It's never about class whatever. It's about creativity, imagination and...agbaya! How far did they take you? |
When will the average Nigerian wake up? Most folks don't know what the time is. The present Nigeria does not call for Mister doctor or.mister know it all. It's a hustle country. The essence of going to uni these days is to wake you up. Learn to read and write. Learn to push and fight when it calls for it. Learn gragra. Learn to grab your opportunity when u see it. Learn to speak good English and correct pidgin. There's little job out there that will make you with your certificate. Those days are gone. Your certificate can't even run your own biz. I've seen some folks like Dino with his certificate issue and leaving stuff at skool and believe me, most have turned out dynamic. They have this aggressive way of taking from life what could have eluded them had they sat gently in some AC office. |
Na so she go dey barb his pocket dey go. |
So happy for Liz. She deserves the best as she's been through a lot in life. |
What will the white man do with these sculpture? He would put them in a museum and be looking at them for ages. Well, these are not the trending things for us down here in these times. Kukuma being your dollars or we give you Lala snakes in abundance. |
adudu208:You're so right. How many of dem go proper school? How many of them are capable of original thought? How many can burn long hours in front of a lap top, on long winding research on insight, detail and film dialogue... Shebi, after this kain party? |
See everyone teeth open like say... Anyway, this man movt seems so arranged. It's either he's taking happy pics with his wife or church members and now, comedians. Which PR person dey advise am sef? Make him kukuma snap for Stephanie dem village. |
I know the person behind the handle. He is well rounded and sound academically and in the 50s bracket. |
Tosinex:Keep giving her money. MMM. |
How much will they sell these phones sef? What's wrong with our young people these days? |
Nothing wrong with it at all. A symptom of a possessive mother. All the same, I cant be that relaxed in the middle of the sea though. |
These are all businessmen. Where are the likes of real practising lawyers? The likes of Kestus Keyamo and Mike Ozekhome? |
I believe there's more to this story than this scant info. Readers should desist from tribalistic comments or I make a case for their exclusion from this forum. |
I'm cooking something nice. Can you hear the smell? |
I'm yet to know what he had against Raymond Parlour of Arsenal then in 2003. He would always dribble him silly. Anyway, his disarming humility sets him apart. |
Na so her aproko go dey put her for trouble and her loved ones would be running up and down to free her. As I talk, Dare Art Alade her nephew has been making efforts to get her out of this mess. |
tianshie:Yea. He was a keggite. He mingled a lot with Klansmen who posed a lot as keggites. Na dem fk am up cos they mess with Odu a lot. He was warned. |
tianshie:Write what you know. I'm a 90s student and active malabite then. CSO Patrick Odu was on Spirits tail, having been tipped off by some urchins. He came to the Law complex during their exams and Spirit jumped. He landed right inside the gutter with his head hitting it's edged. He died that night like you said. He was my good friend and we smoked weed thru yonder. I still wear my rosary round my neck like we did those days in Cal. Sail on Spirit. |
Is she just back from BBN? |
Unical foundation was steeped in blood and in every season a call shall rent. Ohhh, I miss my alma mater. Who price go pay leave no leg hangin. |
But they seem to be walking in the pic. |
Your fear has already overtaken you. That's why I love the white men. They will tap into the energies in the room and produce something better. You will see them waking up with great ideas. See, but a table lamp and stay awake so nite. Always write down words you hear from unseen mouths there. It will help u. |
Nigerians would like to know his face, celebrate him or her and then pull him or her down. Na dem way. |
You need to deal with the home truths. First, do you hate the job because of the poor take home pay? Or you're not well versed in the subject you reach? Or, you are not a long talker? If the first two are out of it, then see, you can work on yourself to adapt. It's for your own good in the long run. I also taught when I served and believe me, I hate talking for over 10mins. But I realised that one can talk for longer if everywhere is quiet. So, i would get every one to keep quiet and then roll. And, in the end I took home some home truths. 1. Over time, people will accept you the way you are and the way you speak. 2. You will adapt to your own comfortable way of speaking. 3. You will learn more about the subject who study to teach it and actually, teach it. Good luck. |
Smart woman that knows her man. Don't ever let what Nigerians say guide your decisions. Follow your gut feeling and pray to God. Wish you guys a blessed marital life. |
Elparaiso:Sisters? Come again pls. |
This is fishy. She came to the scene wearing black. How come she already started mourning before being called to the scene? |
emror4u:It's called sadism. The average Nigerian is a sadist. They want to see if you can cry and when you do cry, they will turn around and tell you sorry. It's sheer madness. |
This is why I will never support a loved one who wants to join the police. They keep inviting curses upon their heads. |
Way to go if indeed these people were land terrorists. Good to set an example. Lagos omonile watch your back. |
This is mentally challenged guys. Nothing can compare to the real thing. Nothing. |
Praise singers everywhere. |
