He doesn't need a high end/professional scan tool to calibrate his ABS and/or steering angle sensor. I know what I am saying. Even an almighty lexus will use a very very much ignored item found in kazeem's workshop to reset, recalibrate his ABS module in less than 1 minute.

A dealership scan tool can be used as well . So what item could he use to bail his car out from dat much designed disco lights on his cluster, if you have used the kazeemized item you mentioned I would be interested in seeing how you profer a solution with it

What drive ability problem symptom do you get with this. If non and abs sensors and accumulator is ok. Do a recalibration if that would solve the problem. Does your brake pedal taps when you try applying your brake?

The engine warms up about five to ten minutes after starting the engine, that's when the misfiring stops.

How do you know it takes time for it to warm up. If your thought is right. Then its either your thermostat is not there or was not properly installed cos the thermostat helps bring the engine to an optimum tempterature.perhaps your thermostat is stucked close

Am looking @ your crankshsft position sensor, a scan would point you in the right direction

The Vw's are good. With almost full electronics, so the slightest abuse would take the car back to her fore fathers. What type of polo exactly are you buying? pls state the year. Most importantly run a diagnosis on the car before paying. But if its a naija used; I got an advice for you. Can you break usain bolt's record? If you can pls do if other wise kazeem maybe your best friend

Gurus in the house, thank you for the quick response and timely intervention. I never showed the mecho the timing diagram, after opening the valve cover he checked and said he knew where the mistake was and that I should not tell him anything until he has finished satisfying himself, if it didn't work then we will follow my diagram. He battled the chain thing for 2hrs30min finally the car came alive.
Now the remaining issues with the car now are
1. When the AC is switched on, the engine losses power at fan speed 1 but at 2 and above, the car shots off and mecho says I can't use AC for now until I change things that aren't revelant to ac please gurus what could cause this.

2. When left alone for a long time, the idle of the car begins to depreciate. What could cause this?

3. The cold start is appalling it takes it 10-15secs with the throttle depressed for the car to start. Mecho says the cold start sensor has only one wire affixed, the other one has removed and the sensor may need changing to stop this.

One wire fixed on the engine coolant temperature sensor has nothing to do with this, that is why this job requires training. Now use go to ur scan tool, go to actual values and check what you have there. You should have it has somefin equivalent to abt 126○ F + or - . If you have it far way too lesser it could cause your rough idle. Better still run a scan

Why and who asked you to change your brain box (computer box)? Pls run a scan on the car first. That would pick up exactly why the car can't rev. What ever car you looking to buy have a technician inspect it physically and make sure you have the car scanned. A toyota corolla 97 or 98 model wouldn't be a bad idea

Hello house. Recently I observed that my primera's temp gauge spikes up to the red zone @ time when driving, it then returns to normal when I put on the AC (the fan starts rolling), but wit the AC off, the temp gauge moves to the red-line. I took the vehicle to the mechanic for diagnostics, and they told me to redirect the fan to start working with or without AC, I adhered to the advise (Kazeems ideology) but still the temprature is sometimes above the half line, I want to know what could be wrongwith the vehicle, cos i'm not comfortable with the fact that the radiator fan is working all the time.

Kazeem again. Your problem is very simple. One of your fan (s) aint working to its full capacity. It could be working but might be weak. So take a couple of mins to pop up your hood and make that observation your self. What was the result of the diagnosis that was done? You need a fresh new scan and some1 to interprete the true meaning to you. In case you dont know EPC means electronic pedal control, so I do not know why you where told to change your coil. Call 08156087872 or 08165520837 to get a free scan and fix the problem

@mayor2013. I just called the mech guy now yo have the car scanned but he said he had a new gear selector installed and he tried it this morning and the car changed smooth . but isn't that amount too much for a gear selector ?

The light doesn't blink and once u drive the car for up to 10minutes, it doesn't do that anymore. He said that price is for used sitting

My people una good afternoon. Please my gear just started something new for like 1 week now . when I start the car in the morning or when engine is cool, when its about to change the first gear, it changes hard and makes noise . I asked my mechanic to check and he said I need to fix my engine sitting and change the gear changer. He said the gear changer is 15k and engine sitting is 16k for front and back. Please guys could DAT be the solution and is that the right price for the items. Thanks guys
