Pastor Enenche carry 2 billi go dash those crooks instead of buying medical equipments/consumables.
Soon, they'll appoint one ALHAJI somebody as chairman of the committee to start looting money donated by the church.
I wanted to blame him, but in hindsight I dont think he should be blamed.
It is the same so-called, foolish "Christians" who will abuse the church if he donated it to a Charity. They will simply say, "look at that Pastor, he donated items to a Charity in his name..." These "Christians" are already abusing the church here. Has any mosque donated?

He went for the safest option; The Government.

Bruh, forget all that tests you wrote up there. They were married and lived in naija before relocating to US. While in naija, the wife was the type you call 'good wife'. Getting to US, she realized the laws protect women first, the law gives preference to women, government money was easy to come by, child support is a beau.....then she lost it. One quarrel to another unresolved quarrels. She started toying with the idea of divorce... Before you could shout 'caution' she divorced her husband and started living off child support, child benefits, tax returns... One thing she doesn't realize is that no matter the years she keeps the child away, the child will look for her father.
This is sad. The child will look for the father.

That is why I said, "reduce the risks".
The heart of man is desperately wicked. You can only minimise the possibility of that happen, hence I wrote those tests; you cannot conclusively tell how a human will behave because you are not God.

There is no guarantee that if she passes all those tests she won't change. One of my Dad's friends wife got a restraining order, when they got moved to Canada. They were married for more than 13 years, when they moved to Canada his wife changed.
He has a court order on the number of times he can see his children and needs permission from his wife before he visits.
Hence I said, "it reduces the risks", Bro.
You can only work on reducing the risk and not leaving yourself open. I know a friend whose supposedly good woman and wife changed after 8 years- a plan she had concoted with her mother. Threw the man out of the house (couldnt accuse him of cheating so framed an accusation of "I am fearful of my safety when in his presence" or something silly).
The dude cannot see his two children and when he does, she has made them never to call him "Daddy" but "Mr...". Austrialian laws made it easy for her.
You can only reduce the risk and, if you are a believer, trust God.

Same thing happened to my professor friend here in US. His wife is living off his child support and government benefits. Now, you see her posting pictures of herself and the child on FB. On those pictures, I look deep in her eyes and realized she's living a very lonely life. Not so many people could see this, but that woman is lonely! America can make or mar a marriage. Most times I wonder if it worth bringing a wife to US.. Many stories about naija women and their behaviors in marital homes can make you shudder.
When bringing a lady to the US or any Western country it is important she passes aALL these tests in order to reduce the risk of what your professor friend is going through.
1. Ensure she is a practicising Christian- born-again, Spirit-filled.
2. She MUST be naturally humble and a listener.
3. Check her family background. If there is a history or a story of divorce and seperation in her family or relatives, STAY AWAY.
4. Get to know her and become a friend with her.
5. If she is a feminist- and you can know from her social media engagements- STAY AWAY from her.
6. If she comes from a background which means she lacks exposure, the risk rises when she is overwhelmed with the kind of exposure and "power" the West gives females.

Essentially her character and background must be spot-on. It reduces the risk of the kind of stories we hear these days.

what abt UK?
Depends on where you are in the UK.
Socialising in London is fairly easy, for example, with your fellow Nigerians, in comparison to say, Huddersfield.
But the challenge is the same; people do not have your time and the Nigerian men (few of them are serious about marriage) are looking to date/ marry whites, British-blacks with papers. Nigerian females with or withour "papers" arent their first choice primarily because of character issues. They wil prefer to travel to Nigeria to marry a Nigerian lady in Nigeria.
Arrogance is a thing which not many men are ready to put up with.

She has a youtube channel (matchmaking purpose)

From her looks , i can tell you she's above 30.

She ought to be asking questions , learn one or two things from the comments in that thread.

But as usual she still has in her possession the NIGERIAN PRIDE.

she don turn am 2 male vs female ish.

make no mistake , for me marriage is overrated. will never sign up for that sh!t
Pride is what deals with many people.
Males and females. The NIGERIAN PRIDE is terrible thing, Bro. I know of someone who lost her nursing jobless in the US because of pride and the refusal to simply say, "I am sorry". Cost her her job and her nursing license was delisted and worse happened.
Saying, "i am sorry" early enough would have solved the issue. She refused.
Again, this happens to males and females.

For Nigerian females, theirs is just terrible. Sadly, it leads to delayed marriage. Or none at all.
If only they could just drop it, they won’t die by dropping the pride or praying it away.

