No they don't. Evidence of what happened in the book of acts tells of it repeatedly. Paul's letters are never vetted by anybody in Jerusalem. Paul's missionary journey was not vetted from any Central unit he admitted it even in Galatians

Paul was a Circuit overseer so his letter was based on observation regarding the need of the congregations but when it comes to what should affect all the congregations order comes from the apostles and elders in JERUSALEM! Act 15:1-3🙂

If you don't know why something must be preached surely you can't understand the teacher.

Imagine someone wants to become an engineer so he enrolled himself in school but found a class where the teacher is teaching his students how to bake do you think that student is in the right place?

The same applies to the Good News of God's Kingdom which John the baptist, Jesus of Nazareth and all his disciples were instructed to preach! Matthew 3:2; 4:17; 10:7

So until you know the purpose of this Good News you can't understand the teacher!🤔

The secret of morality is hiding behind one fact:
The one and only source of life who is the Almighty God!

With you (JEHOVAH) is the source of life; By your light we can see light. Continue showing your loyal love to those who know you, And your righteousness, to the upright in hear. Psalms 36:9-10

The people Paul wrote this letter to had only one central unit of control which is in Jerusalem {Act 2:42} so as one organization {John 17:22} whenever any issue arises that could cause a division among them which they must not allow {1Corinthans 1:10} they will send their brothers to Jerusalem to know what should be done on such matters! Act 15:1-2

Today the religions claiming Christians are different religions with contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines therefore they are not one religion like the group to whom Paul's letter was addressed.

That is why it's necessary for any wise individual to find out which of all these religions is practicing what the first century disciples of Christ practiced in the first century and only Jehovah's Witnesses are doing that today! Matthew 7:16-18🙂
