You can't train out the killing instinct in pantheras. Tigers, particularly, have this killing instinct than any other pantheras. Weird appearances, like painting of the face, the one she had on her face, prey-like posture, can spook the tiger, and stir its instinct into thinking she was a threat or a prey thus, instigating the tiger to attack.

I expected them to neutralize the tiger, than tranquilize it. I guess they didn't want to waste the tiger because of its endangered status. This was a wrong decision to make, which most likely led to her death. She was in a critical condition after the attack, they shot the tiger with a dart and waited for awhile for the tranquilizer to take effect, instead of shooting the tiger dead with live ammunition, which wld give them instant access to the victim, then apply pressure to stop the bleeding, and rush her to the hospital for quick treatment. But that wasn't so. They waited for the tranquilizer to take effect, while the victim bled profusely. Before help cld get to her in time, it was already late.

The tiger and the zoo management were equally responsible for her death!

Alright, but I'll leave you with what a friend once told me. If you are bad and God lets you into heaven, you would make heaven uncomfortable for others dwelling there-in. They beat him to death angrily.
