The fact still remains that no one will ever force u to put ur child in the school.It is a matter of choice.But no matter how much u spend in the secondary school as fees,the fact remains that u will only graduate with Ordinary level certificate and nothing higher than that.The same certificate is awarded to a public school student with a termly school fee of N5000 only.
Coming to d issue of immorality,no matter where ur child is even at home corruption is much maiinly b/c of unfettered access daily to adult contents on the internet's including little kids.U cannever keep staying at home with ur teen kids so as to ensure e they are not doing sth weird.Even as they mingle with peers in the villages,a lot happen which u can never know.
So,just do ur best and leave the rest for God.
Boarding school just as obtainable everywhere have the good,the bad,the ugly.Nowhere is safe heaven.

I don't support borrowing to build capital projects which in most cases yields no money for paying back.If govt is broke,pls stop embarking on new projects and programmes and focus only on payment of salaries.which internally generated fund alone can foot.Then look inwards on where to invest. During the first lockdown when govt was planning on how to safely re-open schools,many on nairaland were calling for schools to remain shut citing that life is more important than education.Many were saying it's only a foolish parent that will allow his/her kids resume.Many women were saying they won't release their kids even if govt re-opens schools.The same parents were always on the streets,markets,buses without nose masks and they go back home after having multiple contacts with strangers to meet same kids they claim they can't release to go to school for they fear they might contact coronavirus in school.

When I hear some Nigerians saying don't beat a child just like the white men no matter what,I laugh.Hand ur kid over to such people to live with,and u will be shocked over the outcome.We claim to be more empathetic even more than God who taught us how to love one another but in reality,it is pure hypocrisy.

That's why it's always good to avoid pampering ur kids because thay can't be kids forever.They will grow before u know it,and at a slightest rebuke,they will fight u.Show ur kids love but not to the level of pampering.Have boundaries from day 1 that they might know u also have a tough side and that u can equally bite.Call a spade a spade and don't support them when they are wrong at school,or in their relationships with others.If they know u don't support them when they instigate trouble and that u are not ready to save them when they offend others,they will always behave outside knowing they have no backing.But when u fight and insult for ur kids even when they are wrong,they will grow to fight u or kill u when u don't back them or when u condemn their evil acts openly.Go to our schools today and see how teachers overlook kids whose parents have had issues with them over discipline .And such grow into beasts,and guess what,their parents suffer the aftermath.The monster is talking about mother speaking bad of their kids in the public.That is even nothing,do you know ur mother even at old age can slap u for insulting her and dare u to slap back.Will u except u lack manners?.U are stlli a child to ur parents no matter ur age or status.