Wow this is commendable. It's good to see the church taking a lead in such way.

The reason the church has thrived so far is for its charity, which of course have been reduced in the time past.
Churches in the West that focused on charity are now converted Pub Houses, Gyms and Mosques.
Churches that focus on the message of salvation are all alive and thriving.

That is what makes the church thrive. The message of repentance and salvation. Charity is good but should never replace the message of the Good News— Salvation.

The day a Nigerian church starts focusing on charity, motivational speeches or any other thing instead of Salvation, it will begin it’s slow death.

Not just Canada ..but diaspora at large...African girls can house and feed a man as long as he stays with her...oyibo prick no dey strong and African guys dey find foreign women...
It is the Diaspora at large but the case of Canada is particularly striking as the weather, distance between cities, etc make socialising very difficult.

We must say the truth as it is. Nigerian girls, who are not used to approaching a man, largely struggle in the area of a relationship if based in the Diaspora.
1. They are not used to approaching a male.
2. They are not the first of the pick when a responsible Nigerian man-and there are few of this category- is looking to marry. The Nigerian female in the diaspora competes with the white girls, black British/Canadian/American girls who are citizens, other black African girls who are argurably more submissive and, if they are from the Southern part of Africa, we know how their physical structure are grin. Also, the Nigerian guy would prefer to travel to Nigeria and find a bride based in Nigeria. We know this happens.
3. The Nigerian lady makes a lot of money and because of their hard work, do super well in their career. This is actually commendable. However for most humans, this sadly comes with arrogance, [add the inability to cook] near-zero respect, and too many illogical requirements in a man.
They become more sensible and rational when they are 32, 33 years old and it becomes more difficult at that age. Some are reading this and know this. I know some that actually moved back to Nigeria to try get married.
In the end, they struggle. Hence you see them on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, you see them as feminists, etc. Loneliness and depression sets in and, because of pride and the fake strong personae they have built, they dont talk. They rather fight everyone that tries to help them.

I feel for them but they should know that there is always a way out to amend wrongs. First of all, kill pride. Kill it, it wont help you. When you come off as arrogant to a Nigerian man, African man, his spirit leaves the conversation. You can mock it, call him weak, call him "incapable of handling a strong woman", and all those temporary comforting nonsense but it is you that will end up lonely and seeking companionship from YouTube. The Nigerian man has a number of worries and challenges and isnt ready to add another trouble to himself. Next, study the place you want to relocate to. Most people just move without checking. Join and participate in a church, not necessarily student groups as this ends after 1-2 years. Learn how to cook ooo! Make sure you keep and maintain strong contacts in Nigeria. And if you need to take a career break to move to Nigeria to sort out relationship issues, do so. Dont let the presumably good life of the West fool you and make you hit mid-thirties while single.
Make a move. That is the point.

I visit Canada and the US from time to time, but on this my last trip I could not but observe just how extremely lonely Nigerian girls are there. Why did they immigrate in the first place? What did they expect what waiting for them on the other side? A man gift wrapped in iced sugar?

They all have Youtube channels now, or Instagram channels and release video or vlogs every other day. I guess it is the easiest way to stop themselves from going crazy over the dreary loneliness.

But the problem doesn't even stop there. Normally, I would have been interested sef. But many of them are actually not so good-looking or resourceful. Too bad!

If you are a Nigerian girl thinking of immigrating to Canada, make sure you consider it hard and deep. You could end up being just as lonely and dejected. Am not kidding when I say this. If you aren't there, you have no idea how tough it can get.
Finally, someone said it.

Ask a girl her choice of marriage partner, watch her list out the features of a non living thing.

Many will tell you they need a rich, handsome, tall, out spoken, caring gentleman. And in other not to sound canal, they will now add God fearing.

Many ladies will not accept a poor guy for dating let alone for marriage.

But the case was different for this particular girl, that said yes to her boyfriend who is a bricklayer.

This pictures has raised numerous objection from people, some we're of the view that the guy is broke and can't take care of the guy.

Many were of the view that the girl might be the saviour the guy needs for financial breakthrough.

The main thing is having a man that has a future and is hardworking, he will definitely make it, just a little time and understanding from the partner.

This picture has proven that many are actually after love, not the money or material things.
I know some bricklayers and women who fry akara that earn more than many in white collar jobs.
And have houses which are being rented out.
