are now like MmTeeheeN (Everywhere you go). Can you imagine being deported from India of all places? The common view of India before was a poverty ridden country filled with many homeless people, but it seems they are working hard to purposefully rebuild their country. I wonder when Nigeria will get it right ![]() |
Saao:You are right. I remember a similar funny incident where the father to the bride refused to allow her follow her husband. After two days, the bride could not bear to be apart from her husband; she made a private arrangement with an okada guy who came at dusk to ferry her to her sweetheart's place without her father's consent ![]() |
