Thank you. Exactly What I needed to hear, especially the real life reference of someone it worked for.
It also worked for tobey2ng. It's a viable option if one's NOC is in demand at any of their fairs.

Hi guys, so I have this one year degree that I did not evaluate, and so I didn’t include it in my profile pre-ITA. Now I have to account for the period I spent getting that degree post-ITA.

I have gone ahead to include it in my personal history. Does it matter that I didn’t mention it in my profile only to include it in my personal history post-ITA? Will I be misrepresenting anything for not including it at the initial stage?

I’m not claiming points for it that’s why I didn’t include it when I was creating my profile.
You do not need to stress yourself. It doesn't matter, neither are you misrepresenting

Seniors in the house.
My ECA report for HND came as "Four years advanced diploma".

My question is that does this qualify for 2 or more certificate?
Which of the bodies evaluated this please?

Elders in the house, pls I and my husband urgently need your assistance to complete our post ITA profile.

We go ITA during the last two draws. I am the PA. While completing our post ITA profile, we have to complete my husband work history section and provide references.

The problem now is that my husband was wrongfully dismissed from the bank in 2016 after 9 years of meritorious service. We took the dismissal then in good faith and left to continue our lives with my husband commencing his own business since then. We never knew that we would have anything to do with the bank again unless would hv contested the dismissal then. Now post ITA, what we have is my husband's employment letter, promotion letters and dismissal letter to show he worked in the bank for 9 years.

A friend informed us that if we upload those documents, it will amount to instant rejection and ban for 5 years for inadmissible due to unethical behavior in the bank as stated in the dismissal letter. We have now written to the bank to contest the dismissal but the management has changed since 2016 and it's over 3 weeks now we have not heard from the bank.

Pls our ITA completion date is ticking, we urgently need advise on what to do now.
Since you are the PA, you won't be needing your spouse's work history to gain points, except he worked in Canada. Continue with your application and submit before time runs out.

People above 46 can apply, see extract from cic website " Yes. If you are 47 or over, you will not get any points under the Age factor of the Comprehensive Ranking System, but you may get points for other factors such as a job offer, your skills, your language abilities, etc. You may still be invited to apply based on your CRS score and your rank in the pool".

Apologies tho, but it is not a must. Like I said, it's only for those stuck at points without any other way of adding up points (except they get another certificate). Once again, it is not a must, and I'm only try to help. Thank you.
We appreciate your concern, we really do. Here, we do things the legitimate way and we encourage others to do same. We're out to restore the dignity of man Nigeria through impeccable and unquestionable integrity. We kicked against your post not because we do not welcome help from all and sundry, but because it looked dubious and we don't condone that here. You should know this if you've been following from the earlier parts.

Thank you again for your kind concern.

Mcstan18, Brotherly @ this my small and young age; I don't do sub cos its infradig to me. Maybe its how I typed it cos positivity I meant is helping others as you've been doing. No one goes to page one and doesn't appreciate Mcstan18. Even with the little I know, I still consult page one to stay guided. Apologies if it rubbed off as sub, Its not the intent. Cheers Brother.
You know we're family surely kiss. A bottle of chilled stout for you this evening

Oook, Thank you very much. but this means I ll withdraw the money pay it back to him and get him to use his personal account.
Apparently. But you'd be better off doing a transfer rather than withdrawing and depositing. Having your name on the statements would look somewhat messy in my opinion

Hello canny family, my elder brother gifted me 60% POF using his company account he is the sole signatory to the account. Hope it will not be an issue, I hope to send his CAC cert, and complimentary card with a gift deed. I have done 6mnths fixed deposit with it already.
That sounds fine especially if you send in his CAC form C01 among other documents showing that he is the sole/principal director and reserves the right to make such transactions on his own. However, to avoid back and forth during file reviews, let your brother transfer directly from his personal account and draft a gift deed to that effect.

Your latter sentence is immaterial, the energy you used to type that could be channeled more positively. what you are privy to, others are not privy to it. Cheers.
Dear brother, please teach me what positivity means in your context. Statement was harmless and you're already throwing subs? Lest I forget, no one hindered anyone from priviness to information contained here

That hasent answered my question bro.
In calculating my CR's, what should I choose u want to have an idea of my score.

What if I do a PGD program, too

I need better explanation and orientation

Thanks
I believe you know that came out the wrong way. No one is bound to answer questions here. So if you must ask, then you have to do it the right way.

If you have a PGD in addition to the HND, select the "2 or more certificates..." option. That is still dependent on what your evaluation report says like the boss above told you

Goodmorning People...na wa o! I just joined this forum today based on a friends referral, and seeing over 200 comments is quite intimidating...I don't even know where to begin to ask questions if at all...it all seems like greek to me.
Anyways let me start from the beginning. is it wise to get legal counsel when trying to migrate to Canada? secondly I and my wife did the IELTS test my wife scored a band 7 in total and since she's younger I was told she should be the principal applicant. my question is, what do we do next? is band 7 a pass mark?
Thanks
