The Nigerian labour environment isn't presently friendly or has it any time been friendly to entrepreneurial growth.
The best thing that can happen to any youth is to own and work his own business or company to the top.

Being a superstar employee or whatever for any company doesn't always last long and can be toxic or killing.
First, everyone may like you when it takes off but in no time, you'd be gossiped and hated.
