I have a Nokia N900 phone the firmware does not upgrade to the latest Maemo 5 each time I try to update it over wifi. and of late I mistakenly pulled the charging port out when I wanted to remove the phone from the charger in the middle of the night. Now it doesn't charge again and can be used with a USB cord. Many phone repairer have turned it down because the feel it is complex and they say the charging port is directly connected to the panel. So the phone has been unused for a while now.
I love the phone because of its unlimited functions. Any engineer in the house? that can repair it please drop your number and I will call you.

Those who expect progress , under GEJ, with the same ruinous hands in charge everywhere, must be those who live their lives in church praying for miracles rather than playing their part in recognition of the adage that "heaven help those who help themselves".

I don't know some thieves have carted away our transformer and we have been in black-out since Mid February, Some people say it is the Handi-work of the PHCN workers, that we will have to buy our transformer from them again. My sister just came back after some years outside Nigeria, she used all her vacation complaining how everything is so rough and unplanned as if she left Nigeria more than 8 years ago. She was puzzled how any sane person would steal transformer and who is going to buy it and who will sell it, She got me laughing every now and then with many silly questions she asked.

The last presidential election seemed to have been marred with several criticisms but the result so far gets me confused that PDP would have won the election without engaging in the "Free and Fraud" exercise, maybe they engaged in the acts in this video overnight to have come up with the figures.

Why the near 100% turn-out rate in SS and SE where PDP had over 94% of the total votes, while other regions had 30 to 40% turn-out rate.
In my polling unit 664 people registered and only 291 came for accreditation while less than 270 voted as some people left after the accreditation exercise . Media also reported that there was a low turn out rate in Imo and other states but only to reflect on excel software that there was a massive  turn-out.

Why have these videos never made the news and never shown on any national TV or the private TV Station.

In Oyo State PDP won most places I called,

It may be difficult for Jonathan to have the pass mark of 25% in two-third of the states. by CPC is getting votes North, South and West.
Whoever win is fine but I am praying for goodluck for Buhari to win.

Whichever angle I don't see people voting for PDP. Only their members and households will vote for them. Don't think illiterates do not know what is going on or out of touch with the reality. They know what Goodluck stands for, they know what Buhari stands for, they hear and know what Fashola is doing in Lagos. They know Nigeria's top problems as not the inaccurate Megawatts of electricty but corruption, favouritism and nepotism and they know that it is only PDP that exhibits them in their manifesto.
The farmers know the reason why they are not getting fertilizers at the promised subsidized rate, they know the reason why the schools their kids attend are in moribund, they know and hear about Convenant, Bowen, Igbinedion, Bells and ABTI university. They know who owns them, they know the minister of education doesn't have children in the kind of school his children attend. I know this because I live with people I percieve to be illiterates.
Every unemployed graduate knows the reason why he can never and will never get a good job except he knows one manager, a senator or the MD. We know this will persist if Jonathan is still in the ring of PDP, people know all these.
All analysis remain a forecast which reality will deviate from. Even if Mrs Sambo, Mrs Ciroma, Mrs Jonathan distribute fura de nunu nothing will ever make an Hausa woman not heed to his husband's directives. You still failed too mention why Sambo lost woefully in his backyard, why Jonathan lost in his base. Why Bankole that people still percieve to be a good man lost to someone that is not even known outside his territory.  Why Isiaka, Oyinlola and Senator Omisore lost in Osun.

Alliance between ACN and CPC would have resulted into flawless defeat of PDP, still CPC will still garner 25% in Oyo and Ogun and Lagos. Saturday will tell. I know many Igbo friends who will vote for their PDP governors and reps but another party for president.

I can percieve that PDP is in fresh mess. I have not seen any serious atrocity PDP has comitted to deserve this from people, and I thought of 2 things.
1) Maybe it's because human being cannot be satisfied as an ecomomist will say Human needs are insatiable.
2) PDP has not done anything at all for the masses.

They will loose galantly in this election as it will be very tough for them to rig. The only people that'd vote for PDP are their direct beneficiaries and their kids, funny enough most of them are schooling and enjoying abroad now.
I was really suprised getting to the polling centre to hear stuffs from those who I consider to be illiterate talking about Akala, Jonathan and PDP. A snake even fell from the tree we were under and was eventually chased and killed the next thing people said was Akala sent the snake to see whats going on. The result so far has shown that PDP is grounded for life and may not raise its ugly head again. In polling stations near me ACN and Accord Party got most votes. An old man even walked up to a soldier and told him "Oga soja have come to vote PDP out I won't care if you soot me, see hen even if it rains I won't hide under the umbrella, I am old already"

Accord Party guber candidate ( Rashid Ladoja ) did not attend the debate. Most of the candidates tried in my own opinion, and I wonder why some people would say that Oyo state will fail without Akala.
