If you understand why conflict occurs as I tried to explain to you, you will of your own accord suggest a different approach to peace, and have whomever gave you the idea of this tool you're touting go check their 'wisdom quotient'.

Please present any group or organization that has used what you are suggesting to gather people from different countries throughout the world and unite them so that they won't lift up weapons against themselves yet members of such an organization or group emerged from countries around the world.
