meanwhile, have you ever seen oyinbo expats being driven about by their drivers? Notice that they prefer to sit beside the driver and play with their mobile phones. I saw one one on the mainland and on the island yesterday, sitting at the same spot. Yet we Nigerians will prefer to sit down at "the owner's corner" and dictate instructions to the driver to excercise ownership rights. Iraanu! ![]() |
what are you doing chatting up a 16-year old girl in the first place? In a civilized country, this chat record is enough to keep you in jail for a long time. Be warned! |
It will definitely be his last. He will spend his subsequent annual leaves discussing with his farm manager about the status of his farm in Daura, while relaxing with Aisha. |
Tyche:or more like the Thai Minister of Agriculture that came crying in Lie Mohammed's office the other day that our local rice policy has destroyed their country's export base? Idiotas. When last did we see a commercial on why the citizens should prefer eating local rice if not this false propaganda and wooden framed local rice pyramids that the APC led administration is building up and down? I thought they came up with one Nigerian patriotism slogan like that when they newly came but were overwhelmed with inefficiency to actually follow it through. We are waiting for you with our voters card come 2019. |
5thElement:Thank you. You really said the truth in an unbiased manner. As much as we appreciate large-scale bus stops with all bells and whistles, we must not fail to recognise the fact that conventional bus stops are becoming dinosaurs in a much global scale. Far developed cities are thinking about how much more people will abandon their cars in cities and not jump on buses, but adopt bicycle culture, hop on trains running on cleaner energy and shorten the distance from place to place. We should also not fail to voice out the fact that Lagos is becoming much more dirtier in this regime, and yes, electricity for homes and offices is still far behind. Not just about lightening up the streets alone. |
I'm sure the devil will be in deep thoughts either to allow this man into hell. He may one day snatch the lying trophy from him! |
We all know that the integrity of The Nigerian Army has gone to the dogs. Our "Gallant" soldiers are either seen at checking points recieving bribes openly at checking points or chasing teenage wannabe thieves who goes around loosing discarded roofing sheets from construction sites or where have we. Meanwhile, the Boko Haramists have turned to broad daylight Jumia delivery guys, driving in and out unchallenged to drop hostages and all. There was indeed a country! |
I would have loved to give you a logical reply, but when I find your obsession with Nairaland religious topics, I feel really sad. Go get a life bro.. It's Easter Sunday. |
I think PDP should not play offensive politics. It's responsible enough they were asking for apology from Nigerians the other day. We have all agreed that APC is the worst thing that happened to Nigeria in recent times, so no need to make the matter prolonged again. |
on a more serious note, I think we really need to sell Nigeria on Jumia or Konga and donate the money to the less-privileged so we can all return to our villages. When serious minded countries are talking of 100% renewable energy conversion and doing away with petrol, here we are still thinking of how to run our city buses on waste gases from our flaring activities. In this jet age, talking about gas flaring is the same as using firewood for cooking, or the old "ogusho" (palm kernel waste) for lightening. so very old school!! ![]() |
a yoruba proverb says " to tie wrapper around the waist, or to tie the waist around wrapper, what matters is for one not be naked." I really don't know why we have to worship traditionally on a Sunday though. ![]() |
Idiots!!! We are approaching April and they are hoping the rains doesn't start early. Well, maybe NIMET has predicted the rains of this year to start by late December, because it is not an unusual news that can make the headlines in Nigeria. ![]() |
nice line of thought. Have you learnt about the Ibiju lekki- Ondo state coastal road that was recently embarked upon, promising to cut the distance to just 50km between the two states. Lets hope our politicians have the balls and willpower to effect really positive change in the transport sector. TheMinimalist: |
coming from someone that ought to still be basking in the joy of his daughter's state wedding, this is absolute shame. So you mean to tell us that after 11 pm to the end of your failed administration, you guys are still weeping over some phanthom monies spent by the previous administration to cover up for your mediocrity. That line has faded since the days you began using them. All monkeys in Idanre are now wiser! Meanwhile who noticed that since the days our parents and bosses send us Facebook requests that we are mandated to accept, the social media website has become censored by force these days. You can't upload photoes quietly without recieving a call from your mum that you need to iron that your shirt better in your native language ![]() |
Esu pofo! ![]() |
are you kidding or what?? ![]() Ayatullah: |
Nigerian politicians are like diapers. Best for use for a single term. No sense in reusing them. Lubbish. ![]() |
so sad. almost all those men strolling in the first picture must have been dead by now. Especially the one nearest to the car ![]() |
be deceiving yourselves, fighting for a failed state like Nigeria. Our Senators are pocketing 13 million monthly outside their salaries and allowances, you are there cooking caterpiller grubs for dinner. They should show us the video of Aisha (or at least the wife of that Audu Ogbeh guy as the case may be) cooking local rice for dinner and them eating it, let's believe their patriotic agenda. The sooner we tell ourselves the truth, the better. Our leaders gives no sh*t about our well-being. |
nice development. What stands Mkpat Enin LGA out is its abundant coconut. I still remember fond memories of drinking coconut water with it's white tender flesh (like a vampire ) during my NYSC days at 42 junction. Those swamps though, will harbor a lot of snakes. |
Now he has to go and deal with the concept of eternity and life in the after-life. Topics he spent a greater part of his life deriding. |
This is one small step for man, but truly a giant leap for mankind! orii ologboo laate phenomenon. ![]() |
These are very nice stes of photos. Let pa Buhari make efforts to frame them as they will be good to tell stories to sympathizers from 2019 onwards ![]() |
instead of them being advocates and ambassadors of good governance, they will rather go around clowning like bunch of medieval Shakespearean dramatists. If you like, wear rag or the pope's priestly robes, all we want is good leadership. Shikena! Lubbish!! NEXT!!! |
I had to login to comment about this.... Yes, I stand with Buhari as he returns back to Daura. People should always do their phrases well! |
is this a joke or what? where is the link?? |
is this supposed to be a spaceship inspired coffin with a solar panel or what? because I don't understand this 'invention' exactly! |
they should just cut their belle. Who knows, there could be some billions of naira inthere ![]() |
f00ls! they just sit down i their office and manufacture statistics. 80 million koo, 700 billion nii. mtsheew! meanwhile, the real metrics for measuring poverty has been released and we are taking first. No thanks to the no-brainers at the helms of affairs in the country, impoverishing people with their mediocre policies. https://www.nairaland.com/4367415/nigeria-overtakes-india-country-most |
