How easy will that be for her to return? Having canadian experience is not a free ticket to enter Canada if she is neither a citizen nor have a valid PR at that point in time. Immigration rules change from time to time.

If I were Bumni, I will first secure my Canada citizenship before trying to explore the world. With that, I can easily return any time I prefer. Just moving out without having something at hand to fall back on is like chasing a shadow. And mind you, it is not easy to become a citizen in the UK.
